针对蒙古某锌矿的矿石性质,进行了试验研究。采用铜铅混合浮选再分离工艺流程和硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠抑锌、乙硫氮捕收铜铅银工艺,铜铅混合精矿再磨、活性炭+硫化钠脱药、新型高效铅抑制剂YX-211抑铅浮铜的铜铅分离工艺,实现了该锌矿中低品位铜铅银的高效开发利用。 相似文献

对国内100 t EAF-LF-CC和80 t、100 t、160 t转炉-LF-CC四条生产线生产的1215系低碳高硫易切削钢(/%:0.05~0.10C、≤0.013Si、1.06~1.33Mn、0.051~0.061P、0.24~0.36S、0.012 0~0.0140[O]、≤0.005Al)进行实物分析。结果表明,国内1215低碳高硫钢成分控制特点为通过适当提高Mn含量控制钢中的Mn/S (3.7~3.9),个别流程通过降低S含量可使Mn/S达4.4;160 t转炉流程在夹杂物控制上优于其余流程(Mn/S=3.8, MnS夹杂面积和长宽比波动较小)。.由于连铸坯元素偏析较小和轧后冷却速度控制得当,80 t转炉流程和160 t转炉流程生产的钢中无明显的带状组织,而100 t电弧炉流程和100 t转炉流程生产的钢中带状组织级别为3~4。 相似文献

本研究采用内镶测温偶原位测量的方法测定了AZ31B 镁合金在不同轧制工艺条件下的温度变化过程。结果表明:整个温度变化过程分为变形过程(0.02~0.08s)和温度均匀过程(0.8~1.2s)。这两个阶段的温升值都与压下量正相关,而与初轧温度反相关。在200℃45%压下量轧制时两温升值分别达到80℃和35℃。在此基础上建立经验公式来预测温升。变形热引起的温升效应显著影响轧板的组织和再结晶行为。 相似文献

The polypropylene(PP) nanocomposites filled with pretreated halloysite nanotubes(HNTs) were prepared by the melt-blending method. Before filling, the as-received HNTs powder was at first purified and then modified. The characterization tests showed that the purified HNTs had less impurity and more uniform pore size distribution and the surface hydrophobicity of the modified HNTs was obviously improved. The mechanical and tribological properties of the PP/HNTs nanocomposites were extensively investigated. The results showed that the tensile, bending and notched impact strength of the PP/HNTs nanocomposites was somewhat improved, but the wear resistance of the PP/HNTs nanocomposites was obviously enhanced. 相似文献

全球“碳中和”背景下,清洁能源的需求高涨,锂已成为战略资源。黏土型锂矿储量大且未大规模开发利用,未来将成为锂产品供应的重要来源。以氧化锂0.53%的黏土型锂矿为试样,进行了氯化焙烧—酸浸试验。结果表明,氯化钙用量18%、焦炭用量5%、焙烧温度800℃、焙烧60 min、10%硫酸浓度作浸出剂、液固比3:1、浸出时间120 min条件下,获得了锂浸出率92.16%的技术指标。通过氯化焙烧,黏土型锂矿中的铝硅酸盐矿物转化为氯硅铝钙石,利于锂的浸出;焙烧温度高于800℃时,氯硅铝钙石逐渐分解,硅灰石与硅酸铝钙生成,阻碍了锂的浸出。 相似文献

大明槽铜矿是位于元江铜矿带的“东川式”的中型铜矿床之一。文章基于DIMINE软件平台,在建立矿床三维可视化模型的基础上,根据矿体实体模型、变异函数模型及品位模型揭示矿床矿化规律,并进行矿床经济评价研究,确定矿床Cu平均品位为0.68%。利用动态分析评价法,得出矿山未来生产能力为1010t/d,在对大明槽铜矿开发利用的经济分析中,市场价格对矿山企业收益影响最大,其次为产品产量。通过最优配矿方案的配合,大明槽铜矿具有良好的社会效益与经济效益。 相似文献

The rate of the reaction of a series of phosphites with cyclohexene hydroperoxide and cyclohexene peroxy radicals was studied. The results of the measurements were compared with the stabilization efficiency of the same compounds in isotactic and in atactic polypropylene at 160°C and 120°C respectively and during the course of atmospheric ageing. It was found the reverse relation between the stabilization efficiency and the reaction constants of the reaction of phosphites with hydroperoxides. The main stabilization reaction of the phosphorous stabilizers seems to be the reaction of phosphites or of their decomposition products with radicals. The possibility of splitting off of free phenol from phosphites as a result of the reaction of the esters with hydroperoxide groups was checked. 相似文献

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the relationship between ash composition and ash fusion characteristic temperatures for some Turkish lignites. The lignite samples used are from different areas in Turkey. Regression analysis was used to relate the ash composition to the ash fusion behaviour. The results suggest that the chemical composition has a significant effect on the ash fusion temperatures. To consider Fe2O3 as an acidic ash constituent makes the realtionships between the selected ash composition parameters and ash fusion temperatures clearer. 相似文献

This article reports the current situation of waste batteries and policies in Turkey. Turkey is a developing country where the battery consumption per person is around three to four pieces annually. Although the rate of consumption in Europe is around 10, the required amount of battery is growing rapidly with increasing technological development. According to the statistics of the year 2002, 10 million pieces of GSM batteries are consumed, whereas 250 million pieces of other sort of batteries are used in Turkey annually. Consumption figures suggest that the market value of the consumed batteries approximates to US$ 200 million. Based upon the amount of the used battery and marketing values, it is estimated that 10,000 t of scrap batteries will accumulate per annum. Only 1.2% of scrap batteries in Turkey can be recollected through Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. At present, there is no recycling plant in Turkey to recycle scrap batteries. In this investigation, the variety of batteries used, the situation of scrap battery collection and its capacity and also the possibilities of recycling of scrap batteries in Turkey are put forward. 相似文献
