A new method to compensate three-stage amplifier to drive large capacitive loads is proposed in this paper. Gain Bandwidth Product is increased due to use an attenuator in the path of miller compensation capacitor. Analysis demonstrates that the gain bandwidth product will be improved significantly without using large compensation capacitor. Using a feedforward path is deployed to control a left half plane zero which is able to cancel out first non-dominant pole. A three stage amplifier is simulated in a 0.18 μm CMOS technology. The purpose of the design is to compensate three-stage amplifier loading 1000 pF capacitive load. The simulated amplifier with a 1000 pF capacitive load is performed in 3.3 MHz gain bandwidth product, and phase margin of 50. The compensation capacitor is reduced extremely compared to conventional nested miller compensation methods. Since transconductance of each stage is not distinct, and it is close to one another; as a result, this method is suitable low power design methodology. 相似文献

Nowadays, switched Ethernet networks are used in complex systems that encompass tens to hundreds of nodes and thousands of signals. Such scenarios require multi-switch architectures where communications frequently occur in multiple hops. In this paper we investigate techniques to allow efficient multi-hop communication using HaRTES switches. These are modified Ethernet switches that provide real-time traffic scheduling, dynamic bandwidth management and temporal isolation between real-time and non-real-time traffic. This paper addresses the problem of forwarding traffic in HaRTES networks. Two methods have been recently proposed, namely Distributed Global Scheduling (DGS) that buffers traffic between switches, and Reduced Buffering Scheme (RBS), that uses immediate forwarding. In this paper, we discuss the design and implementation of RBS within HaRTES and we carry out an experimental validation with a prototype implementation. Then, we carry out a comparison between RBS and DGS using worst-case response time analysis and simulation. The comparison clearly establishes the superiority of RBS concerning end-to-end response times. In fact, with sample message sets, we achieved reductions in end-to-end delay that were as high as 80 %. 相似文献

Methane reforming with CO2 over Samaria-promoted Ni and Co/SBA-15 was comparatively investigated. The Co, Ni (10%wt) and Sm (0.5, 1 and 1.5%wt) ions were introduced by two-solvent impregnation method. The Ni and Co catalysts with/without promoter, were examined by N2 adsorption-desorption, x-ray diffraction (XRD), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), temperature programmed reduction (TPR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) methods, and then evaluated in CO2 reforming of methane. The XRD and TEM results indicated that Ni and Co/SBA-15 promoted by 1%wt of Samaria, had the smallest NiO and Co3O4 particles size and the highest dispersion; as a result, they would rather studying dry reforming of methane test. Catalytic results indicated that Samaria promoted Ni/SBA-15 had the highest conversion (CH4 conversion~58% at 700 °C), while a remarkable decrease of catalytic activity was observed over Samaria-promoted Co/SBA-15 (CH4 conversion~25% at 700 °C). The positive effect of Samaria on Ni/SBA-15 catalyst activity is probably due to smaller NiO particles, higher NiO dispersion and lower trend to carbon deposition. On the contrary, the negative effect of Samaria on Co/SBA-15 catalyst activity is maybe due to Co oxidation to inactive phase and sintering of Co particles in high temperatures. 相似文献

Organizations have recently become interested in applying new approaches to reduce fuel consumptions, aiming at decreasing green house gases emission due to their harmful effects on environment and human health; however, the large difference between practical and theoretical experiments grows the concern about significant changes in the transportation environment, including fuel consumptions, carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions cost and vehicles velocity, that it encourages researchers to design a near-reality and robust pollution routing problem. This paper addresses a new time window pickup-delivery pollution routing problem (TWPDPRP) to deal with uncertain input data for the first time in the literature. For this purpose, a new mixed integer linear programming (MILP) approach is presented under uncertainty by taking green house emissions into consideration. The objective of the model is to minimize not only the travel distance and number of available vehicles along with the capacity and aggregated route duration restrictions but also the amount of fuel consumptions and green house emissions along with their total costs. Moreover, a robust counterpart of the MILP is introduced by applying the recent robust optimization theory. Computational results for several test problems indicate the capability and suitability of the presented MILP model in saving costs and reducing green house gases concurrently for the TWPDPRP problem. Finally, both deterministic and robust mathematical programming are compared and contrasted by a number of nominal and realizations under these test problems to judge the robustness of the solution achieved by the presented robust optimization model. 相似文献

Effects of cooling slope angle and the temperature of molten metal on the globular structure of M2 high speed steel after holding at the semisolid state have been investigated. The globular structure was achieved by pouring the molten metal at 1595 °C on the ceramic cooling slope with the length of 200 mm and the angle of 25°. The globular structure of M2 high speed steel in the form of rolled–annealed and as cast condition after holding at semisolid state has been achieved. The size of globular grains of cooling slope sample was smaller than that of the rolled–annealed and as cast samples. Solid particles of rolled–annealed sample after holding at semisolid state had better roundness compared with cooling slope sample. Dissolution of carbides in the austenite phase at grain boundaries leads to formation of globular particles in the semisolid state. MC-type and M6C-type eutectic carbides reprecipitate during cooling cycle along grain boundaries. 相似文献

In this study condensation heat transfer on a cold inclined circular cylinder due to natural convection for various conditions is investigated experimentally. The cylinder is placed in an isolated test room to permit pure natural circulation of ambient air. Ambient temperature and humidity of the test room are controlled by a refrigeration cycle and humidifying. The ambient relative air humidity changed in the range of 30 to 50% and temperature from 25 to 35 °C. The ethylene‐glycol/water solution is used as a refrigerant to control and keep the temperature of the test section at a constant value. The cold surface temperature is varied from 2 to 6 °C. The condensation rate and heat flux are found to depend mainly on time, temperature difference between ambient air and cold surface, ambient relative humidity, and tube inclination. Results are plotted for various conditions with respect to time. The experimental results are used to propose a correlation to predict the condensate mass flow rate for free convection heat transfer. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
