珠钢150t电弧炉-LF(VD)-CSP(紧凑式带材生产)流程试生产的5~8mm ZJ510L-B(0.16C--1.22Mn)汽车用高强度热轧板的铁素体晶粒尺寸为6.0~9.2μm,带状组织为1.5~2.5级,强度极限σb562~610MPa,延伸率δ5 32.0%~38.6%。文中还分析和提出了带状组织的形成原因和改进措施。  相似文献

本文研究了纤维体积分数对三维编织芳纶纤维增强铸性尼龙(简称K3D/MCPA)复合材料力学性能的影响。研究表明,K3D/MCPA复合材料有优异的抗冲击性能,冲击强度比三维编织芳纶纤维增强铸性尼龙(简称C3D/MCPA)和纯基体均有大幅度的提高,且随着纤维体积的提高而升高。K3D/MCPA复合材料剪切强度随纤维体积比的增大而增大,其纵向剪切强度低于纯基体和C3D/MCPA复合材料,但其横向剪切强度高于它们。K3D/MCPA复合材料弯曲强度与弯曲模量随纤维体积比的提高而提高,但与相同体积比的C3D/MCPA相比,K3D/MCPA的弯曲强度与弯曲模量均较低。  相似文献

The distinct advantages of the electromagnetic casting (EMC) process consist in the presence of stirring motions in the melt, which lead to significant grain size reduction in solidified ingot. Furthermore, surface and subsurface qualities are improved due to the absence of ingot mold. However, it is impossible to achieve the aforementioned advantages in conventional direct chill casting (DCC). In order to contrast the before and after heat treatments of the microstructural and mechanical characteristics of EMC and DCC 2024 aluminium alloys, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffractions (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), etc. were carried out. Compared with the DCC ingot, the EMC ingot has better mechanical properties not only in the ascast condition but also in the as-aged condition. The DSC curves show that the EMC specimens have high enthalpy, i.e., the thermal kinetic energy to form precipitates during the aging treatment process. Despite heat treatments applied to the DCC ingot, it fails to attain the same mechanical properties as the EMC ingot. Moreover, considering the expernsive scalping operation for DCC ingots, the EMC technique, which offers a lower manufacturing cost, is one of the best manufacturing methods used in obtaining the ingots of wrought aluminum alloys.  相似文献

重点阐述高精度功耗检测仪器及其软件的开发工作。本仪器以东南大学ASIC工程中心自主研发的基于ARM7TDMI的SEP3203嵌入式微处理嚣为核心处理器,以TI公司的高精度数模转换器ADS1210为转换器件实现模/数转换。采集器共设16个通道,通道与通道之间采用小体积固态继电器M211进行输入量隔离厦通道选通,并用TI公司的程控放大器PGA204对较小信号进行放大以匹配AD转换器的输入量程,有效提高了测量精度。本仪器通过RS485与PC机相连,电气隔离良好,具有较高的工作稳定性。  相似文献

Hydrogenated diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were prepared by using liquid phase electrodeposition technique. The effects of the applied potential and the carbon sources on the deposition process and film structures were studied. It has been found that the organic liquids with high dielectric constants, small viscosities and the methyl group bonding to the polar group are appropriate carbon sources. The increasing of potential improves the formation of sp3 carbon during the deposition process. In a high electric field, organic molecules are polarized and reacted on the surface of the electrode, turning out DLC and other products. It is believed that the reaction follows a polarization-reaction mechanism.  相似文献

本文研究了纯镁对不同致密度的碳化硼(B4C)颗粒基片的常压浸渗性;讨论了镁液对B4C颗粒聚集体常压浸渗的影响因素;提出了浸渗模型。研究表明,纯镁在氩气保护下,800~850℃温度范围保温30min即可浸渗B4C颗粒聚集体。浸渗深度和宽度随加热温度升高和保温时间延长而增加;常压浸渗的B4CP/Mg复合材料具有很高的硬度,B4C颗粒在基体中分布较均匀。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and clinical usefulness of high-resolution transvaginal duplex Doppler ultrasound in postpartum and post-abortion patients with excessive hemorrhage who are suspected of having residual trophoblast. METHODS: Forty-eight women with excessive hemorrhage referred for possible residual trophoblastic tissue were evaluated by transvaginal duplex Doppler ultrasonography. Based on two-dimensional imaging, the patients were divided prospectively into groups: women who had an empty uterus with a normal uterine cavity, those with a pure endometrial fluid collection and no echogenic foci, those who had a mixed endometrial fluid collection with foci of echogenicity, and those with intracavitary heterogeneous material with mixed echo patterns of fluid and solid components. In each group, Doppler studies were performed and the resistance index (RI) was calculated. The two-dimensional patterns and Doppler results were correlated with clinical and pathologic follow-up. RESULTS: Twenty-eight subjects had a normal uterine cavity and seven had a pure endometrial fluid collection; all were treated conservatively and none showed later clinical evidence of residual trophoblastic tissue. In 13 women, residual trophoblast was strongly suggested from the images of two-dimensional ultrasonography: Five showed an endometrial fluid collection with some echogenic foci, and eight exhibited intracavitary mixed echogenic material. All underwent curettage, and residual trophoblastic tissue was found in ten of the 13. The mean (+/- standard deviation) RI to flow in the myometrial arteries was 0.54 +/- 0.15 in women without residual trophoblast and 0.35 +/- 0.1 in those with residual trophoblastic tissue (P < .01). CONCLUSION: Our experience suggests that transvaginal duplex Doppler ultrasonography is an effective noninvasive method for evaluating patients with excessive postpartum and post-abortion hemorrhage who are suspected of having residual trophoblastic tissue. Its use enhances the positive preoperative diagnosis of residual trophoblastic tissue and may reduce unnecessary curettage procedures.  相似文献

利用磁控溅射产生金属Cu团簇,同时蒸发CaF2介质,将Cu团簇包埋在CaF2介质中,团簇大小可通过改变溅射气压控制,用TEM研究了嵌埋团簇的结构,分析结果表明:Cu团簇呈三角状多晶结构,团簇大小为10 ̄70nm,基质CaF2晶体也为多晶结构,Cu团簇的晶格常数在包埋状态下发生了膨胀,膨胀率大约在16%左右。  相似文献
