USB在阵列声波测井数据采集中的应用

提出了一种基于通用串行总线(USB)的阵列声波测井数据采集系统,该采集系统的构成模块包括模拟信号处理、高速数据采集子系统、采集控制器、串行数据和控制接口以及主机接口等;以CPLD担当数据采集控制器,采集深度、速率等参数可根据实际需要动态设置,从驱动程序初始化和卸载、设备启动、设备控制和数据读写等方面详细分析了用于数据采集系统的USB驱动程序设计,基于14位ADC的采集电路实测信噪比不小于65dB;该采集系统可用于井下阵列声波测井仪调试,以及实验室声波换能器性能测试。     

Neuroproteomics and its applications in research on nicotine and other drugs of abuse

The rapidly growing field of neuroproteomics is able to track changes in protein expression and protein modifications underlying various physiological conditions, including the neural diseases related to drug addiction. Thus, it presents great promise in characterizing protein function, biochemical pathways, and networks to understand the mechanisms underlying drug dependence. In this article, we first provide an overview of proteomics technologies and bioinformatics tools available to analyze proteomics data. Then we summarize the recent applications of proteomics to profile the protein expression pattern in animal or human brain tissues after the administration of nicotine, alcohol, amphetamine, butorphanol, cocaine, and morphine. By comparing the protein expression profiles in response to chronic nicotine exposure with those appearing in response to treatment with other drugs of abuse, we identified three biological processes that appears to be regulated by multiple drugs of abuse: energy metabolism, oxidative stress response, and protein degradation and modification. Such similarity indicates that despite the obvious differences among their chemical properties and the receptors with which they interact, different substances of abuse may cause some similar changes in cellular activities and biological processes in neurons.

Interfacial oxide growth and filling-up behaviour of the micro-gap in silicon fusion bonding processes

Abstracct In the silicon fusion bonding (SFB) process, the influence of post-annealing atmospheres on the micro-gap existing at the Si-Si bonding interface was investigated with the observation of ultrasonic images, angle lap-stained junctions and cross section SEM morphologies. Additionally, the bonding strength and the electrical properties of diodes were compared after annealing processes at 100/dg fo 10 s to 10 h in wet O₂, dry O₂ and N₂ atmospheres. Our results show that a significant saving of annealing time necessary to eliminate the non-contact micro-gap region having a width of 0.1 m can be obtained if the hydrogenbonded wafer pair is pre-stabilized and post-annealed in wet O₂ (95°C water bubbling) rather than in a dry O₂ or N₂ atmosphere. Based on the above result, we propose that the stabilizing and annealing step in highlt oxidizing atmosphere has an important role in the oxide filling-up phenomenon between wafer and wafer gap, in addition to the well-known mechanism of wafer plastic deformation at high temperature followed by solid-state diffusion of Si and O atoms.     

Fuzzy Gaussian Mixture Models

In this paper, in order to improve both the performance and the efficiency of the conventional Gaussian Mixture Models (GMMs), generalized GMMs are firstly introduced by integrating the conventional GMMs and the active curve axis GMMs for fitting non-linear datasets, and then two types of Fuzzy Gaussian Mixture Models (FGMMs) with a faster convergence process are proposed based on the generalized GMMs, inspired from the mechanism of Fuzzy C-means (FCMs) which introduces the degree of fuzziness on the dissimilarity function based on distances. One is named as probability based FGMMs defining the dissimilarity as the multiplicative inverse of probability density function, and the other is distance based FGMMs which define the dissimilarity function focusing the degree of fuzziness only on the distances between points and component centres. Different from FCMs, both of the proposed dissimilarity functions are based on the exponential function of the distance. The FGMMs are compared with the conventional GMMs and the generalized GMMs in terms of the fitting degree and convergence speed. The experimental results show that the proposed FGMMs not only possess the non-linearity to fit datasets with curve manifolds but also have a much faster convergence process saving more than half computational cost than GMMs'.     

纸坊沟流域土壤侵蚀变化浅析

该研究以平凉市纸坊沟流域为例,应用双累积曲线法,分析界定了流域1981-1997年大规模水土流失综合治理环境下土壤侵蚀变化出现差异特征的时间段.研究结果表明:1981-997年流域水土流失及治理措施变化剧烈的分水岭年份为1985-1986年.1985年以后,随着治理面积的逐年增加,综合治理程度的提高,明显改善了流域降雨、径流和输沙的关系.同时分析得出流域降水、径流、治理程度与土壤侵蚀流失具有一定的线性回归相关关系.
