雷达仿真系统中电磁干扰环境的仿真设计和实施

雷达仿真系统是为检测雷达设备的抗干扰能力以及在各种电磁环境下的工作性能而设计的，包括有源干扰和无源干扰的模拟仿真。本文阐述了无源干扰即杂波的散射模型和仿真过程；从同步脉冲干扰的基本原理出发，阐明在雷达工作环境仿真系统中距离拖引、速度拖引、虚假目标等同步脉冲有源干扰的设计和实施过程；并针对工作在搜索和跟踪交替模式下的相控阵雷达提出自适应综合干扰方式；最后分析并总结了系统仿真时为真实、有效地模拟电磁干扰环境应注意的关键问题。     

多排数翅片管空冷器风阻特性的数值模拟

本文对多排数翅片管空冷器空气侧的风阻特性进行了数值模拟.利用商用软件Fluent进行数值计算,结合经验公式和已有的实验数据,分析了不同入口风速下,阻力的变化规律以及流动阻力和温度变化对模拟计算的影响.     

Vibration thresholds for fretting corrosion in electrical connectors

Single frequency vibration tests were used to induce fretting corrosion in tin alloy plated contacts. The samples used in this study were connectors consisting of 25 pairs of mated pin and socket contacts. Experimental results for a variety of vibration levels, frequencies, and wiring tie-off lengths are presented. The experiments consisted of running a series of vibration tests at each frequency where the excitation level was stepped through a range of g-levels. During each test run contact resistance was monitored as a performance characteristic. The results exhibit threshold behavior at each frequency for the onset of fretting degradation. Typically a plateau region was observed where similar g-levels produced similar fretting rates. It was also found that outside the plateau region the g-levels varied according to the dynamic behavior of the mechanical system. In addition, a transfer matrix model was used to analyze these results. An empirical fit of the data correlated well with the model when damping was used. This analysis revealed the importance of the bending moment induced at the contact interface as a result of excitation levels and tie-off configurations. Consequently, it is concluded that dynamic response of the mechanical system under various g-levels and tie off configurations can greatly impact the performance of a connector system subjected to vibration stresses.

STUDY ON PHASE PERCEPTION IN SPEECH

The perceptual effect of the phase information in speech has been studied by auditory subjective tests. On the condition that the phase spectrum in speech is changed while amplitude spectrum is unchanged, the tests show that: (1) If the envelop of the reconstructed speech signal is unchanged, there is indistinctive auditory perception between the original speech and the reconstructed speech; (2) The auditory perception effect of the reconstructed speech mainly lies on the amplitude of the derivative of the additive phase; (3) td is the maximum relative time shift between different frequency components of the reconstructed speech signal. The speech quality is excellent while td <10ms; good while 10ms< td <20ms; common while 20ms< td <35ms, and poor while td >35ms.     

弹簧钢棒线材质量投诉的分析研究

为分析研究某特钢厂用户投诉的原因及存在的问题，统计了其两年间的弹簧钢棒线材用户质量投诉，从缺陷类型及生产过程控制进行了分析，重点对多起断裂原因不明的投诉进行了深入的失效研究。结果表明，弹簧钢生产厂在设备工艺、过程控制和管理中存在很多不足，加上用户的使用工艺、材料的内外质量和规格等综合因素导致了材料的断裂失效。     

压力传感器静态检定装置的测量不确定度

本文根据压力传感器（静态）国家计量检定规程，对压力传感器静态检定装置进行误差分析，得出该装置的测量不确定度。最后，通过实例说明实际测量不确定度与理论分析相符合。     

CROSS-SPECTRAL MOMENT AND SVD METHODS ESTIMATING THE PARAMETERS OF CLOSE SINUSOIDS IN COLORED NOISE

The cross-spectral estimation methods are efficient in estimating the parameters of sinusoidal signals embedded in colored noise. But up to now, only FPT and cross-periodogram methods are used in this field, the modern auto-spectral estimation method is introduced into cross-spectral estimation in this paper, meanwhile the cross-correlation based Yule-Walker equation is proposed theoretically and the moment and singular-value decomposition (SVD)) algorithms for cross-spectral estimation have been developed. Finally, a numerical example is given for comparing the presented methods with the well-known Cadzow's SVD method.
