A computer aided design method for car form and its application based on shape parameters

In the early design stage, automotive modeling should both meet the requirements of aesthetics and engineering. Therefore, a vehicle CAD (computer aided design) model that can be easily adjusted by feedbacks is necessary. Based on CE-Bézier surface, this paper presents a set of algorithms for parametric segmentation and fairing surface generation in a car model. This model is defined by a simplified automotive template and relevant control points, shape parameters and segmentation parameters, which can be modified to alter the car form efficiently. With this model and the corresponding adjustment method, more than fifty various vehicle models are established in this research according to different parameters. And two methods for calculating similarity index between car models are constructed, which are suitable for brand design trend analysis and modelling design decisionmaking.     

Microwave dielectric properties of SrLa[Ga1−x(Mg0.5Ti0.5)x]O4 and SrLa[Ga1−x(Zn0.5Ti0.5)x]O4 (x = 0.2-0.8) ceramics

SrLa[Ga_1−x(R_0.5Ti_0.5)_x]O₄ (R = Mg, Zn) ceramics were prepared by a standard solid state sintering method. The single-phase ceramics with K₂NiF₄-type layered perovskite structure and I4/mmm space group were obtained, indicating that SrLa(R_0.5Ti_0.5) and SrLaGaO₄ can form the unlimited solid solutions. With increasing x for R = Mg and Zn, ε_r increases monotonously, the Qf value first increases and then decreases, while τ_f increases from a negative to a positive value. The optimized microwave dielectric properties were obtained as following: ε_r = 23.3, Qf = 89 400 GHz, τ_f = −0.8 ppm/°C for SrLa[Ga_0.6(Mg_0.5Ti_0.5)_0.4]O₄ and ε_r = 23.3, Qf = 76 200 GHz, τ_f = 0.2 ppm/°C for SrLa[Ga_0.7(Zn_0.5Ti_0.5)_0.3]O₄, indicating that the present solid solution ceramics are the promising candidates as microwave resonator materials for the telecommunication applications.     

知竹,知足——浅谈紫砂壶“知竹”的文化意境

紫砂壶以造型为基本的载体,通过形神兼备的造型表现出深厚的文化情感,它将自然万物融汇其中,将各种不同的生命、思想和个性呈现其上,使人观壶如同与人交流,产生深刻的情感、精神共鸣,感受到内心的平静,这十分有益于舒缓当代人的精神心理压力,让人们通过泡茶品茗这种生活方式来获得暂时的悠闲,并通过对紫砂壶的把玩来感悟其中的文化内蕴,从而获得自由淡泊的心态,更好地面对生活。本文以紫砂壶“知竹”为例,浅谈其文化意境。     

Genes Identification,Molecular Docking and Dynamics Simulation Analysis of Laccases from Amylostereum areolatum Provides Molecular Basis of Laccase Bound to Lignin

An obligate mutualistic relationship exists between the fungus Amylostereum areolatum and woodwasp Sirex noctilio. The fungus digests lignin in the host pine, providing essential nutrients for the growing woodwasp larvae. However, the functional properties of this symbiosis are poorly described. In this study, we identified, cloned, and characterized 14 laccase genes from A. areolatum. These genes encoded proteins of 508 to 529 amino acids and contained three typical copper-oxidase domains, necessary to confer laccase activity. Besides, we performed molecular docking and dynamics simulation of the laccase proteins in complex with lignin compounds (monomers, dimers, trimers, and tetramers). AaLac2, AaLac3, AaLac6, AaLac8, and AaLac10 were found that had low binding energies with all lignin model compounds tested and three of them could maintain stability when binding to these compounds. Among these complexes, amino acid residues ALA, GLN, LEU, PHE, PRO, and SER were commonly present. Our study reveals the molecular basis of A. areolatum laccases interacting with lignin, which is essential for understanding how the fungus provides nutrients to S. noctilio. These findings might also provide guidance for the control of S. noctilio by informing the design of enzyme mutants that could reduce the efficiency of lignin degradation.     

