Gene amplification as a prognostic factor in primary and secondary high-grade malignant gliomas

ND10 are recently characterized nuclear domains that are composed of 0.5 microm sized, precisely circumscribed dots in cultured human cell lines. To investigate the distribution and number of ND10 on various types of normal and neoplastic human tissues, we carried out immunostaining and immunoprecipitation analyses with monoclonal antibodies 138 and 1150. The number of ND10 varied from 1 to 10 or more in various tissues as did their size. ND10 were diffusely located in early embryonic and normal tissues, except for the exocrine and endocrine cells of the pancreas and for hepatocytes. In normal squamous mucosa, basal cells had more ND10 than did differentiated superficial squamous cells. The number and size of ND10 were markedly increased in malignant neoplasms but were similar in benign tumors and corresponding normal tissues. Sex hormone-related normal tissues, such as the endometrium or myometrium, and neoplasms strongly stained for ND10. The distribution pattern of ND10 in human tissues indicates that they are conserved nuclear substructures that are closely associated with cellular differentiation, hormonal stimulation, and oncogenesis.     

An antinociceptive effect of the intraperitoneal injection of nifedipine in rats, measured by tail-flick test

The tail-flick (TF) technique was used to assess the antinociceptive properties of nifedipine (NIF) given intraperitoneally (i.p.). First, the most suitable intensity of the noxious stimulus (temperature of the bulb) has been ascertained and used in the main study. Male Sprague-Dawley rats received NIF, dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at the doses of 0.0, 0.5, 2, 5, 10 and 15 mg/kg, or control with no injection. For the main study, the noxious stimulus was limited to 15 sec (cut-off time) and TF latencies were recorded up to 120 min. The antinociceptive response was expressed as the area under the curve for each rat and analyzed by one-way ANOVA. The antinociceptive response to the lower doses of NIF (0.5 and 2 mg/kg) did not differ from control (no injection) and DMSO alone. Significance was found at 5, 10 and 15 mg NIF with no difference among the doses. However, there was an increasing tendency of the mean values from 0.5 to 15 mg NIF resulting in a positive correlation. The correlation coefficient was 0.32483 (p = 0.015) and regression equation Y = (19.37) x dose + 1320. Our data suggest that spinal mechanisms are involved in NIF-induced antinociception.     

含多端口能量路由器的多能互补系统故障保护功能测试研究

针对某区域用电负荷存在严重的季节性过载现象,以及可再生能源存在功率波动大、稳定性较差的问题,研制了多能(含水电、光伏、储能)、多端口的能量路由器装置及其能量管理系统.综合考虑当地多场景运行,解决了季节性过载问题,实现了能量的合理配置与利用.首先,对比分析选定能量路由器各端口变换器的拓扑结构;然后,对多场景下的工作模式进行介绍;最后,对含能量路由器的多能互补系统进行故障保护功能测试.测试结果表明,该系统具有较好的故障保护功能,有效实现了不同场景下的工作模式切换,直流母线电压稳定以及上层功率指令跟踪等功能,解决了当地用电负荷季节性过载和可再生能源功率波动较大的问题.     

苦参生物碱杀虫生物活性测定

以桃蚜等9种试虫为供试靶标，研究了苦参根提取物和苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐果碱、野靛碱的杀虫活性。试验结果表明：苦参生物碱具有一定的杀虫活性，9种试虫中，苦参根提取物对蚜虫的活性最高，其对蚕豆蚜的LC50为20．635mg／L；即使在最高剂量为4000mg/L时，也不能直接杀死粘虫、小菜蛾和棉铃虫。4种生物碱对朱砂叶螨活性均较低，LC50均大于2500mg／L。野靛碱是4种生物碱中杀虫活性最高的，对淡色库蚊、桃蚜、蚕豆蚜、褐飞虱和家蝇的LC50分别为172．431mg/L、207．667mg／L、85．212mg／L、266．179mg／L和763．224mg／L；而且对褐飞虱、桃蚜和家蝇的活性高于苦参根提取物，苦参碱对蚜虫的活性高于氧化苦参碱和槐果碱，槐果碱对淡色库蚊、褐飞虱和家蝇的活性高于苦参碱和氧化苦参碱。     

Seeded Crystallization of Leucite

The leucite crystallization kinetics from a hydrothermally derived precursor seeded with nano-crystalline leucite was investigated by X-ray diffraction and non-isothermal differential thermal analysis. The nano-crystalline leucite was prepared by high-energy milling of high-purity leucite powder and the leucite precursor was prepared by the hydrothermal method of silica sol, aluminum nitrate, and potassium nitrate. After the seeds were introduced, the crystallization temperature of the precursor was lowered by 100°C and the transition phase kalsilite did not appear during the crystallization process. When the seeded precursor was heat treated at 700°C, a small amount of cubic leucite was stabilized to room temperature. The seeded precursor showed an exothermic peak between 800° and 920°C under different heating rates. The activation energy for the growth of leucite from the seeded precursor was 256(SD9) kJ/mol.     

Synthesis and characterization of copolythiophene

Copolythiophenes (Co‐PTs), poly(3‐hexylthiophene‐co‐3‐thiophene carboxylic acid) (P3HT‐TCa), poly(3‐hexyloxylthiophene‐co‐3‐thiophene carboxylic acid) (P3HOT‐TCa), and poly(3‐phenylthiophene‐co‐3‐thiophene carboxylic acid) (P3PhT‐TCa), were synthesized by chemical oxidized polymerization to investigate the effect of copolymerization on the properties of polythiophenes (PTs). Gel permeation chromatography showed that the molecular weight (MW) of Co‐PT was lower than that of homopolythiophene. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra indicated that the copolymerization was successful between the monomers. The λ_max of Co‐PTs gave a “blue shift” in ultraviolet‐visible (UV‐VIS) spectra. Photoluminescence (PL) spectra showed that the PL intensity of Co‐PT became weaker than that of homopolythiophene and the disappearance of PL had been observed in P3HOT‐TCa. The thermal stability of Co‐PT was influenced by the carboxyl for its low decomposition temperature. Furthermore, the copolymerization between multi‐wall carbon nanotube containing thiophene ring (MWNT‐Th) and 3‐hexyloxylthiphene could also take place successfully. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 利用溶胶-凝胶法制得CaO-SiO2系基础玻璃,通过差热分析曲线分析质量比为CaO-SiO2玻璃的析晶能力。经分析,其析晶活化能E=457.1kJ·mol-1,而晶化生长指数是随升温速率的不同而不同,速率越大,晶化生长指数越小。

光谱法研究Ni[S2P（OCH2CH2Ph）2]2与α,α＇-联吡啶加合反应

利用紫外光谱法研究了Ni[S2P（OCH2CH2Ph）2]2与α,α-联吡啶的加合反应。研究发现Ni[S2P（OCH2CH2Ph）2]2与α,α-联吡啶形成1∶1型加合物,在25℃的苯溶剂中,加合物的离解度α=0.07,稳定常数K稳^θ=2.1×10^6。
