The drying kinetics of Chinese lignite in nitrogen fluidized-bed, superheated steam fluidized-bed and microwave were investigated. The changes in the mass as a function of drying time were measured under various drying conditions. The variations of moisture ratio with time were used to test ten different thin-layer empirical drying models given in the literature. In studying the consistency of all the models, some statistical tests, such as χ2, residual sum of squares (RSS) and F-value were also used as well as coefficient of determination R2. In nitrogen fluidized-bed and superheated steam fluidized-bed, the Midilli–Kucuk model best described the lignite drying process. Drying data in microwave were best described by the Page model, indicative of a difference in kinetics between the two drying methods. This difference was attributed to different heat transfer mechanisms under conventional and microwave drying conditions. The effects of drying parameters in nitrogen fluidized-bed, superheated steam fluidized-bed and microwave drying on the constants and coefficients of the selected models were studied by multiple regression analysis. The apparent diffusion coefficient of moisture in samples was obtained from the kinetics data and the apparent activation energies under nitrogen fluidized-bed, superheated steam fluidized-bed and microwave drying were found to be rather similar.  相似文献

以CS2、乙醇和丙酮作为溶剂,对呼伦贝尔褐煤进行连续萃取,并利用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对萃取物进行分析。结果表明:CS2萃取物主要由长链脂肪烃和芳烃组成,而这些脂肪烃存在于3种溶剂萃取物中。在40℃条件下,用H2O2溶液采用恒温水浴和超声两种方式氧化萃余煤,超声条件下氧化剧烈,并用FTIR分析了原煤、萃余煤、氧化煤的化学结构的变化。氧化后的水溶物用乙酸乙酯萃取后,用GC/MS检测萃取物,恒温水浴氧化可以检测到30种化合物,而超声氧化只检测到14种,且都是以酯类为主。  相似文献

In this research, the surface of poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)/sulfonated polyethersulfone (SPES) blend membrane prepared via immersion precipitation was modified by depositing of TiO2 nano-particles followed by UV irradiation to activate their photocatalytic property. The membranes were characterized by FTIR, SEM, AFM, contact angle, dead end filtration (pure water flux and BSA solution flux), antifouling analysis and antibacterial activity. The FTIR spectrum confirmed the presence of OH functional groups on the PVDF/SPES membrane structure, which was the key factor for deposition, and self-assembly of TiO2 nanoparticles on the membrane surface. The SEM and AFM images indicated that the TiO2 nanoparticles were deposited on the PVDF/SPES membrane. The contact angle measurements showed that the hydrophilicity of PVDF/SPES membrane was strongly improved by TiO2 deposition and UV irradiation. The filtration results indicated that the initial flux of TiO2 deposited PVDF/SPES membranes was lower than the initial flux of neat PVDF/SPES membrane. However, the former membranes showed lower flux decline compared to the neat PVDF/SPES membrane. The BSA rejection of modified membranes was improved. The fouling analysis demonstrated that the TiO2 deposited PVDF/SPES membranes showed the fewer tendencies to fouling. The results of antibacterial study showed that the UV irradiated TiO2 deposited PVDF/SPES membranes possess high antibacterial property.  相似文献

Adaptable active control strategies besides advance sensors and actuators technologies lead to higher performance of vibrational control in civil infrastructures under severe ground motions. These resilience control systems are robust against model uncertainties as well as being online recoverable from the malfunctioning of sensors and actuators. In this study, resilient control system based on sliding mode (SM) fault detection observer and SM fault tolerant control is improved for actuator fault in large‐scale systems. The SM fault detection observer is modified for eliminating the excessive chattering in estimating states and actuators’ fault, and the reconfigurable SM fault tolerant control is improved to minimizing input forces in control framework under seismic action. Design of observer and controller is performed using linear matrix inequalities. Numerical simulations on the cable‐stayed bridge benchmark demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed fault‐tolerant system. Despite the high order of this large‐scale structure, the proposed fault detection and diagnosis method can effectively find the location and size of faults in actuators without performance degradation and computational costs. The fault‐tolerant controller maintains the performance of the structure at an acceptable level in the post‐fault case by redistribution of control signal to actuators.  相似文献

