Summary After a 10 year interval from the first state-wide registration of landslides, a new system of landslide register is being
introduced in Czechoslovakia in relation to the transfer to the Geological Data Bank system for processing by electronic computer.
Each recorded phenomenon is plotted on a map and described. The final record is made by means of a code on a punched register
card ready for computerizing. In the field, however, a questionnaire form has to be filled up, arranged in such a way as to
enable easy processing. From the field questionnaire, the data are transcribed on to a punched card by means of a numerical
or alphabetical code. A review of the data to be recorded is given.

Résumé Dix ans après le premier enregistrement national des glissements de terrain, un nouveau système d’enregistrement est en cours d’installation en Tchécoslovaquie, ce qui permettra d’établir la liaison avec le système de la Banque de données géologiques et d’exploiter ces informations avec un ordinateur. Chaque phénomène enregistré est reporté sur une carte et décrit. L’enregistrement final est fait au moyen d’un code sur une carte perforée prête à être utilisée dans l’ordinateur; mais sur le terrain, on devra remplir une formule de questionnaire, préparée pour permettre un traitement aussi facile que possible. Les données du questionnaire de terrain doivent être transcrites sur une carte perforée au moyen d’un code numérique ou alphabétique. On donne la liste des informations à enregistrer.相似文献

This study investigates the effects of wood weathering on changes in its macroscopic and colour characteristics in connection with changes in its molecular and anatomical structure. Seven hardwoods suitable for outdoor architecture—bangkirai, cumaru, cumaru rosa, ipé, jatobá, kusia, and massaranduba—were exposed to the exterior out of ground contact for 1–36 months according to EN 927-3, and for 1–12 weeks in Xenotest with water spraying according to partly modified EN 927-6. With prolonged weathering, the following changes occurred in the top surfaces of all tropical woods: (1) visual—creation of longitudinal macro-cracks, (2) spectrophotometry and CIE-L ? a ? b ? —darkening in exterior exposure mainly due to pollutants, except for ipé, and vice versa lightening in Xenotest, as well as greening and blueing in both modes of exposure, (3) FTIR—faster decrease of guaiacyl than syringyl lignin, absolute decrease of conjugated and unconjugated carbonyl groups in the newly formed lignin-polysaccharide-extractive substrate in the photo-oxidized and washed-out cell walls, and decrease of cellulose crystallinity, (4) SEM—damaging of cell-walls by micro-cracks, and their degradation by thinning. Connections between changes of the individual characteristics of weathered woods, for example, between the colour (ΔE*, etc.) and the molecular structure (carbonyls, etc.), were also determined. 相似文献

Genotype-by-environment interaction (G-by-E) is a common but potentially problematic phenomenon in plant breeding. In this study, we investigated the genotypic performance and two measures of plasticity on a phenotypic and genetic level by assessing 234 maize doubled haploid lines from six populations for 15 traits in seven macro-environments with a focus on varying soil phosphorus levels. It was found intergenic regions contributed the most to the variation of phenotypic linear plasticity. For 15 traits, 124 and 31 quantitative trait loci (QTL) were identified for genotypic performance and phenotypic plasticity, respectively. Further, some genes associated with phosphorus use efficiency, such as Zm00001eb117170, Zm00001eb258520, and Zm00001eb265410, encode small ubiquitin-like modifier E3 ligase were identified. By significantly testing the main effect and G-by-E effect, 38 main QTL and 17 interaction QTL were identified, respectively, in which MQTL38 contained the gene Zm00001eb374120, and its effect was related to phosphorus concentration in the soil, the lower the concentration, the greater the effect. Differences in the size and sign of the QTL effect in multiple environments could account for G-by-E. At last, the superiority of G-by-E in genomic selection was observed. FLIM (Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy) is a powerful tool that could be used in the future to diagnose islet cell recovery after therapy. The identification of appropriate FLIM parameters is required to determine islet quality and islet cell metabolism throughout the organ under various conditions of insulin deficiency. The aim of the work was to identify key FLIM parameters, changes of which are characteristic of pancreatic pathologies. The τm, τ1, τ2, α1, α2 and α1/α2 of free and bound forms of NAD(P)H of the islet cells of animals (rats and pigs) and of humans with and without pathologies were measured and analyzed. The data were confirmed by IHC and histological studies. We identified three FLIM parameters in islet cells from animals with streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetes mellitus (DM) and from humans with chronic pancreatitis + type 2 diabetes (T2D), which differ in the same way: τm and α2 take lower values compared to the nonpathological islet cells, while α1/α2 takes higher values. In islet cells from patients with adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and chronic pancreatitis, these parameters had reverse tendency relative to the norm or did not differ. Thus, minimally invasive and non-contrast FLIM methods may, in the future, be used to diagnose pathological islet cells. 相似文献

Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic progressive lung disease that steadily leads to lung architecture disruption and respiratory failure. The development of pulmonary fibrosis is mostly the result of previous acute lung inflammation, caused by a wide variety of etiological factors, not resolved over time and causing the deposition of fibrotic tissue in the lungs. Despite a long history of study and good coverage of the problem in the scientific literature, the effective therapeutic approaches for pulmonary fibrosis treatment are currently lacking. Thus, the study of the molecular mechanisms underlying the transition from acute lung inflammation to pulmonary fibrosis, and the search for new molecular markers and promising therapeutic targets to prevent pulmonary fibrosis development, remain highly relevant tasks. This review focuses on the etiology, pathogenesis, morphological characteristics and outcomes of acute lung inflammation as a precursor of pulmonary fibrosis; the pathomorphological changes in the lungs during fibrosis development; the known molecular mechanisms and key players of the signaling pathways mediating acute lung inflammation and pulmonary fibrosis, as well as the characteristics of the most common in vivo models of these processes. Moreover, the prognostic markers of acute lung injury severity and pulmonary fibrosis development as well as approved and potential therapeutic approaches suppressing the transition from acute lung inflammation to fibrosis are discussed. 相似文献

Quercetin and its glycosides, such as isoquercitrin or rutin, are among the most ubiquitous flavonoids present in plants. They possess numerous health-promoting properties, whose applicability is, however, limited by poor water solubility and absorption issues. Enzymatically modified isoquercitrin (EMIQ) is an isoquercitrin derivative obtained from rutin via enzymatic transformations that greatly enhance its bioavailability. Due to advantageous reports on its safety and bioactivity, EMIQ is currently gaining importance as a food additive and a constituent of dietary supplements. This review summarizes the thus-far-conducted investigations into the metabolism, toxicity, biological properties, and molecular mechanisms of EMIQ and presents a comprehensive characterization of this valuable substance, which might represent the future of flavonoid supplementation. 相似文献
