区域金融生态环境对小企业融资影响的实证研究

从经济基础、地方金融发展、信用环境、政府行为和法制环境五要素中选取18个指标,构建区域金融生态环境评价指标体系。通过因子分析法,筛选出具有代表性的5个指标作为实证考察变量,探讨区域金融生态环境对小企业融资的影响程度。实证结果表明：企业诚信和区域金融发展对小企业融资的影响最大。最后结合理论分析和实证结果,对优化区域金融生态环境、缓解小企业融资困难提供建议。     

基于ASP技术的动态测控专业教学资源库建设

网络教学库可以满足学生自主学习的需要,增加学生学习的积极主动性,有利于促进教学效果和教学质量的提高。本文介绍了以Dreamweaver作为开发工具,采用ASP技术,以Access数据库作为后台数据库的动态测控专业教学资源库的设计与实现。本教学资源库主要包括前台和后台两部分。前台面向普通用户,主要实现课程资源、实验资源及教学软件的浏览、下载以及留言。后台面向管理员,主要实现教学资源及留言信息的管理。本教学资源库具有资源共享、系统开放、灵活生动等优点。     

混沌系统的同步与反同步同时存在问题研究

本文研究了混沌系统的同步与反同步同时存在问题。首先,通过研究误差混沌系统的动力学性质,得到了一个混沌系统同步和反同步共同存在的充分条件。然后,应用自适应控制方法,得到了相应的自适应控制器。最后,数值仿真的结果验证了上述结果的正确性和有效性。

分析了高压变频器的工作原理与泵类负载的节能原理,介绍了国产HARSVERT高压变频调速系统在包钢供水泵站的应用情况及效果,着重阐述了高压同步电动机变频调速装置在包钢供水泵站中的应用.     

Surface resistivity of carbonaceous fiber/PTFE antistatic coatings

Abstract： PAN （Polyacrylonitrile）-based carbonaceous fibers were prepared at the heat treatment temperature （HTT） range of 650 to 900 ℃. The relationships among HTT, carbon content and volume resistivity of the carbonaceous fibers were investigated. The carbonaceous fibers/PTFE （Polytetrafluoroethylene） antistatic coatings were prepared by the spraying technology and the effects of carbonaceous fibers and pigments on surface resistivity of the coatings were systematically discussed. Micrographs provide insight into the antistatic mechanism of the coating. The results show that carbon content of the carbonaceous fibers increases from 68.8% to 74.8% （mass fraction） and the volume resistivity decreases drastically from 1.94× 10^-3 to 8.27× 10 ^-2.cm. The surface resistivity of the antistatic coating is adjustable between 10^5 and 10^8Ω2 to fit the different antistatic materials. Static is dissipated by a conductive network of short fibers and the tunneling effect between the neighboring fibers and conductive pigments. Conductive pigments make the conductive network more perfect and improve the antistatic ability, but insulating pigments acting as barriers for the formation of conductive channel increases the surface resistivity of the coatings. The influence of pigments on the surface resistivity drops gradually with the decrease of the carbonaceous fibers volume resistivity.     

A novel contour design technique of super/hypersonic nozzle diverging section with sharing throat

A straightforward technique has been developed to quickly determine the wall contour of super/hypersonic nozzles working at multiply Mach number which share a common throat section.Mach number distribution along the centerline of the nozzle is specified in advance and divided into two sections,both of which are described by the b-spline function.The first section is shared by different exit Mach number nozzles.The nozzle contour is determined by the method of characteristics plus boundary layer correction.An example of this design method is employed to illustrate the technique with a computational fluid dynamics calculation.The simulation results indicate that desired Mach numbers are obtained at the nozzle exit,and the good flow quality is attained for different nozzles within δMa/Ma±0.56% in the flow core region.This technique improves the design precision of the converging-diverging nozzle,cancels waves completely,and achieves nozzles with multiple Mach number exiting which share a common throat section.     

填料级配对筋土界面特性的影响

不同填料级配对筋土界面特性的影响直接关系到工程的稳定性.通过室内大型直剪试验,研究了颗粒级配、密实度、筋材种类等对于界面强度的影响,深入了解筋土界面抗剪强度以及界面剪胀特性.试验结果表明,粗颗粒和细颗粒土分别与筋材的界面强度要明显大于级配较好的标准砂与筋材的界面强度.密实砂土界面强度具有类似混凝土材料强度高韧性低脆性破坏的特性.对于土工格栅,粗颗粒砂粒由于粒径较大达到峰值强度需要较大的剪切位移.     

云环境下基于用户需求的信息资源共享模式

通过文献分析和问卷调查等研究方法,对不同类型用户需求进行分析研究,提出了云环境下信息资源共享模式是满足用户信息需求的最佳途径的观点。在对云计算核心技术和平台架构进行探讨的基础上,详细论述了云计算环境下信息资源共享的优势,如云计算延伸了信息资源共享模式,扩大了用户服务范围,变革了用户服务方式,弥补了资源建设经费不足的难题,使信息资源共享的长效机制得以形成。     

环形刀高度变化刀路轨迹规划方法

为提高汽车覆盖件模具加工效率,将环形刀应用于汽车模具小曲率面的半精及精加工过程.通过对三坐标铣削小曲率面的刀具切触几何分析,确定环形刀最佳进给方向应沿工件高度变化方向,此时可使有效切削带宽达到最大.基于此结论,分别对两类特殊型面进行了刀路轨迹规划.对于单一方向曲率变化面采用垂直截面法,截面方向沿最大主曲率方向,实验表明:垂直截面法与等高线法相比可提高加工效率25%,并且有较好的表面质量;对于圆鼓面采用放射精加工方法,仿真结果表明:此方法与三维偏置方法相比可提高加工效率22.64%,并且避免了周边欠切.
