Probabilistic harmonic load flow (HLF) is currently enjoying renewed popularity. This is not surprising since in the near future, thousands of photovoltaic (PV) systems will be integrated into distribution systems. However, as yet, there is no model capable of explaining PV harmonic current behaviour in probabilistic HLF studies. To fill this gap, the harmonic modelling of PV systems proposed in this paper has three key points. First, it provides an effective model of the relationship between PV harmonic current emission and background harmonic voltages. Second, it statistically characterises PV harmonic currents (relative magnitude and phase angle) at different fundamental‐frequency current output intervals using historical time‐series data. In this statistical characterisation, the first fifth moments of each PV harmonic current are used to accurately approximate the raw probability density function (PDF) by means of the Legendre series. Finally, the third key point of this harmonic modelling is a method capable of determining the distribution functions of PV harmonic currents (absolute magnitude and phase angle), based on the statistical characterisation and a fundamental‐frequency probabilistic PV model. Viscose cellulosic fibers from eucalyptus wood were treated with organosilanes to introduce specific functionalities on the fibers and enhance their wettability and adhesion with phenolic matrices in composites. Modeling procedures were employed to optimize the conditions of the treatments of the fibers with the silanes (3‐aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane (APS) and 3‐(2‐aminoethylamino) propyltrimethoxysilane (AAPS). The analyzed responses were relative intensities of the bands 1565/897 and 1120/897 cm−1, measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the silicon amount incorporated into the cellulosic fibers, which was determined by energy dispersive X‐ray analysis. In addition, surface morphology of the silane treated fibers was observed using scanning electron microscopy. The treatments of the cellulosic fibers with 2.2% APS for 120 min and 1.5% AAPS for 100 min were selected as optimums. According to contact angle measurements, both treatments enhanced the wettability between the fibers and a resol‐type phenolic resin, revealing the possible use of the silane treated fibers as reinforcement in phenolic composites. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new simple analytical method for monitoring propyl propane thiosulfonate (PTSO) in animal feed is presented. PTSO is an active ingredient from Allium spp. (like onion and shallot), proposed as a natural additive for feed being an efficient alternative to antibiotics used as growth promoter due to its efficiency improving animal health. Reversed-phase liquid chromatography with UV detection has been used and a previous sample treatment based on solid-liquid extraction has been developed and optimized in order to extract PTSO from a feed for laying hens using acetone as extraction solvent. The method has been characterized obtaining limits of detection and quantification of 11.2 and 37.3 mg kg?1, respectively, which are lower than the concentrations expected in samples containing this additive. The intra- and interday relative standard deviations (RSDs) were lower than 8.3 % in all the cases, and recoveries varied from 90.2 to 94.6 %. Finally, in order to check the unequivocal identification of PTSO, mass spectrometry detection was applied. The proposed method is a simple procedure for monitoring PTSO in commercial feed, being possible to implement it in routine laboratories for quantification purposes and stability studies of the distributed products.  相似文献

Multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) systems have attracted considerable attention in wireless communications because they offer a significant increase in data throughput and link coverage without additional bandwidth requirement or increased transmit power. The price that has to be paid is the increased complexity of hardware components and algorithms. The sphere detector (SD) algorithm solves the problem of maximum likelihood (ML) detection for MIMO channels by significantly reducing the search space of possible solutions. The main drawback of the SD algorithm is in its sequential nature, consequently, running it on massively parallel architectures (MPAs) is very inefficient. In order to overcome the drawbacks of the SD algorithm, a new parallel sphere detector (PSD) algorithm is proposed. It implements a novel hybrid tree search method, where the algorithm parallelism is assured by the efficient combination of depth‐first search and breadth‐first search algorithms. A path metric‐based parallel sorting is employed at each intermediate stage. The PSD algorithm is able to adjust its memory requirements and extent of parallelism to fit a wide range of parallel architectures. Mapping details for MPAs are proposed by giving the details of thread dependent, highly parallel building blocks of the algorithm. Based on the building blocks proposed, a mapping to general‐purpose graphics processing unit is provided, and its performance is evaluated. Lipases from Geotrichum candidum were produced in two different medium: A = 12 % (w/v) clarified corn steep liquor (CCSL) + 0.6 % (w/v) soybean oil (SO) and B = 3.5 % (w/v) yeast hydrolysate (YH) + 0.7 % (w/v) SO. Lipases were partially purified from both media by hydrophobic interaction chromatography using 3.0 mol L?1 of NaCl as mobile phase, and they were characterized in the crude and partially purified forms. The recovery of lipase activity from CCSL and YH via HIC were 96 and 94.3 %, and the purification factors were 44.3 and 86.7‐fold, respectively. All evaluated lipases had similar optimum pH (7.0–7.7), but, for the CCSL crude lipase, optimum temperature (47 °C) was 10 °C higher than others lipases evaluated. CCSL crude lipase possessed a higher thermo stability than YH crude lipase, e.g., at 37 °C (pH 7.0) the half‐life of CCSL crude lipase was 19.25 h and at pH 8.0 (30 °C) the half‐life was 48 h, which are five and ten times higher than with YH crude lipase, respectively. On the other hand, the YH crude lipase possessed a higher catalytic constant (kcat = 2.3 min?1) but with almost the same catalytic efficiency (Km/kcat = 32.12 mg mL min?1) in relation to CCSL crude lipase. The lipases differ in biocatalytic properties between substrates, suggesting that the two lipases can be employed for different applications.  相似文献

Nitrogen (N) is the most important yield-limiting factor in agricultural systems, however, N application can lead to emissions and environmental problems such as global warming (N2O) and groundwater contamination (NO3 ?). This study analyses the N balance, nitrogen-use efficiency, and N loss potential of conventional farming systems (arable farming, improved arable farming, and agroforestry) and organic farming systems (mixed farming, arable farming, and agroforestry) based on long-term field experiments in southern Germany. The effects of the conversion of farm structure and N management are identified. The conventional farming systems in this study were high N-input and high N-output systems. The conventional arable farming system had the lowest nitrogen-use efficiency and the highest N surplus. An optimised N management and the use of high-yielding crop varieties improved its nitrogen-use efficiency. The establishment of conventional agroforestry resulted in the reduction of N input, N output and N surplus, while maintaining high yields. The organic mixed farming system is characterised by a relatively high N input and N output, the accumulation of soil organic nitrogen, the highest nitrogen-use efficiency, and the lowest N surplus of all analysed systems. These good results can be attributed to the intensive farm N cycle between soil–plant–animal. The shift from organic mixed farming to organic arable farming system extensified the N cycle, reduced N input, crop yield and N output. The change from organic arable farming to organic agroforestry reduced the N input, increased the biomass yield, and remained the N surplus within an optimal range.  相似文献
