The spectra of copper-lutetium-phosphate and copper-erbium-phosphate glasses have been studied within the spectral range 4000 to 400 cm by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Incorporation of a small amount of lutetium or erbium influences some band positions compared with binary copper phosphate glasses. The additional bands in the range 491 to 576 cm–1 are attributed to the presence of Lu-O and Er-O groups. It has been observed that annealing of the samples at 500 ° C leads to a slight shift in the peak positions.  相似文献

Electronic medical record (EMR) systems have enabled healthcare providers to collect detailed patient information from the primary care domain. At the same time, longitudinal data from EMRs are increasingly combined with biorepositories to generate personalized clinical decision support protocols. Emerging policies encourage investigators to disseminate such data in a deidentified form for reuse and collaboration, but organizations are hesitant to do so because they fear such actions will jeopardize patient privacy. In particular, there are concerns that residual demographic and clinical features could be exploited for reidentification purposes. Various approaches have been developed to anonymize clinical data, but they neglect temporal information and are, thus, insufficient for emerging biomedical research paradigms. This paper proposes a novel approach to share patient-specific longitudinal data that offers robust privacy guarantees, while preserving data utility for many biomedical investigations. Our approach aggregates temporal and diagnostic information using heuristics inspired from sequence alignment and clustering methods. We demonstrate that the proposed approach can generate anonymized data that permit effective biomedical analysis using several patient cohorts derived from the EMR system of the Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  相似文献

In this work, a novel three‐phase transformer non‐linear model is developed. The proposed model takes into account the magnetic core topology and the windings connections. The non‐linear characteristic curve of the core material is introduced by its magnetization curve or by its hysteresis loop using the mathematical hysteresis model proposed by Tellinen or the macroscopic hysteresis model proposed by Jiles–Atherton. The eddy currents effects are included through non‐linear resistors using Bertotti's work. The proposed model presents several advantages. An incremental linear circuit, having the same topology with the magnetic circuit of the core, is used in order to directly write the differential equations of the magnetic part of the transformer. The matrix L d that describes the coupling between the windings of the transformer is systematically derived. The electrical equations of the transformer can be easily written for any possible connection of the primary and secondary windings using the unconnected windings equations and transformation matrices. The proposed methods for the calculation of the coupling between the windings, the representation of the eddy currents and the inclusion of the core material characteristic curve can be used to develop a transformer model appropriate for the EMTP/ATP‐type programs. In this work we present a detailed study of the phase noise of subharmonic injection locked oscillators (s‐ILOs). A new simple and efficient model has been presented for accurately predicting the phase noise of a microwave s‐ILO. The validity of the analytical technique is verified with measurement results obtained from a 5‐GHz fully differential Colpitts‐based s‐ILO. The results showed that a phase noise improvement of 12 dB at 1 kHz offset frequency compared to the free‐running case can be achieved, whereas the power consumption is 21 mW.
