锂离子电池用聚合物电解质的最新进展II.含液聚合物电解质

由于干态聚合物电解质目前还不能满足聚合物锂离子电池的应用要求,人们致力于开发含液体增塑剂的聚合物电解质,包括凝胶型和微孔型两类体系。本文综述了含液聚合物电解质的最新进展,重点论述了各种新体系和新方法。     

Curie Temperatures of III–V Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors Calculated from First-Principles in Mean Field Approximation

Electronic structure and ferromagnetism in III–V compound-based diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMS) are investigated based on first-principles calculations by using the Korringa-Kohn-Rostoker method combined with the coherent-potential-approximation. The stability of the ferromagnetic phase in GaN-, GaAs-, GaP-, GaSb-based DMS is investigated systematically. The calculations show that 3d-impurities from the first-half of the transition metal series favor the ferromagnetic state, while impurities from the latter-half of the series exhibit spin-glass behavior. This chemical trend in the magnetism is explained by the double exchange mechanism taking the local symmetry at the impurity gap states into account. Curie temperatures of GaAs- and GaN-based DMS are estimated by using the Heisenberg model in a mean field approximation with the parameters calculated from first-principles. It is suggested that room-temperature ferromagnetism can be realized in these systems.     

不同注F剂量与CMOS运放电路辐照损伤的相关性

在不同注F剂量条件下,对P沟和N沟两种不同差分对输入CMOS运放电路的电离辐照响应进行了研究.分析比较了注F和未注F运放电路电离辐照响应之间的差异.结果表明,在栅场介质注入适量的F,可有效抑制辐照感生的氧化物电荷尤其是界面态的增长,从而提高CMOS运放电路的抗辐照特性.     

Discrete Wavelet Transform: Architectures, Design and Performance Issues

Due to the demand for real time wavelet processors in applications such as video compression [1], Internet communications compression [2], object recognition [3], and numerical analysis, many architectures for the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) systems have been proposed. This paper surveys the different approaches to designing DWT architectures. The types of architectures depend on whether the application is 1-D, 2-D, or 3-D, as well as the style of architecture: systolic, semi-systolic, folded, digit-serial, etc. This paper presents an overview and evaluation of the architectures based on the criteria of latency, control, area, memory, and number of multipliers and adders. This paper will give the reader an indication of the advantages and disadvantages of each design.     

Magnetotransport Calculations for Two-Dimensional Electrons with Spin-Orbit Interaction

We present calculations of the magnetoconductivity in a two-dimensional electron system including the Rashba spin-orbit interaction. Essential for these calculations is an extension of the self-consistent Born approximation which takes into account the electron spin degree of freedom. The calculated magnetoconductivity exhibits, besides the beating in the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations, a modulation related to the spin-orbit induced crossings of Landau levels, as a consequence of spin-conserving scattering between spin-orbit coupled states.     

岩石物理横波速度曲线计算技术

横波速度是地震勘探中的重要参数。针对实际生产中缺乏横波速度测井曲线资料，利用经验公式计算精确度不高的问题，通过对横波速度计算理论模型的研究分析，选择Blot-Gassman模型法，利用岩石矿物成分、流体成分、孔隙度及密度等测井曲线进行横波速度测井曲线的计算，并对横波速度计算技术和流程进行研究。在实际工区进行了横波速度曲线计算，计算结果与实测横波吻合程度较高，误差小于10％，该技术在储层和流体识别预测的应用中取得了较好效果。

Implementation of RNS-Based Distributed Arithmetic Discrete Wavelet Transform Architectures Using Field-Programmable Logic

Currently there are design barriers inhibiting the implementation of high-precision digital signal processing (DSP) objects with field programmable logic (FPL) devices. This paper explores overcoming these barriers by fusing together the popular distributed arithmetic (DA) method with the residue number system (RNS) for use in FPL-centric designs. The new design paradigm is studied in the context of a high-performance filter bank and a discrete wavelet transform (DWT). The proposed design paradigm is facilitated by a new RNS accumulator structure based on a carry save adder (CSA). The reported methodology also introduces a polyphase filter structure that results in a reduced look-up table (LUT) budget. The 2C-DA and RNS-DA are compared, in the context of a FPL implementation strategy, using a discrete wavelet transform (DWT) filter bank as a common design theme. The results show that the RNS-DA, compared to a traditional 2C-DA design, enjoys a performance advantage that increases with precision (wordlength).     

SrTiO3基压敏电阻的研究及其在武器系统中的应用

电子设备的广泛使用带来的设备干扰及浪涌冲击等问题使人们开始关注SrTiO3基压敏电阻器件材料的开发.本文介绍了SrTiO3基压敏电阻的一般制造配方和工艺流程.和ZnO基压敏电阻相比,此材料在低压领域具有更优良的电气性能,如较大的电容量(C=10～150nF);在高于电压临界值又具有较低压敏电压;非线性系数在5～43之间可调;耐浪涌能量大;并且具有自复位特性.这些特性使得它具有高频噪声吸收、前沿快速上升型脉冲噪声吸收和浪涌吸收等功能.针对武器系统的高性能要求,本文提出了SrTiO3基压敏电阻在直流电机消噪、电源输入端、吸收电感性负载开关浪涌、旁路电容器、通信线路防护、防止电涌冲击等方面的应用.