Road Extraction from High Resolution Remote Sensing Image based on Shape Analysis with Gestalt Theory

Simulating the psychological experience of human vision，a road extraction model based on the format tower is proposed to extract the road in the high resolution remote sensing image from the perspective of morphology.Firstly，based on the spectral and texture information，the suspected road targets are extracted by using segmentation technology.Then these targets are classified according to their reliability and extract the road targets for each category.Finally，three types of identified road information are verified and merged，and the continuous smooth road extraction results are obtained.Experiments on real high resolution images show that the results are consistent with the visual perception of the human eye，and the overall classification accuracy is higher，indicating that the algorithm is effective and feasible and has good use value.     

2A12铝合金化学铣切加工工艺探讨

为了精确加工2Al2铝合金,探讨了化铣时间和温度对其化铣速率及表面粗糙度的影响,采用现代技术对化铣工件的力学性能进行了测试与分析.结果表明:延长非化铣部位保护胶固化时间并使保护部位向非加工面位移3～5 mm可很好地解决未化铣区域的腐蚀问题;随化铣时间的延长,化铣速率降低,且化铣温度与化铣速率呈现正相关性;化铣表面的粗糙度随化铣时间的延长而增加,随化铣温度的升高呈先减小后增加的趋势;化铣后材料的抗拉强度和屈服强度均有所提高.     

制导炸弹半实物仿真系统误差对仿真结果的影响

在制导炸弹半实物仿真试验中经常发现,同一发制导炸弹多次仿真的俯仰角差别较大,同一批次制导炸弹投弹试验的遥测俯仰角与仿真俯仰角差别也较大,但是俯仰角的收敛趋势均一致,实测脱靶量与仿真脱靶量都合格,且具有一致性。为了分析出现上述现象的原因,基于协方差分析描述函数法(CADFT),建立了制导炸弹半实物仿真系统的误差传播理论,计算了仿真姿态角和姿态角速度的误差。分析了仿真姿态角和姿态角速度的误差对仿真结果的影响。结果表明,在仿真系统各种误差中,气动力和气动力矩误差是主要误差,是引起仿真俯仰角差别的重要原因; 姿态角的动态验模方法不适用于制导炸弹仿真模型,而脱靶量的静态验模方法适用于制导炸弹仿真模型。     

Microenvironment and related genes predict outcomes of patients with cervical cancer: evidence from TCGA and bioinformatic analysis

Cervical cancer (CESC) is one of the most common cancers and affects the female genital tract. Consistent HPV infection status has been determined to be a vital cause of tumorigenesis. HPV infection may induce changes to the immune system and limit the host’s immune response. Immunotherapy is therefore essential to improving the overall survival of both locally advanced and recurrent CESC patients. Using 304 relevant samples from TCGA, we assessed immune cell function in CESC patients to better understand the status of both tumor micro-environment cells and immune cells in CESC. Functional enrichment analysis, pathway enrichment analysis, and PPI network construction were performed to explore the differentially expressed genes (DEGs). The analysis identified 425 DEGs, which included 295 up-regulated genes and 130 down-regulated genes. We established that upregulation of CCL5 was correlated with significantly better survival, meaning that CCL5 expression could serve as a novel prognostic biomarker for CESC patients. We further focused on CCL5 as a hub gene in CESC, as it had significant correlations with increased numbers of several types of immune cells. Cell-type fractions of M1 macrophages were significantly higher in the high-immune-scores group, which was associated with better overall survival. Finally, we concluded that CCL5 is a promising prognostic biomarker for CESC, as well as a novel chemotherapeutic target.     

象山煤矿11~#煤层带压开采危险性预测

采用突水系数法对象山煤矿北一采区11#煤层突水危险性进行了预测,结果显示,北一采区西北角、东南角属于相对安全区,突水系数0.06 MPa/m,北一采区北部B6孔附近为相对危险区,突水系数在0.1~0.119 MPa/m之间,其它区域处在临界区。该研究成果可为矿井防治水提供参考依据。     

提升机电流不平衡问题原因分析

某水泥厂钢丝胶带提升机（下文简称提升机）的驱动电机为三相异步电动机，其型号为：YE3-280M-4/90 kW，技术参数为：380 V/50 Hz/IP55/B3/F。在提升机空载试车过程中，电机三相电流出现不平衡现象，偏差达到了12%，实测三相电流数值分别为：60 A、65 A、75 A，其对应的三相电压分别为399 V、402 V、402 V。 针对上述现象，我们对产生三相电流不平衡的原因进行归纳，并对每种原因进行实验研究，最终得出了较为客观的结论。
