We investigate Ar ion‐milling rates and Ga‐ion induced damage on sample surfaces of Si and GaAs single crystals prepared by focused ion beam (FIB) method for transmission electron microscopy observation. The convergent beam electron diffraction technique with Bloch simulation is used to measure the thickness of the Ar‐ion milled samples to calculate the milling rates of Si and GaAs single crystals. The measurement shows that an amorphous layer is formed on the sample surface and can be removed by further Ar‐ion milling. In addition, the local symmetry breaking induced by FIB is investigated using quantitative symmetry measurement. The FIBed‐GaAs sample shows local symmetry breaking after FIB milling, although the FIBed‐Si sample has no considerable symmetry breaking.  相似文献

聚合物电解质是解决锂离子电池安全性问题的有效途径之一。考察了由聚环氧乙烷(PEO)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺锂盐(LiTFSI)组成的固体聚合物电解质膜的性能。采用聚合物共混技术制备了一系列复合聚合物电解质膜,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对膜的形态和晶体结构进行了分析,并详细考察了离子电导率、孔隙率和吸液率等性能。PS和PMMA的加入降低了PEO的结晶度,提高了它的拉伸强度。结果表明,当PEO/PS/PMMA膜中各组成质量比为75:10:15时,聚合物电解质膜具有优良的性能,膜的离子电导率为3.56×10-4S·cm-1,拉伸强度为11.56MPa,孔隙率达到57.6%,吸液率高达164.3%。  相似文献

Mesoporous titanium dioxide films were fabricated on titanium plates by micro-arc oxidation method. To increase the photocatalytic activity of the films, NH4NO3 was added to the H2SO4 solution, and anodizing was carried out at high voltages using a DC power supply. The crystal structure, chemical composition, surface morphology and the optical property of the films were investigated by XPS, XRD, UV-VIS spectroscopy and SEM. The photocatalytic activity of the films was evaluated by the decomposition of aniline blue, and the activity of the films for the degradation turned out to be improved by the additives to the electrolyte solution. The enhanced photocatalytic activity might result from the increased porosity and nitrate ion incorporation into the anodic films by micro arcing, and thereby the TiO2 layer might exhibit an improved absorption property for the visible light.  相似文献

In the experimental campaign of 2010 and 2011 on KSTAR, the NBI-1 system was equipped with one prototype ion source and operated successfully, providing a neutral beam power of 0.7-1.6 MW to the tokamak plasma. The new ion source planned for the 2012 KSTAR campaign had a much more advanced performance compared with the previous one. The target performance of the new ion source was to provide a neutral deuterium beam of 2 MW to the tokamak plasma. The ion source was newly designed, fabricated, and assembled in 2011. The new ion source was then conditioned up to 64 A/100 keV over a 2-hour beam extraction and performance tested at the NB test stand (NBTS) at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) in 2012. The measured optimum perveance at which the beam divergence is a minimum was about 2.5μP, and the minimum beam divergent angle was under 1.0° at 60 keV. These results indicate that the 2.0 MW neutral beam power at 100 keV required for the heating of plasma in KSTAR can be delivered by the installation of the new ion source in the KSTAR NBI-1 system.  相似文献

This work reports that the intensity ratio of spectral lines having similar self-absorption characteristics during laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) analysis can become nearly constant over a wide range of irradiation conditions if the intensities are integrated over a sufficiently long time. It is shown that the plasma temperature and intensity ratio of these spectral lines have temporal similarity. The spectral lines with similar self-absorption properties may be selected to improve the accuracy and consistency of LIBS analysis results under an environment with fluctuating measurement conditions.  相似文献

A significant amount of software development is evolutionary, involving the modification of already existing programs. To a large extent, the modified programs produce the same results as the original program. This similarity between the original program and the development program is utilized by relative debugging. Relative debugging is a new concept that enables the user to compare the execution of two programs by specifying the expected correspondences between their states. A relative debugger concurrently executes the programs, verifies the correspondences, and reports any differences found. We describe our novel debugger, called Guard, and its relative debugging capabilities. Guard is implemented by using our library of debugging routines, called Dynascope, which provides debugging primitives in heterogeneous networked environments. To demonstrate the capacity of Guard for debugging in heterogeneous environments, we describe an experiment in which the execution of two programs is compared across Internet. Al2O3/5%SiC nanocomposites were fabricated by pressureless sintering using MgO as a sintering aid and then post hot-isostatic pressed (HIP), which can subsequently break through the disadvantage of hot-pressing process. The MgO additive was able to promote the densification of the composites, but could not induce the grain growth of Al2O3 matrix due to the grain growth inhibition by nano-sized SiC particles. After HIP treatment, Al2O3/SiC nanocomposites achieved full densification and homogeneous distribution of nano-sized SiC particles. Moreover, the fracture morphology of HIP treated specimens was identical with that of the hot-pressed Al2O3/SiC nanocomposites showing complete transgranular fracture. Consequently, high fracture strength of 1 GPa was achieved for the Al2O3/5%SiC nanocomposites by pressureless sintering and post HIP process.  相似文献

The characteristic evaluation of aluminum oxide (Al2O3)/carbon nanotubes (CNTs) hybrid composites for micro-electrical discharge machining (EDM) was described. Alumina matrix composites reinforced with CNTs were fabricated by a catalytic chemical vapor deposition method. Al2O3 composites with different CNT concentrations were synthesized. The electrical characteristic of Al2O3/CNTs composites was examined. These composites were machined by the EDM process according to the various EDM parameters, and the characteristics of machining were analyzed using field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). The electrical conductivity has a increasing tendency as the CNTs content is increased and has a critical point at 5% Al2O3 (volume fraction). In the machining accuracy, many tangles of CNT in Al2O3/CNTs composites cause violent spark. Thus, it causes the poor dimensional accuracy and circularity. The results show that conductivity of the materials and homogeneous distribution of CNTs in the matrix are important factors for micro-EDM of Al2O3/CNTs hybrid composites.  相似文献
