导磁体在汽车零件感应加热中的应用技术

本文简单介绍了导磁体工作的基本原理，并给出在汽车零件大规模生产中所积累的导磁体应用的一些经验，以阐明如何更有效地使用导磁体。     

A novel electroless silver depositing method for magnesium alloys

Depositing silver on magnesium alloy by both electroless plating and organic coatings was studied. The organic coating was made by immersing samples in organosilicon heat-resisting varnish. In this method the organic coating acts as interlayer between the substrate and silver film. When the reaction starts, silver deposits directly on the interlayer. X-ray diffraction and SEM analysis were used to determine the composition and morphology of the interlayer and silver film. The potentiodynamic polarization curves for corrosion studies of coated magnesium alloys were performed in a corrosive environment of 3.5% NaCl（mass fraction） at neutral pH （6.9）. The results indicate that compared with the substrate, the corrosion resistance of coated magnesium alloys increases greatly. Moreover, the method proposed in this work is environmentally friendly, non-toxic chemicals were used. In addition, it provides a new concept for the corrosion inhibition of magnesium alloys.     

射线检测中运动模糊图像的恢复

X射线实时成像检测中,若曝光时间内工件和X射线图像采集设备有相对线性运动,会造成图像运动模糊降质。提出利用运动模糊点扩展函数的频域特征和Hough变换得到模糊图像的运动方向,并将之旋转到水平轴方向,利用差分法求解运动模糊点扩展函数的长度。并用Wiener滤波的方法,恢复降质的图像,取得了较好的效果。     

Phase transformation behavior in Al-Zn-Cu alloys by hammering

The 5Cu40Zn55Al and 15Cu20Zn65Al alloys were prepared in the AI-Zn-Cu system, There exist the metastable phases ε and θ in the two alloys after homogenization treatment and furnace cooling, respectively. It is shown that the particles are refined from 3 mm to less than 10 μm after hammering the two alloys but there are still metastable phases. This means that the phase constituents of the two alloys have no changes by the deformation, which is different from that by balling. The phase constituents are not changed at room temperature by hammering, which is dependent on the deformation mechanism of hammering.

An update-based step-wise optimal cache replacement for wireless data access

Many network applications requires access to most up-to-date information. An update event makes the corresponding cached data item obsolete, and cache hits due to obsolete data items become simply useless to those applications. Frequently accessed but infrequently updated data items should get higher preference while caching, and infrequently accessed but frequently updated items should have lower preference. Such items may not be cached at all or should be evicted from the cache to accommodate items with higher preference. In wireless networks, remote data access is typically more expensive than in wired networks. Hence, an efficient caching scheme considers both data access and update patterns can better reduce data transmissions in wireless networks. In this paper, we propose a step-wise optimal update-based replacement policy, called the Update-based Step-wise Optimal (USO) policy, for wireless data networks to optimize transmission cost by increasing effective hit ratio. Our cache replacement policy is based on the idea of giving preference to frequently accessed but infrequently updated data, and is supported by an analytical model with quantitative analysis. We also present results from our extensive simulations. We demonstrate that (1) the analytical model is validated by the simulation results and (2) the proposed scheme outperforms the Least Frequently Used (LFU) scheme in terms of effective hit ratio and communication cost.     

基于智能客户端的巡检系统设计与实现

针对健康检查中心医生外出进行健康检查作业时,健康检查系统无法离线使用的问题,本文应用智能客户端技术构建巡检系统。该巡检系统可以在离线状态完成健检系统功能,待系统连线以后,通过调用Web Service访问健康检查中心数据库进行数据上传和下载。对系统进行总体设计,给出体系结构图,并且详细介绍相关技术及实现。     

雷达跟踪系统的数据显示

介绍用单片机与制导雷达显示器组成的数据显示系统的设计,并且将目标的高度以数字的形式在显示器上显示,缩短操纵员的训练时间,完成了旧系统的改造升级。