The paper presents a new method for activation energy or the Arrhenius parameter E(a) of the thermolysis in the condensed state for different polynitro arenes as an important class of energetic molecules. The methodology assumes that E(a) of a polynitro arene with general formula C(a)H(b)N(c)O(d) can be expressed as a function of optimized elemental composition as well as the contribution of specific molecular structural parameters. The new method can predict E(a) of the thermolysis under conditions of Soviet Manometric Method (SMM), which can be related to the other convenient methods. The new correlation has the root mean square (rms) and the average deviations of 13.79 and 11.94kJ/mol, respectively, for 20 polynitro arenes with different molecular structures. The proposed new method can also be used to predict E(a) of three polynitro arenes, i.e. 2,2',2',4,4',4',6,6',6'-nonanitro-1,1':3',1'-terphenyl (NONA), 3,3'-diamino-2,2',4,4',6,6'-hexanitro-1,1'-biphenyl-3,3'-diamine (DIPAM) and N,N-bis(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-2,4,6-trinitroaniline (NTFA), which have complex molecular structures.  相似文献

This paper presents, a new current mode four-quadrant CMOS analog multiplier/divider based on dual translinear loops. Compared with the previous works this circuit has a simpler structure resulting in lower power consumption and higher frequency response. The detection of cyanobacteria and their associated toxins has intensified in recent years in both drinking water sources and the raw water of drinking water treatment plants (DWTPs). The objectives of this study were to: 1) estimate the breakthrough and accumulation of toxic cyanobacteria in water, scums and sludge inside a DWTP, and 2) to determine whether chlorination can be an efficient barrier to the prevention of cyanotoxin breakthrough in drinking water. In a full scale DWTP, the fate of cyanobacteria and their associated toxins was studied after the addition of coagulant and powdered activated carbon, post clarification, within the clarifier sludge bed, after filtration and final chlorination. Elevated cyanobacterial cell numbers (4.7 × 106 cells/mL) and total microcystins concentrations (up to 10 mg/L) accumulated in the clarifiers of the treatment plant. Breakthrough of cells and toxins in filtered water was observed. Also, a total microcystins concentration of 2.47 μg/L was measured in chlorinated drinking water. Cyanobacterial cells and toxins from environmental bloom samples were more resistant to chlorination than results obtained using laboratory cultured cells and dissolved standard toxins.  相似文献

Drinking water sources in many regions are subject to proliferation of toxic cyanobacteria (CB). Chlorination of source water containing toxic cyanobacterial cells for diverse treatment purposes might cause cell damage, toxin release and disinfection by-products (DBP) formation. There is limited information available on chlorination of different toxic CB cells and DBP formation potentials. This work: (1) determines the extent of lysis and toxins/taste and odor compound release in chlorinated natural water from CB cells (Anabaena circinalis, Microcystis aeruginosa, Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii, and Aphanizomenon issatsckenka) from laboratory cultures and natural blooms; (2) assesses the rates of oxidation of toxins by free chlorine under environmental conditions; (3) studies the DBP formation associated with the chlorination of CB cell suspensions. With chlorine exposure (CT) value of <4.0 mg min/L >60% cells lost viability causing toxin release. Cell membrane damage occurred faster than oxidation of released toxins. Kinetic analysis of the oxidation of toxins in natural water revealed significant differences in their susceptibility to chlorine, saxitoxins being the easiest to oxidize, followed by cylindrospermopsin and microcystin-LR. Furthermore, concentrations of trihalomethanes and haloacetic acids (<40 μg/L) and N-nitrosodimethylamine (<10 ng/L) as chlorination by-products were lower than the guideline values even at the highest CT value (220 mg min/L). However, the DBP concentrations in environmental bloom conditions with very high cell numbers were over the guideline values.  相似文献

This paper investigates the buckling behavior of piezoelectric nanowires under distributed transverse loading, within the framework of the Timoshenko beam theory, and in the presence of surface effects. Analytical relations are given for the critical force of axial buckling of nanowires by accounting for the effects of surface elasticity, residual surface tension, and transverse shear deformation. Through an example, it is shown that the critical electric potential of buckling depends on both the surface stresses and piezoelectricity. This study may be helpful in the characterization of the mechanical properties of nanowires and in the calibration of the nanowire-based force sensors.  相似文献
