Structural, electrochemical and optical comparisons of tungsten oxide coatings derived from tungsten powder-based sols 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Tungsten trioxide (WO3) electrochromic coatings have been formed on indium tin oxide-coated glass substrates by aqueous routes. Coating sols are obtained by dissolving tungsten powder in acetylated (APTA) or plain peroxotungstic acid (PTA) solutions. The structural evolution and electrochromic performance of the coatings as a function of calcination temperature (250 °C and 400 °C) have been reported. Differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction have shown that amorphous WO3 films are formed after calcination at 250 °C for both processing routes; however, the coatings that calcined at 400 °C were crystalline in both cases. The calcination temperature-dependent crystallinity of the coatings results in differences in optical properties of the coatings. Higher coloration efficiencies can be achieved with amorphous coatings than could be seen in the crystalline coatings. The transmittance values (at 800 nm) in the colored state are 35% and 56% for 250 °C and 400 °C-calcined coatings, respectively. The electrochemical properties are more significantly influenced by the method of sol preparation. The ion storage capacities designating the electrochemical properties are found in the range of 1.62–2.74 × 10− 3 (mC cm− 2) for APTA coatings; and 0.35–1.62 × 10− 3 (mC cm− 2) for PTA coatings. As a result, a correlation between the microstructure and the electrochromic performance has been established. 相似文献

Glucose isomerase (GI) from Streptomycesrubiginosus was immobilized covalently onto Eupergit C 250 L made by copolymerization of N,N-methylene-bis-methacrylamide, glycidyl methacrylate, allyl glycidyl ether and methacrylamide. The catalytic efficiency of immobilized GI in isomerization of glucose to fructose was found as three fold higher than that of free GI. The residual activity of immobilized GI after 18 reuses in a batch type stirred reactor was about 85% of its initial activity. The thermal stability of immobilized GI was almost same with that of the free GI at 60 °C for 18 h preincubation time. The residual activities of immobilized GI when stored at 5 °C and 25 °C for four weeks were 72% and 69% of the initial activity, respectively. However, free GI retained 88% and 78% of its initial activity at 5 °C and 25 °C upon four weeks storage, respectively. Thus, the use of Eupergit C 250 L immobilized GI instead of free GI is suggested in enzymatic isomerization of glucose to fructose. 相似文献

Poly(methyl phenyl silane) was used to photoinitiate the polymerization of methyl methacrylate. Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), obtained this way, contains remaining polysilane chains. Photolysis of this PMMA in the presence of vinyl monomers such as styrene makes it possible to prepare block copolymers. The cold forging method has been widely used in industry to produce machine parts. In general, gears are produced by shaping
or hobbing. One of the shaping techniques is precision forging, which has several advantages over hobbing. In the present
study, cold forging of spur gears from Ti-6A1-4V material is introduced. To improve the surface properties of the resulting
gears, plasma nitriding was carried out. Nuclear reaction analysis was carried out to obtain the nitrogen concentration, while
the micro-PIXE technique was used to determine the elemental distribution in the matrix after forging and nitriding processes.
Scanning electron microscopy and x-ray powder diffraction were used to investigate the metallurgical changes and formation
of nitride components in the surface region. Microhardness and friction tests were carried out to measure the hardness depth
profile and friction coefficient at the surface. Finally, scoring failure tests were conducted to determine the rotational
speed at which the gears failed. Three distinct regions were obtained in the nitride region, and at the initial stages of
the scoring tests, failure in surface roughness was observed in the vicinity of the tip of the gear tooth. This occurred at

Acrylamide (AAm)/acrylic acid (AAc) hydrogels in the cylindirical form were prepared by γ‐irradiating binary systems of AAm/AAc with 2.6–20.0 kGy γ‐rays. The effect of the dose and relative amounts of AAc and pH on the swelling properties, diffusion behavior of water, diffusion coefficients, and network properties of hydrogel systems was investigated. The swelling capacities of AAm/AAc hydrogels were in the range of 1000–3000%, while poly(acrylamide) (PAAm) hydrogels swelled in the range of 450–700%. Water diffusion into hydrogels was found to be non‐Fickian‐type diffusion. A correct diagnosis of tuberculosis disease can be only stated by applying a medical test to patient’s phlegm. The result of this test is obtained after a time period of about 45 days. The purpose of this study is to develop a data mining solution that makes diagnosis of tuberculosis as accurate as possible and helps deciding whether it is reasonable to start tuberculosis treatment on suspected patients without waiting for the exact medical test results. We proposed the use of Sugeno-type “adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system” (ANFIS) to predict the existence of mycobacterium tuberculosis. Data set collected from 503 different patient records which are obtained from a private health clinic (consent of physicians and patients). Patient record has 30 different attributes which covers demographical and medical test data. ANFIS model was generated by using 250 records. Also, rough set method was implemented by using the same data set. The ANFIS model classifies the instances with correctness of 97 %, whereas rough set algorithm does the same classification with correctness of 92 %. This study has a contribution on forecasting patients before the medical tests. 相似文献
