This paper describes the statistical analysis of data on coke formation (measured by microcarbon residue) in five resids, as a function of compound classes, in order to identify variables wiih a significant effect on the former. In this sense, the SAS VARCLUS and Principal Component Analysis were used. The analysis carried out leads to a lineal combination of the H/C ratio, vanadium and nitrogen content as a model to explain coke yield, under non-catalytic conditions, as determined by MCR. Of all these factors, the H/C ratio has the most important contribution.  相似文献

本文用ASAP2000吸附仪测定了吸附性能优异的沥青基高比表面积新型活性碳(PHAC)的BET比表面积、用BJH和DRS法分析了其孔隙结构参数,用XPS测定了PHAC的表面元素组成及含氧官能团,对PHAC的表面形态结构进行了SEM和TEM观察。研究表明:PHAC具有高度发达且均匀的微孔结构,其表面含有一定量的C-O-C、C-OH、C=O、O=C-O等多种类型的含氧官能团。  相似文献

The potential of the developing zebrafish model for toxicology and drug discovery is limited by inefficient approaches to manipulating and chemically exposing zebrafish embryos-namely, manual placement of embryos into 96- or 384-well plates and exposure of embryos while still in the chorion, a barrier of poorly characterized permeability enclosing the developing embryo. We report the automated dechorionation of 1600 embryos at once at 4 h postfertilization (hpf) and placement of the dechorionated embryos into 96-well plates for exposure by 6 hpf. The process removed ≥95% of the embryos from their chorions with 2% embryo mortality by 24 hpf, and 2% of the embryos malformed at 120 hpf. The robotic embryo placement allocated 6-hpf embryos to 94.7% ± 4.2% of the wells in multiple 96-well trials. The rate of embryo mortality was 2.8% (43 of 1536) from robotic handling, the rate of missed wells was 1.2% (18 of 1536), and the frequency of multipicks was <0.1%. Embryo malformations observed at 24 hpf occurred nearly twice as frequently from robotic handling (16 of 864; 1.9%) as from manual pipetting (9 of 864; 1%). There was no statistical difference between the success of performing the embryo placement robotically or manually.  相似文献

任意波形发生器是现代电子测量领域应用最为广泛的一种通用信号源;为了更好地满足人机交互,介绍了一套基于μC/GUI和SOPC技术的任意波形发生器人机交互系统设计方案;系统采用Avalon突发模式设计一个通用的LCD控制器,实现触摸屏为人机交互输入接口,分析并完成μC/GUI的移植,最后完成仪器的图形界面设计;整个系统采用SOPC技术集成到单片FPGA芯片内部,既降低开发成本,又提高系统的稳定性;实验结果表明基于μC/GUI设计的界面简洁友好,触摸屏操作方便直观,整个系统运行稳定,任务能够实时处理;该系统占用资源少,成本低,集成度高,稳定性强,具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

Creating high-quality quad meshes from triangulated surfaces is a highly nontrivial task that necessitates consideration of various application specific metrics of quality. In our work, we follow the premise that automatic reconstruction techniques may not generate outputs meeting all the subjective quality expectations of the user. Instead, we put the user at the center of the process by providing a flexible, interactive approach to quadrangulation design. By combining scalar field topology and combinatorial connectivity techniques, we present a new framework, following a coarse to fine design philosophy, which allows for explicit control of the subjective quality criteria on the output quad mesh, at interactive rates. Our quadrangulation framework uses the new notion of Reeb atlas editing, to define with a small amount of interactions a coarse quadrangulation of the model, capturing the main features of the shape, with user prescribed extraordinary vertices and alignment. Fine grain tuning is easily achieved with the notion of connectivity texturing, which allows for additional extraordinary vertices specification and explicit feature alignment, to capture the high-frequency geometries. Experiments demonstrate the interactivity and flexibility of our approach, as well as its ability to generate quad meshes of arbitrary resolution with high-quality statistics, while meeting the user’s own subjective requirements.  相似文献

This paper presents an indirect adaptive controller combined with hysteresis compensation to achieve high accuracy positioning control of piezoceramic actuators and illustrates the results with an atomic force microscope (AFM) application. A dynamic model of a piezoceramic actuator system in AFM is derived and analyzed. A feedforward controller based on the Preisach model is proposed to compensate for the nonlinear hysteresis effects. Then an indirect adaptive controller is designed to achieve desired tracking performance as well as deal with the uncompensated nonlinearity from hysteresis and the system parameter variation due to creep. Experimental results indicate that the proposed controller can significantly improve the positioning control accuracy of the piezoceramic actuator as well as achieve high image quality of the AFM system. The maximum scanning error was reduced from 2µm to 0.3µm in comparison with a proportional‐integral‐derivative (PID) controller. The microstructure of a commercial cubic boron nitride compact, with aluminium nitride and aluminium diboride binder phases, has been characterized by transmission electron micro-scopy. Within individual grains significant plastic deformation is observed in the form of dis-locations and microtvvin lamellae. There is no evidence of recrystallization. Grains have been forced into direct contact, but there is no evidence of new growth of cubic boron nitride between the grains. Some grains have obviously broken or shattered during manufacture. Aluminium nitride is present mostly as an oriented rind around the cubic boron nitride grains where they are not in direct contact, while aluminium diboride forms a largely continuous network in the channels between them. Our observations suggest that the two aluminium compounds are responsible for most of the bonding in the compact. The orientation relation-ships between the cubic boron nitride and As aluminium nitride rind are, on (1 1 1) facets of BN, BN(1 1 1) AIN(0 0 0 1) and BN[1 1 0] AIN[1 1 – 0], and on (0 0 1) facets of BN, BN(0 0 1) AIN(0 0 0 1) and BN[1 1 0] AIN[l 1 ¨ 0]. The aluminium diboride is mostly unoriented. The results are discussed in the context of previous work on diamond-based compact materials.  相似文献
