This paper presents an approach for evaluating collaboration attributes in companies operating in industrial clusters. From the literature review, we identified governance, geographic proximity, and trust as the main collaboration attributes in industrial clusters. For each of them, there is a set of related sub-attributes that composed the evaluation model. For developing the model, we used the graph theoretic approach (GTA), a methodology for multi-attribute assessment that considers interdependencies among elements of a system to provide an overall evaluation. We applied the model to five companies of a furniture cluster. The results showed the model allows for systematizing relationship management because it highlights the collaboration attributes that need to be improved. Furthermore, the application of the model may contribute to encouraging companies to develop collaborative practices.  相似文献

A method for bromine, chlorine, and iodine determination in soybean and related products was developed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after digestion by microwave-induced combustion (MIC). Samples were pressed as pellets and combusted using pressurized oxygen (20 bar) and ammonium nitrate solution (50 μL of 6 mol L?1) as the igniter. Analytes were absorbed in alkaline solution (100 mmol L?1 NH4OH), and a reflux step of 5 min, microwave power of 1,400 W, was applied after combustion in order to improve analyte recoveries. For Cl determination by ICP-MS, a dynamic reaction cell was used with ammonia as the reaction gas. The accuracy was evaluated using certified reference materials (CRMs) and spiked samples. Using MIC, the agreement with CRM values and spike recoveries was higher than 95 % for all analytes for certified reference materials of a similar composition (National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), corn bran and NIST, whole milk). Limits of detection were 0.03, 1.2, and 0.002 μg g?1 for Br, Cl, and I, respectively. The residual carbon content in the digests obtained after MIC procedure was lower than 0.5 %. Blanks were always negligible and no memory effects were observed. Digestion by MIC allowed processing up to eight samples by each run in 25 min with high efficiency of digestion providing a suitable medium for further bromine, chlorine, and iodine determination by ICP-MS.  相似文献

In this work, charge trapping in SiO2/Al2O3 dielectric stacks is characterized by means of pulsed capacitance–voltage measurements. The proposed technique strongly reduces the measurement time and, as a consequence, the impact of charge trapping on the measurement results. Flat band voltage shift and fast current transient during short stress pulses are systematically monitored and the centroid and the amount of the trapped charge are extracted using a first-order model.  相似文献

Propolis has been proposed as a polyphenolic‐rich natural product potentially able to be used for human consumption or even for medicinal proposes. To guarantee a minimum phenolic and flavonoid content and as consequence of their related‐biological activities, international requirements of propolis quality are commonly applied. In this work we assessed phenolic and flavonoid contents of propolis; the antioxidant capacity (toward peroxyl radicals and hypochlorous acid); the ability to generate nitric oxide (NO); and, finally the antimicrobial activity of 6 propolis samples from the VI region of Chile. Our results show that the total phenolic and flavonoid content of propolis samples are not always in agreement with their polyphenolic‐associated in vitro activities. For example, P03 and P06 samples showed the lowest (25 ± 4 GAE/g propolis) and the highest (105 ± 3 GAE/g propolis) total phenolic content, respectively. This was in agreement with flavonoid content and their Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) activity. However, this dependence was not observed toward HOCl, NO release and antimicrobial activity. Based on our results, we consider that, in order to guarantee the antioxidant or antimicrobial in vitro effects, the international regulations of propolis quality should contemplate the convenience of incorporating other simple analytical test such as ORAC or antimicrobial tests.  相似文献

Morphology, etching patterns, surface modification, and characterization of 2 different fiber posts: Gfp, Glass fiber post; and Cfp, carbon fiber were investigated by SEM analysis, after different surface treatments. Thirty fiber posts, being 15 Gfp and 15 Cfp were divided into a 5 surface treatments (n = 3): C-alcohol 70% (control); HF 4%-immersion in 4% hydrofluoric acid for 1min; H(3) PO(4) 37%-immersion in 37% phosphoric acid for 30s; H(2) O(2) 10%-immersion in 10% hydrogen peroxide for 20 min; H(2) O(2) 24%-immersion in 24% hydrogen peroxide for 10 min. Morphology, etching patterns, surface modification and surface characterization were acessed by SEM analysis. SEM evaluation revealed that the post surface morphology was modified following all treatment when compared with a control group, for both type of reinforced posts. HF seems to penetrate around the fibers of Gfp and promoted surface alterations. The Cfp surface seems to be inert to treatment with HF 4%. Dissolution of epoxy resin and exposure of the superficial fiber was observed in both post groups, regardless the type of reinforcing fiber, H(2) O(2) in both concentrations. Relative smooth surface area was produced by H(3) PO(4) 37% treatment, but with similar features to untreated group. Surface treatment of fiber post is a determinant factor on micromechanical entanglement to resin composite core. Post treatment with hydrogen peroxide resulted strength of carbon and glass/epoxy resin fiber posts to resin composite core.  相似文献
