1.04 GBd low EMI digital video interface system using small swingserial link technique

In a high-resolution flat panel system, a conventional interface that directly connects a liquid crystal display (LCD) controller to a flat panel cannot overcome the problems of excess EMI (electromagnetic interference) and power caused by full-swing transmission signals in parallel lines. This paper presents a high-speed digital video interface system implemented with a low-cost standard CMOS (complimentary metal-oxide-semiconductor) technology that can mitigate EMI and power problems in high-resolution flat panel display systems. The combined architecture of the high-speed, small number of parallel lines and low-voltage swing serial interface can support resolutions from VGA (640×480 pixels) up to XGA (1024×768 pixels) with significant power improvement and drastic EMI reduction. To support high-speed, low-voltage swing signaling and overcome channel-to-channel skew problems, a robust data recovery system is required. The proposed digital phase-locked loop enables robust skew-insensitive data recovery of up to 1.04 GBd     

Inference, inquiry, evidence censorship, and explanation inconnectionist expert systems

The combination of the techniques of expert systems and neural networks has the potential of producing more powerful systems, for example, expert systems able to learn from experience. In this paper, we address the combinatorial neural model (CNM), a kind of fuzzy neural network able to accommodate in a simple framework the highly desirable property of incremental learning, as well as the usual capabilities of expert systems. We show how an interval-based representation for membership grades makes CNM capable of reasoning with several types of uncertainty: vagueness, ignorance, and relevance commonly found in practical applications. In addition, we show how basic functions of expert systems such as inference, inquiry, censorship of input information, and explanation may be implemented. We also report experimental results of the application of CNM to the problem of deforestation monitoring of the Amazon region using satellite images     

一种铁氧体移相驱动器专用集成电路

介绍了ＳＡ０１８铁氧体移相驱动器专用集成电路的工作原理，电路设计和实验结果。该电路的内部电路设计有双路激励驱动器，放大器，积分器和双路高速比较器等功能单元。将铁氧体移相器的激励驱动器和相位控制器融于一体，大大减少了铁氧体移相器的外围设计。     

络合沉淀法制备BaTiO_3超细粉末

在分析ＢａＴｉＯ_３前驱体形成机理的基础上，提出了以草酸作为络合剂，用络合沉淀法制备超细ＢａＴｉＯ_３新工艺。用化学分析法测定产物Ｂａ／Ｔｉ比，用ＸＲＤ、ＴＥＭ、ＢＩ－９０激光散射粒度仪对产物的晶型、粒度及形貌进行表征。结果表明：采用该法合成的前驱体，微观组分确定，粒径小，粒度分布窄，近似球形，煅烧后为高纯超细ＢａＴｉＯ_３粉末。     

模糊Petri网及知识表示

在建造专家系统中虽然有很多种知识表示方法，但都有不尽人意的地方，本文试图用一种新的方法－Ｐｅｔｒｉ网模型来表示知识。本文给出了Ｆｕｚｚｚｙ Ｐｅｔｒｉ网和广义Ｆｕｚｚｙ Ｐｅｔｒｉ网两种模型，并给出了相应的推理算法，一旦专家知识用Ｐｅｔｒｉ网表示后，根据Ｐｅｔｒｉ网固有的特性，我们就能处理专家系统中并行推理、无回溯推理，反向推理等问题。     

用奇异模型描述的受限机器人的学习控制

本文了一类受限机器人的迭代学习控制方案，控制器的设计是基于机器人模型的降阶形式。在存在有界未知干扰的情况下，对末端操纵器受线性、无摩擦约束面的受限机器人。本文给出的控制方案保证了机器人系统的完全运动跟踪，同时保证了力跟踪误差有界的，且界的大小是可调节的。     

高压加氢工艺生产冷冻机油研究

克拉玛依具有丰富的环烷基原油资源，为研制适合国际市场需要的冷冻机油产品，在实验室中，参照德国DIN51503VG46冷冻机油标准，以克拉玛依环烷基原油减二线馏分油为原料，利用国产加氢精制催化剂RN-1、临氢降凝催化剂RDW-1，在100mL小型加氢实验装置上，采用高压加氢精制-高压加氢降凝-分馏切割工艺路线开展工艺研究，目标产品收率高，经检测分析产品质量好，各项指标均可满足德国DIN51503 VG46冷冻机油标准要求。     

SSRF储存环预研制铝合金真空室的机械加工

上海同步辐射装置（SSRF）储存环铝合金超高真空室已研制成功，该机加真空室的尺寸大、尺寸精度、形位公差及粗糙度要求极高，不同于常规的大型超高真空室。在预研件加工中，成功地解决了一系列问题，如光洁度提高困难，加工成型后变形大；加工尺寸和精度受环境温度影响较大等。本文详细阐述了储存环真空室材料和热处理状态的选择依据，为了保证尺寸精度和形位公差所采取的工艺措施，分析了粗糙度的形成机理和影响因素，从刀具材料、几何角度、切削参数、冷却液选型等多方面提出了解决办法。     

实用宽带新技术

简要介绍了三种宽带新技术及其应用，包括替代五类线的VDSL，可解决HFC上行噪音漏斗效应的SCDMA技术以及利用电源线传输高速数据的PLC技术。这些新技术由于具有较高的性能价值比和广阔的应用前景，受到了广泛的关注。
