In this work, a method for preparation of polyamide‐6 (PA6) based laminates reinforced by glass fiber‐ (GFL) or polyamide‐66 (PA66) textile structures (PL) via reactive injection molding is disclosed. It is based on in‐mold anionic polymerization of ε‐caprolactam carried out at 165°C in the presence of the respective reinforcements performed in newly developed prototype equipment whose design concept and operation are described. Both composite types were produced for reaction times of 20 min, with conversion degrees of 97–99%. Initial mechanical tests in tension of GFL samples displayed almost twofold increase of the Young's modulus and stress at break values when compared with the neat anionic PA6. The improvement was proportional to the volume fraction Vf of glass fiber fabric that was varied in the 0.16–0.25 range. A 300% growth of the impact strength was registered in PL composites with Vf of PA66 textile of 0.1. Removing the surface finish of the latter was found to be a factor for improving the adhesion at the matrix–fiber interface. The mechanical behavior of GFL and PL composites was discussed in conjunction with the morphology of the samples studied by optical and electron microscopy and the matrix crystalline structure as revealed by synchrotron X‐ray diffraction. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In enhanced oil recovery, not only the low-tension performance, but also the robustness at optimum formulation is an important issue. The fourth part of our review series is dedicated to robustness, defined as the width of the zone exhibiting three-phase behavior around the optimum formulation, whatever the scanned variable. It is first corroborated from a screening of the available data in the literature that the tension minimum is inversely proportional to the square of the three-phase range in the HLD scale. However, since there is still an inaccuracy of about a factor 10 in the tension minimum, some significant improvement can be attained in some cases by increasing the three-phase behavior width in two ways. The first approach consists of finding systems that are insensitive to some formulation variable such as temperature, surfactant mixture composition or concentration, and water-to-oil ratio. The second way is to produce an artifact through which the optimum formulation is produced twice in a scan. If the distance between the two events in the scan is reduced down to be zero, their corresponding three-phase behavior zones merge and result in a wider WIII region with a low tension. Several cases of such events are reported: alkaline scans, anionic-nonionic and anionic-cationic mixture changes, linear change in composition in three-surfactant mixture, partial precipitation from a surfactant mixture in a salinity scan, and excessive partitioning of polyethoxylated nonionics. More complex transitions with three effects in a single scan or three concomitantly scanned variables show even more possibilities in practice.  相似文献

Dyslipoproteinemia of the Nagase analbuminemic rat (NAR) is characterized by elevated concentrations of VLDL and LDL attributed to increased rates of liver lipoprotein synthesis. Increased lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) in NAR HDL has been attributed to high plasma LCAT activity. We show here that, as compared with Sprague-Dawley rats (SDR), NAR plasma triacylglycerol (TAG), total cholesterol (TC), HDL TAG, protein, total phospholipids (PL), LPC, and PS are increased. These alterations rendered the NAR HDL particle more susceptible to the activity of the enzyme hepatic lipoprotein lipase (HL), which otherwise was unaltered in our study. Fractional catabolic rates in blood of the autologous 125I-apoHDL (median and lower quartile values), were, respectively, 0.231 and 1.645 (n=10) in NAR as compared with 0.140 and 0.109 (n=10) in SDR (P=0.012), corresponding to synthesis rates of HDL protein of 89.8±33.7 mg/d in NAR and 17.4±6.5 mg/d in SDR (P=0.0122). Furthermore, Swiss mouse macrophage free-cholesterol (FC) efflux rates, measured as the percent [14C]-cholesterol efflux/6 h, were 8.2±2.3 (n=9) in NAR HDL and 11.2±3.2 (n=10) in SDR HDL (P=0.03). Therefore, in NAR the modification of the HDL composition slows down the cell FC efflux rate, and together with the increased rate of plasma HDL metabolism influences the reverse cholesterol transport system.  相似文献

应用微可压缩刚塑性材料的流动法则,采用修正的光滑粒子力学(Corrected smooth particle hydrodynamics, CSPH)无网格法,自行开发了求解金属方棒压缩和圆棒压缩等金属塑性成形过程应用程序。提出一种简单的求解体积应变速率的光滑技术,该技术使应力场计算结果能得到较好的改善。采用CSPH无网格法求解纯铝和Al6060铝合金材料压缩过程得到的速度场和应力场结果与有限元法计算结果以及试验数据进行了分析比较。结果表明, CSPH法能够较好地求解金属大变形过程,为今后进一步分析复杂金属变形问题提供了良好的研究手段。  相似文献

A high voltage step-up nonisolated DC–DC converter based on coupled inductors suitable to photovoltaic (PV) systems applications is proposed in this paper. Considering that numerous approaches exist to extend the voltage conversion ratio of DC–DC converters that do not use transformers, a detailed comparison is also presented among the proposed converter and other popular topologies such as the conventional boost converter and the quadratic boost converter. The qualitative analysis of the coupled-inductor-based topology is developed so that a design procedure can be obtained, from which an experimental prototype is implemented to validate the theoretical assumptions.  相似文献

The purpose of these field and lab studies undertaken during rehabilitation work being done on an ancient railway line was to characterize a layer of ballast fouled with soil found in the track substructure. The field studies included the characterization of the thickness, grain size distribution and void ratio of the fouled ballast layer, as well as a large number of plate load tests, both on the fouled ballast layer and on the subgrade. The resilient behaviour of the fouled ballast was evaluated in the lab by cyclic triaxial tests on large size reconstituted specimens with distinct fouling indexes (different grain size distribution) and distinct humidity states (dry or wet). The results obtained were used as support for the decision to maintain the fouled ballast layer under the new sub-ballast in a number of stretches of the renewed line.  相似文献

In this paper a realistic directional channel model that is an extension of the COST 273 channel model is presented. The model uses a cluster of scatterers and visibility region generation based strategy with increased realism, due to the introduction of terrain and clutter information. New approaches for path-loss prediction and line of sight modeling are considered, affecting the cluster path gain model implementation. The new model was implemented using terrain, clutter, street and user mobility information for the city of Lisbon, Portugal. Some of the model’s outputs are presented, mainly path loss and small/large-scale fading statistics.  相似文献

The study of partial oxidation of methane (POM) over bimetallic nickel–lanthanide oxides was undertaken. Binary intermetallic compounds of the type LnNi (Ln = Pr, Gd, Lu) were used as bimetallic nickel–lanthanide oxides precursors and the products (NiO·Pr2NiO4, 2NiO·Gd2O3 and 2NiO·Lu2O3) were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman and temperature programmed reduction. The catalytic activity increases when gadolinium or lutetium replaces praseodymium and the selectivity of the bimetallic nickel–lanthanide oxides is clearly different from that of single metal oxides and/or mechanical mixtures.The existence of an unusual synergism effect between the two metal oxide phases (NiO and Ln2O3) that lead to higher conversions of methane and higher selectivities to hydrogen and carbon monoxide correlate also the catalysts stability to deactivation. The activity and selectivity of the gadolinium and lutetium compounds is, under the same conditions, equivalent to that of a platinum commercial catalyst, 5 wt% Pt/Al2O3, which stresses the good catalytic performance of this new type of compounds for the production of H2 and CO (H2/CO = 2).  相似文献
