This paper offers a comprehensive and exact model for Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) aggregation based on the real statistics. For this purpose, available transportation and technical reports are analyzed to extract Cumulative Distribution Functions and accurate modeling of PHEVs charging load profile. We can study PHEVs effects on the distribution system by analyzing available registered data; however, the main problem is that such data, due to the low penetration of PHEVs, are not accessible, and expensive monitoring equipment such as Global Positioning Systems are needed to collect such data. Therefore, due to the lack of access to such data, researchers have offered different estimations for the charging load profile of PHEVs using statistical methods. In this study, a new model for the initial state of charge (SOC) is introduced that it is a function of fuel consumption of the vehicles. The driving behaviors such as speed and road slope have been considered in the proposed model. Simulation results show the impressiveness effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed methodology.  相似文献

One of the requirements of QoS-aware service composition in cloud computing environment is that it should be executed on-the-fly. It requires a trade-off between optimality and the execution speed of service composition. In line with this purpose, many researchers used combinatorial methods in previous works to achieve optimality within the shortest possible time. However, due to the ever-increasing number of services which leads to the enlargement of the search space of the problem, previous methods do not have adequate efficiency in composing the required services within reasonable time. In this paper, genetic algorithm was used to achieve global optimization with regard to service level agreement. Moreover, service clustering was used for reducing the search space of the problem, and association rules were used for a composite service based on their histories to enhance service composition efficiency. The conducted experiments acknowledged the higher efficiency of the proposed method in comparison with similar related works.  相似文献

Pulse Train/spl trade/ control technique is introduced and applied to flyback converter operating in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM). In contrast to the conventional pulse width modulation (PWM) control scheme, the principal idea of Pulse Train is to achieve output voltage regulation using high and low power pulses. The proposed technique is applicable to any converter operating in DCM. However, this work mainly focuses on flyback topology. In this paper, the main mathematical concept of the new control algorithm is introduced and simulations as well as experimental results are presented.  相似文献

Digitally controlled oscillators are the main cores in all-digital phase-locked loops (ADPLL), which are important for determining the range of frequency and power consumption in ADPLLs. In the conventional digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) designs, one single band of operation is assigned to the DCO. The following paper presents a new approach in the design of DCOs, which works in dual-band and wide-band modes with a control unit. In dual-band mode, the DCO works in two different ranges of frequencies simultaneously via digital control bits. The wide-band DCO (WBDCO) works in one wider range of frequencies consecutively. It seems that in the wide-band DCO, the gap width for the dual-band DCO (DBDCO) is zero. The previously mentioned designs allow the designer to have standard frequencies with the help of direct or multiplied frequencies. So, we can have a trade-off between power and performance. This means that we can have low power consumption in low-frequency applications and vice versa. The proposed designs are based on using digitally controlled capacitors, current starving gates and Schmitt triggers in critical points of the DCO loop, while preserving coarse and fine tunings. The non-delay linearity factors are clearly investigated and resolved with the use of a new combined control unit. The simulations of the proposed designs are performed in Hspice with a voltage of \(\mathrm{VDD}=1.8\) v in 180 nm CMOS technology for 64- and 128-bit input coarse codes. Our simulation and evaluation results showed that in the dual-band DCO, a 14.8 ps jitter was calculated at 134 MHz with 1.2131 mW power consumption, while in the wide band with overlap mode, a 68.7 ps jitter was measured at 184.61 MHz with 1.604 mW power consumption. Our designs are proper for reconfigurable and multi-standard ADPLL designs.  相似文献

A photoconductive antenna (PCA) has been numerically investigated in the terahertz (THz) frequency band based on a hybrid simulation method. This hybrid method utilizes an optoelectronic solver, Silvaco TCAD, and a full-wave electromagnetic solver, CST. The optoelectronic solver is used to find the accurate THz photocurrent by considering realistic material parameters. Performance of photoconductive antennas and temporal behavior of the excited photocurrent for various active region geometries such as bare-gap electrode, interdigitated electrodes, and tip-to-tip rectangular electrodes are investigated. Moreover, investigations have been done on the center of the laser illumination on the substrate, substrate carrier lifetime, and diffusion photocurrent associated with the carriers temperature, to achieve efficient and accurate photocurrent. Finally, using the full-wave electromagnetic solver and the calculated photocurrent obtained from the optoelectronic solver, electromagnetic radiation of the antenna and its associated detected THz signal are calculated and compared with a measurement reference for verification.  相似文献

Anionic ring opening polymerization of ?‐caprolactone was studied by using different amounts of two potassium activated initiators containing ethylene glycol (EG) and polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) diol, in tetrahydrofuran and toluene as solvents. The synthesized hydroxyl terminated macromers and linear poly(?‐caprolactone) (PCL) were characterized by proton and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) techniques. Results showed an increase in molecular weight as the monomer/initiator molar ratio increased from 100 to 151 and 202, while the molecular weight distribution (MWD) showed a minimum by monomer concentration increase. Moreover, POSS‐diol‐initiated PCLs showed a higher MWD than the polymers initiated with the EG initiator. This was attributed to the formation of a vesicular structure of POSS diols which was confirmed by optical microscopy. By deconvolution of GPC peaks, the best conditions to synthesize PCL with the narrowest MWD were selected. Finally, the effects of some other parameters were studied in more detail.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode modified with MCM-41 and bimetallic inorganic–organic nanofiber hybrid nanocomposite was prepared and used for determination of trace levels of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The direct electron transfer (DET) and electrocatalysis of hemoglobin (Hb) entrapped in the MCM-41 modified Au–Pt inorganic–organic nanofiber hybrid nanocomposite electrode (Au–PtNP/NF/GCE) were investigated by using cyclic voltammetry in 0.1 M pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution. Due to its uniform pore structure, high surface area and good biocompatibility, the mesoporous silica sieve MCM-41 provided a suitable matrix for immobilization of biomolecules. The MCM-41 modified Au–Pt inorganic–organic nanofiber hybrid nanocomposite electrode showed significant promotion to DET of Hb, which exhibited a pair of well-defined and quasi-reversible peaks for heme Fe(III)/Fe(II) with a formal potential of ?0.535 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). Additionally, the Hb immobilized on the MCM-41 modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity toward H2O2 reduction.  相似文献
