Field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) are an enabling technology in circuit designs. We consider the board-level multi-terminal net assignment in the FPGA-based logic emulation. A novel probabilistic optimization method is devised for solving the net assignment problem. The approach incorporates randomized rounding, genetic algorithm, and solution-improvement strategies. Divalent europium ions were produced from trivalent lanthanide solution by using a flow-through porous graphite electrode. The reduction of Eu(III) was investigated by varying the composition of electrolyte, flow rate and applied current in an electrochemical system with recycle. Increasing the ratio of lanthanide to europium content and the flow rate favoured the rate of reduction and improved the efficiency. High current efficiency was obtained by applying high current. Evolution of hydrogen and reoxidation of the reduced europium caused reduction in the current efficiency.A mathematical model was developed to describe the electrochemical system, the values obtained from the model computation compared closely with experimental results.  相似文献

This paper describes the electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) processes of Ru(bpy)32+/nicotine system at ITO working electrode. An ECL-based method for rapid and sensitive detection of nicotine in phosphate buffer solution at pH 8.0 is established. Strong ECL emission was observed at a positive potential of 1.4 V vs. Ag/AgCl. A possible ECL mechanism is proposed for the Ru(bpy)32+/nicotine system, the oxidation product of nicotine at the electrode surface reacts with the 3+ state of ruthenium bipyridyl (2+) complex and form ruthenium complex exited state ions and thus releases photons. Effect of pH (medium/electrolyte), working potential, buffer composition, buffer concentration, reactant and co-reactant (nicotine) concentration, flow rate and loop size on the ECL spectrum of the Ru(bpy)32+/nicotine were studied. At the optimized experimental conditions, lower detection limit for nicotine was observed as 1.2 nmol L−1 (S/N = 3). Linear relationship between ECL current and concentration of nicotine was observed (up to 100 μmol L−1) with R-value of 0.997. The relative standard deviation with 5 μmol L−1 concentration of nicotine for 20 analyses was only 1.4%. A 94% recovery rate was observed in a real sample analysis without any complications/disturbance in measurement. Interferences of humid acid, camphor and SDS were not observed in their presence in the sample solution. The established procedure for nicotine quantification manifests fascinating results and can be suggested for further applications.  相似文献

In this paper we apply an inclined-exposure technology, while also using a polymeric material to make 3D optical micro-structure like dove prism and hardened reflecting mirrors in blue-DVD pickup head module. In contrast to the more common type of inclined mirrors, single-lensed reflecting mirrors, the micro-reflecting mirror being developed within the scope of this paper possesses the qualities that it requires no metal for its reflecting surface, and it is structurally stable. When used in micro-optical systems, it is less prone to experiencing structural changes and impact to the system’s optical paths as a result of heat generated from the light source. The fabrication technology for dove prism being developed can be used to easily fabricate highly integrated micro-optical systems. The structure being fabricated can reach a height of 1.8 mm, while the degree of surface roughness meets the necessary Marechal optic quality criterion. In this paper we will also issue of the structure of the SU-8 material being wider at the top and narrower at the bottom due to short-wavelength light source having shallower penetration. The polymeric material used has a high penetration rate of 95% (red light), and is low in cost. As such, we may apply and consolidate micro-structures in TIR, CD/DVD, SPR, and micro-PIV systems, or optical systems in general. These novel methods can be employed for the fabrication of nontraditional 3D structures on photo polymer for Optical MEMES applications.  相似文献

The suppressive effects of Camellia sinensis tea melanin (CSTM) on transformation of aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) induced by 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) were disclosed for the first time. CSTM strongly inhibited TCDD-induced toxicity with IC50 equalling 20.4 μg mL−1. Daily administration of CSTM (40 mg kg−1, p.o.) prevented TCDD-induced body weight loss, ameliorated TCDD-induced mortality and prevented TCDD-induced hepatomegaly and thymic atrophy. Co-administration of CSTM significantly inhibited TCDD-induced hepatic CYP1 A1 activity. CSTM retarded transformation of AhR in vitro. In animals treated with CSTM, the antibody-secreting cells produced significantly (P < 0.05) more antibodies (32–34%) than the antigen control. Administration of TCDD caused a suppression of antibody-forming cells of 29–33% against the antigen control level. Co-administration of CSTM restored immunity to the control level. We demonstrated that CSTM directly competed with TCDD during the transformation of AhR and suppressed the downstream activation of genes associated with TCDD toxicity.  相似文献

