Zusammenfassung Beim Erhitzen von Glucose mit primären Aminen oder Aminosäuren in wäßriger Lösung werden u.a. Pyrrolinonreduktone der Struktur(10) gebildet. Das Reaktionsverhalten dieser bisher nicht bekannten Aminoreduktone wird untersucht und der Nachweis in Glucose-Glycin-Umsetzungsgemischen and in Malz durchgeführt. Die beim Erhitzen von Hexosen mit sekunddren Aminen beobachtete Bildung der sog. Aminohexosereduktone(5a) wird in Gegenwart von primären Aminen fast völlig zugunsten der Pyrrolinone unterdrückt.
Formation of pyrrolinone reductones by heating hexoses with amino acids
Summary When an aqueous solution of glucose and primary amines or amino acids is heated pyrrolinone reductones of structure(10) are formed. Reactions of these till now unknown amino reductones are studied. Detection in heated glucose glycine mixtures and in malt is performed. Formation of the so-called amino hexose reductones (5a), observed when secondary amines are heated with hexoses, is almost completely suppressed in the presence of primary amines in favour of pyrrolinones.

Digital implementation of ultra-wideband receivers requires analog-to-digital conversion (ADC) at an extremely high speed, thereby limiting the available bit resolution. Herein, the effect of low bit resolution quantization on the performance of UWB transmitted reference receivers is investigated. It is verified that the gain of the automatic-gain-control (AGC) has a significant effect on the achievable performance. Because of the considerable performance loss of conventional transmitted reference receivers in the presence of a low resolution ADC a new family of receiver structures optimized and tailored to quantized observations is presented. In particular, the generalized- likelihood ratio test (GLRT) based on the quantized samples is derived and shown to provide modest performance gains relative to the infinite resolution GLRT rule employed on the quantized received signal suggesting that conventional receiver structures can also be employed in the presence of a low resolution ADC. Results reveal that four bits of resolution in combination with an optimal choice for the AGC gain are sufficient to closely approach the performance of an infinite resolution receiver.  相似文献

Novel hafnium oxide (HfO2)‐based ferroelectrics reveal full scalability and complementary metal oxide semiconductor integratability compared to perovskite‐based ferroelectrics that are currently used in nonvolatile ferroelectric random access memories (FeRAMs). Within the lifetime of the device, two main regimes of wake‐up and fatigue can be identified. Up to now, the mechanisms behind these two device stages have not been revealed. Thus, the main scope of this study is an identification of the root cause for the increase of the remnant polarization during the wake‐up phase and subsequent polarization degradation with further cycling. Combining the comprehensive ferroelectric switching current experiments, Preisach density analysis, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) study with compact and Technology Computer Aided Design (TCAD) modeling, it has been found out that during the wake‐up of the device no new defects are generated but the existing defects redistribute within the device. Furthermore, vacancy diffusion has been identified as the main cause for the phase transformation and consequent increase of the remnant polarization. Utilizing trap density spectroscopy for examining defect evolution with cycling of the device together with modeling of the degradation results in an understanding of the main mechanisms behind the evolution of the ferroelectric response.  相似文献

Quantum-effect devices utilizing resonant tunneling are promising candidates for future nano-scale integration. Originating from the technological progress of semiconductor technology, circuit architectures with reduced complexity are investigated by exploiting the negative-differential resistance of resonant tunneling devices. In this paper a resonant tunneling device threshold logic family based on the Monostable-Bistable Transition Logic Element (MOBILE) is proposed and applied to different parallel adder designs, such as ripple carry and binary carry lookahead adders. The basic device is a resonant tunneling transistor (RTT) composed of a resonant tunneling diode monolithically integrated on the drain contact layer of a heterostructure field effect transistor. On the circuit level the key components are a programmable NAND/NOR logic gate, threshold logic gates, and parallel counters. The special properties of MOBILE logic gates are considered by a bit-level pipelined circuit style. Experimental results are presented for the NAND/NOR logic gate.  相似文献

PURPOSE: Demonstration of a technique for three-dimensional (3-D) assessment of tracheal-stenoses, regarding site, length and degree, based on spiral computed tomography (S-CT). PATIENTS AND METHODS: S-CT scanning and automated segmentation of the laryngo-tracheal tract (LTT) was followed by the extraction of the LTT medial axis using a skeletonization algorithm. Orthogonal to the medial axis the LTT 3-D cross-sectional profile was computed and presented as line charts, where degree and length was obtained. Values for both parameters were compared between 36 patients and 18 normal controls separately. Accuracy and precision was derived from 17 phantom studies. RESULTS: Average degree and length of tracheal stenoses was found to be 60.5% and 4.32 cm in patients compared with minor caliber changes of 8.8% and 2.31 cm in normal controls (p < 0.0001). For the phantoms an excellent correlation between the true and computed 3-D cross-sectional profile was found (p < 0.005) and an accuracy for length and degree measurements of 2.14 mm and 2.53% respectively could be determined. The corresponding figures for the precision were found to be 0.92 mm and 2.56%. CONCLUSION: LTT 3-D cross-sectional profiles permit objective, accurate and precise assessment of LTT caliber changes. Minor LTT caliber changes can be observed even in normals and, in case of an otherwise normal S-CT study, can be regarded as artifacts.  相似文献

Small‐molecule organic semiconductors are used in a wide spectrum of applications, ranging from organic light emitting diodes to organic photovoltaics. However, the low carrier mobility severely limits their potential, e.g., for large area devices. A number of factors determine mobility, such as molecular packing, electronic structure, dipole moment, and polarizability. Presently, quantitative ab initio models to assess the influence of these molecule‐dependent properties are lacking. Here, a multiscale model is presented, which provides an accurate prediction of experimental data over ten orders of magnitude in mobility, and allows for the decomposition of the carrier mobility into molecule‐specific quantities. Molecule‐specific quantitative measures are provided how two single molecule properties, the dependence of the orbital energy on conformation, and the dipole‐induced polarization determine mobility for hole‐transport materials. The availability of first‐principles based models to compute key performance characteristics of organic semiconductors may enable in silico screening of numerous chemical compounds for the development of highly efficient optoelectronic devices.  相似文献

Lactose solutions of up to 50% (w/v) were incubated with lactases and glucose isomerases for subsequent implementation in dairy product samples to enhance sweetness. A degree of hydrolysis of >90% and of isomerisation of 50% were attainable. The sensory sweetening power of lactose in solutions of up to 50% (w/v) can be enhanced 2–3 times. Based on sensory experiments, application of this bi‐enzymatic system in yoghurt and pudding samples allowed for a 10–20% (w/w) reduction in the total sugar content, whilst retaining equal sweetness. The growth of yoghurt starter cultures was not affected, yet furosine formation more than doubled in high heated, enzyme‐modified milk.  相似文献
