Elemental aluminium and iron powders have been mechanically alloyed in the atomic AlFe ratios of 11 and 13. The structural evolution of the samples was followed by X-ray diffraction and differential calorimetry. Extended milling caused the formation of an almost completely disordered b c c solid solution instead of the equilibrium B2 and DO3 compounds. Upon heating to 700 °C the formation of the B2 phase was observed in the equiatomic samples and no significant variation of the long-range state of order in the iron-rich samples. Upon heating of samples pre-milled for short or intermediate times, at about 400 °C, the nucleation and growth of Al5Fe2 was observed which, upon further heating to 700 °C, transformed to the B2 phase or to the b c c solid solution, depending on the sample composition. These results suggest that the solid-state reactions proceed through diffusion of iron atoms in the aluminium layers, and that for an iron concentration in these layers below about 50 at%, the Al(Fe) solid solution could be in a metastable phase.  相似文献

During last few decades, emerging environmental regulations worldwide, more notably in Europe and Japan, have targeted the elimination of Pb usage in electronic assemblies due to the inherent toxicity of this element. This situation drives to the replacement of the Sn–Pb solder alloy of eutectic composition commonly used as joining material to suitable lead-free solders for microelectronic assembly. Sn-based alloys containing Ag, Cu, Bi, and Zn are potential lead-free solders, usually close to the binary or ternary eutectic composition. For this reason a great effort was directed to establish reliable thermophysical data fundamental to interpret the solidification process and fluidity of alloys belonging to these systems. In this work, an analysis of the solidification process of pure Sn, binary Sn–Ag, Sn–Cu, Sn–Bi, Sn–Zn, Sn–Pb and ternary Sn–Ag–Cu eutectic alloys was carried out using computer aided-cooling curve analysis and differential scanning calorimetry.  相似文献

Bone-implant integration is measured in several ways. Traditionally and routinely, 2D histological sections of samples, containing bone and the biomaterial, are stained and analyzed using a light microscope. Such histological section provides detailed cellular information about the bone regeneration in the proximity of the implant. However, this information reflects the integration in only a very small fraction, a 10 μm thick slice, of the sample. In this study, we show that feature values quantified on 2D sections are highly dependent on the orientation and the placement of the section, suggesting that a 3D analysis of the whole sample is of importance for a more complete judgment of the bone structure in the proximity of the implant. We propose features describing the 3D data by extending the features traditionally used for 2D-analysis. We present a method for extracting these features from 3D image data and we measure them on five 3D SRμCT image volumes.We also simulate cuts through the image volume positioned at all possible section positions. These simulations show that the measurement variations due to the orientation of the section around the center line of the implant are about 30%.  相似文献

A turbulent environment characterized by unsteady economic cycles, customized products, a growing bandwidth of products, an exploding number of variants and shorter product life cycles force manufacturers to permanent adaptation of their factories. Flexible and changeable structures will be required to enable factories dealing with the technological challenges and economic pressure of the future competitively. In order to achieve changeability objectives in manufacturing, a detailed analysis of existing structures and its representative attributes is essential. It is the basis for systematic structure planning of factories. In this paper a method for analyzing the capacitive and technological structure of a factory embedded in a network of manufacturing and its network of suppliers is presented. The synchronization of product and production development under the influence of change is intended. Therefore, the structural views of product and production are specifically in focus of the method. Based on the results of the analysis models an approach of a tool for giving product and production structure dynamism is suggested to investigate the effects and dependencies of change drivers in manufacturing.  相似文献

Musculoskeletal disorders are more common among women than among men. When comparing the difference between men and women in the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders, methodological problems arise as men and women seldom perform the same type of activities, neither at work nor at home.

The main objective of this cross-sectional case study was to compare work technique and self-reported musculoskeletal symptoms between men and women performing the same type of work tasks within a metal industry. Other factors, such as leisure activities, were also taken into consideration. Three data collection methods were used; questionnaire, interviews and systematic observations. The results from the observations revealed that women worked more frequently and during longer times with their hands above shoulder height than men. Working with hands above shoulder height is considered a risk factor for neck and shoulder disorders according to previous studies. Workplace design factors were probably a reason for differences in working technique between men and women. A higher proportion of women than men reported shoulder symptoms. Women spent more time on household activities than men, which indicates a higher total workload in paid and unpaid work.  相似文献

The influence of high-pressure homogenisation (HPH) at 100 MPa on Lacticaseibacillus paracasei 90 (L90) was studied in vitro and in situ (fermented milk and cheese). Lysis and injury signs were observed in cells treated with HPH, which were linked to the release of intracellular enzymes and changes in the metabolic activity of L90. HPH treatment led to a higher lactic acid content and lower pH and pyruvic acid levels in fermented milk. The microbiological and peptide profiles of cheeses were modified by using cells or cell-free extracts of L90. Finally, this study suggests that L90 could release bioactive peptides.  相似文献

We introduce a robust estimator of the location parameter for the change‐point in the mean based on Wilcoxon statistic and establish its consistency for L1 near‐epoch dependent processes. It is shown that the consistency rate depends on the magnitude of the change. A simulation study is performed to evaluate the finite sample properties of the Wilcoxon‐type estimator under Gaussianity as well as under heavy‐tailed distributions and disturbances by outliers, and to compare it with a CUSUM‐type estimator. It shows that the Wilcoxon‐type estimator is equivalent to the CUSUM‐type estimator under Gaussianity but outperforms it in the presence of heavy tails or outliers in the data.  相似文献

Digital Twins are new solution elements to enable ongoing digital monitoring and active functional improvement of interconnected products, devices and machines. In addition, benefits of horizontal and vertical integration in manufacturing are targeted by the introduction of Digital Twins. Using the test environment of smart factory cells, this paper investigates methodological, technological, operative, and business aspects of developing and operating Digital Twins. The following Digital Twin dimensions are considered in scientific and application oriented analysis: (1) integration breadth, (2) connectivity modes, (3) update frequency, (4) CPS intelligence, (5) simulation capabilities, (6) digital model richness, (7) human interaction, and (8) product lifecycle.