In image processing, pattern recognition, and computer vision, one of the most powerful techniques for feature extraction is to use moments. Real-time applications of this method, however, have been prohibited due to the intensive computation encountered in calculating the moments. One solution to this problem is to adopt specially designed hardware accelerators. This paper describes, from a practical standpoint, the design of a custom hardware accelerator for speeding up the moment computation. The design of the core functional units and the design of the overall system based on a wavefront array architecture are discussed. The moment accelerator can be easily configured into different sizes to meet diverse application requirements cost effectively. Testing results based on implementation using field-programmable gate array devices show that, at an affordable cost, the proposed hardware accelerator can deliver real-time speeds for moment computation. Elimination of this computational bottleneck makes it possible to use moments-based features in real-time industrial applications  相似文献

A configuration of a linearized operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) for low-voltage and high-frequency applications is proposed. By using double pseudodifferential pairs and the source-degeneration structure under nano-scale CMOS technology, the nonlinearity caused by short channel effect from a small feature size can be minimized. A robust common-mode control system is designed for input and output common-mode stability and thus reduces distortion caused b y common-mode voltage variation. Tuning ability can be achieved by using MOS transistors in the linear region. The linearity of the OTA is about -60-dB third-order inter-modulation (IM3) distortion for up to 0.9 Vpp at 40 MHz. This OTA was fabricated by the TSMC 180-nm deep n-well CMOS process. It occupies a small area of 15.1times10-3 mm2 and the power consumption is 9.5 mW under a 1.5-V supply voltage.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to develop an unsteady 2D depth-averaged model for nonuniform sediment transport in alluvial channels. In this model, the orthogonal curvilinear coordinate system is adopted; the transport mechanisms of cohesive and noncohesive sediment are both embedded; the suspended load and bed load are treated separately. In addition, the processes of hydraulic sorting, armoring, and bed consolidation are also included in the model. The implicit two-step split-operator approach is used to solve the flow governing equations and the coupling approach with iterative method are used to solve the mass-conservation equation of suspended sediment, mass-conservation equation of active-layer sediment, and global mass-conservation equation for bed sediment simultaneously. Three sets of data, including suspension transport, degradation and aggradation cases for noncohesive sediment, and aggradation, degradation, and consolidation cases for cohesive sediment, have been demonstrated to show the rationality and accuracy of the model. Finally, the model is applied to evaluate the desilting efficiency for Ah Gong Diann Reservoir located in Taiwan to show its applicability.  相似文献

A 1.5-V 5.5-GHz fully integrated phase-locked loop (PLL) has been implemented in a 0.25-μm foundry digital CMOS process. From a 5.5-GHz carrier, the in-band phase noise can be as low as -88 dBc/Hz at a 40-kHz offset, while the phase noise for the free-running VCO is -116 dBc/Hz at an 1-MHz offset. The VCO core current is 4.6 mA. The prescaler is implemented using a variation of the source-coupled logic (SCL) structure to reduce the switching noise, and thus to reduce the PLL side-band spurs. At -18 dBm signal power measured off chip, the switching noise coupled through substrate and metal interconnect generates spurs with power levels less than -99 dBm when the loop is open. A new charge-pump circuit is developed to reduce the current glitch at the output node. By incorporating a voltage doubler, the voltage dynamic range at the charge-pump output and thus the VCO control voltage range is increased from 1.3 to 2.6 V with immeasurable phase noise and spurious level degradation to the PLL. When the loop is closed, the power levels of side-band spurs at the offset frequency equal to the ~43-MHz reference frequency are < -69 dBc. The total power consumption of the PLL including that for the output buffers is ~23 mW  相似文献
