Automatic conversion from lexical words to prosodic words for mandarin text-to-speech system

In real speech, not like lexical words (LWs), prosodic words (PWs) are basic rhythmic units. The naturalness of a Text-to-Speech (TTS) system is directly influenced by the segmentation of the PWs. Most of the PWs are the combination of several LWs. In this paper, three Lexical Combination Models are proposed to combine LWs into PWs, including a Directed Acyclic Graph Model, a Segmentation Model and a Markov Model (MM). To cope with the situation where some long LWs should be segmented into two or more PWs, a Lexical Split Model (LSM) is applied to the long LWs. Experimental results prove that relatively constant results with various training data can be obtained from a MM. The Transformation-Based Error Driven Learning (TBED) algorithm, for its high performance of individual property, is applied in combination with the MM to improve the precision of PW segmentation. Experiments show that among the three proposed models, the MM combined with TBED and LSM, leads to the best performance, in which a precision of 93.00% and a recall of 93.23% are achieved. The perception test indicates that by using PWs as the lowest prosodic units a speech sounds more natural and acceptable than by using LWs. 在不同频率流量和阻水程度条件下,采用一维明渠非恒定流网河数学模型,分析规划中的佛山市桥梁群对区间河道洪季行洪、枯季水环境的影响,计算洪季不同频率洪峰流量下规划桥梁群对区间河道行洪洪水位、分流比的影响,枯季时规划桥梁群对区间河道过流量、分流比的影响,结果表明,利用一维网河数学模型计算佛山市中心组团规划桥梁群对区间河道断面平均水位、流量和流速的影响,结果有足够的数值精度,是可信的。

Influence of nano-scaled dispersed second phase on substructure of deformed dispersion strengthened copper alloy

The deformation behavior of dispersion strengthened copper alloy Cu-Al2O3 was studied by TEM. The results show that nano-scaled dispersed second phase not only increases dislocation density in matrix, but also has an important influence on the dislocation substructure. The presence of fine dispersed Al2 O3 particles results in a uniform and random dislocation distribution in matrix copper and causes the difficulty in formation of dislocation cell structure and the decrease in the amount of cell structure during deformation. Deformation gives rise to much more dislocations and dislocation cells form more difficultly and the decrease in the cell size with the increase of dispersion degree.     

EFP战斗部参数优化设计

文中在大量数值仿真的基础上利用正交设计方法对EFP战斗部参数进行了优化设计,通过优化找出EFP飞行速度及长径比与三个影响因素(药型罩曲率半径、装药高度直径比和药型罩厚度)之间的关系,确定了最佳参数组合,在此参数组合下可达到EFP速度和长径比的良好匹配,有效地提高了EFP的飞行性能.     

台州市"20020913"特大暴雨洪水分析及思考

2002年9月13-14日，台州市受18号强热带风暴“黑格比”减弱后的低压环流的外围影响，台州温岭-路桥-黄岩-杜桥-线普降大到特大暴雨，灾情严重。这场暴雨的特征是历时短、强度高、笼罩面积小，是台州历史上罕见的平原大暴雨。通过对这场暴雨洪水特性和水利工程所发挥作用的分析，揭示暴雨的成因和特性，提出几点思考。     

PTA压力离心机转子的改造

介绍了PTA压力离心机的主要性能参数、工作原理、分离效果的影响因素。为了增大沉渣在过渡区及脱水区滞留的时问，同时为达到在过渡区及脱水区对沉渣加入纯净水进行再冲洗的目的，对螺旋送料转子、挡液环、进料管进行了改造。改造后，沉渣在脱水区的停留时间由0．44a增至0．72s，2．5～3t／h的冲洗水对脱水区的沉渣进行冲洗效果较好。产品中的杂质质量分数较改造前减少15％，产品优等品率提高到99％。
