目的:确定罗非鱼皮Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的抗原性,为进一步研究罗非鱼皮Ⅰ型胶原蛋白生物相容性提供依据。方法:采用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,SDS-PAGE)对分离提取的罗非鱼皮胶原蛋白进行鉴定,共免疫ICR小鼠3 次。采用酶联免疫吸附反应(enzymelinked immune sorbent assay,ELISA)分别于每次免疫后第7天测定小鼠产生的总胶原蛋白抗体,并在第21天测定小鼠血清中内免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量。结果:罗非鱼皮胶原蛋白样品是Ⅰ型胶原蛋白。所有经罗非鱼皮Ⅰ型胶原蛋白免疫的小鼠体内均产生抗体,3 次免疫后罗非鱼皮Ⅰ型胶原蛋白抗体质量浓度范围为160.50~164.25 μg/L,小鼠IgG、IgA和IgM的质量浓度范围分别为424.81~437.59 ng/mL、46.86~49.53 μg/mL、1.81~1.89 ng/mL。结论:罗非鱼皮Ⅰ型胶原蛋白对ICR小鼠呈现较弱的抗原性。  相似文献

Summary  Polymeric antioxidants based on p-cumyl phenol formaldehyde resin (PCPF), p-nonyl phenol formaldehyde (PNPF) and p-octyl phenol formaldehyde (POPF) were prepared by condensation reaction of respective phenols with formaldehyde in presence of an acid catalyst. The reactions were monitored by TLC and the melting point of the products was determined by open capillary method. Stabilising the action of PCPF, PNPF for protecting paint against thermal oxidation was tested using a QUV weatherometer. The effect of exposure on the properties of paints such as gloss, whiteness and yellowness were evaluated. Results show that paints containing these new polymeric antioxidants possess better stabilising effects against photo-oxidation than those employed in standard paints available in the market.  相似文献

Abstract and Key Results
  The relationship of internationalization with firm performance continues to be a major focus of corporate strategy. While internationalization raises important issues of risk and uncertainty, cross-cultural aspects of employee conduct and consumer behavior, market structure and competition, and political and regulatory dimensions, it also provides new opportunities for growth, profitability and organizational learning.
  This study seeks to contribute to the topic by empirically investigating the influence of the country of origin effect (COE) on the internationalization and performance relationship. COE, as defined here, is a composite variable that serves as a proxy for differential conditions that might exist in the MNC’s home country, conditions which would impact the MNC’s performance through internalization of attributes connected with its home country.
  The findings of this study offer strong support for the underlying notion that a MNC’s home country impacts the internationalization-performance relationship. In particular, a positive linear relationship was found between internationalization and performance in countries with relatively small economies and which have extensive trade in their economy, while an inverted U-shaped relationship was found in countries with larger economies which have relatively moderate trade in their economy.

Laser beam welding is based on interaction between the laser beam and parent metals. Methods have been developed in recent years to produce joints of most light metals and their combinations. It provides good weld joint to simplify the structure and reduce the weight and cost to meet the main concerns of the aircraft industry. To achieve these, Ti6Al4V and AA2024 alloy sheets with a thickness of 1.0 mm have been welded with butt joint configuration using pulsed Nd:YAG laser beam welding without groove and filler metal. The weldment has been subjected to testings such as surface roughness, microstructure, hardness, tensile strength and distortion. Test results reveal that laser beam welding is very much suitable for joining Ti6Al4V/AA2024 alloys, while focusing from aluminium side.  相似文献

Two distinct strategies for controlling selectivity, in particular stereoselectivity in photochemical reactions are reviewed. In the first strategy, supramolecular approach using cucurbituril nano-containers in catalytic amounts is employed to control selectivity during photochemical transformations. In the second approach, a generalized methodology for carrying out light-induced transformations in solution at ambient conditions is detailed where axially chiral motifs are employed to enantiospecifically transfer the axial chirality in the reactant to point chirality in the photoproduct(s).  相似文献

The use of low-cost and ecofriendly adsorbents has been investigated as an ideal alternative to the current expensive methods of removing dyes from wastewater. This paper deals with the removal of Acid Red 114 (AR 114) from aqueous solutions using activated carbons prepared from agricultural waste materials such as gingelly (sesame) (Sp), cotton (Cp) and pongam (Pp) seed shells. Optimum conditions for AR 114 removal were found to be pH 3, adsorbent dosage=3g/L of solution and equilibrium time=4h. Higher removal percentages were observed at lower concentrations of AR 114. The adsorption isotherm data were fitted to Langmuir and Freundlich equation, and the adsorption capacity of the studied adsorbents was in the order Sp>Cp>Pp. Kinetic studies showed that the adsorption followed both pseudo-second-order and Elovich equation. The thermodynamics parameters such as DeltaG degrees, DeltaH degrees, DeltaS degrees were also evaluated. The activated carbons prepared were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and BET analysis.  相似文献

In recent years, antifouling (AF) polymers are widely used in marine paints to protect the ship hulls from biofouling. The AF polymer coatings have better leaching characteristics and long lasting efficiency than other conventional formulations. In this study, an attempt has been made to prepare new p‐acryloyloxybenzaldehyde(AcBA) polymers to assess their AF efficiency against marine microfoulers. The monomer, AcBA was prepared by the esterification reaction between p‐hydroxybenzaldehyde (HBA) and acryloyl chloride (Ac) in presence of triethylamine (TEA) in MEK at 0°C. The reaction was monitored by TLC and the prepared monomer was characterized by UV, IR, 1H‐NMR and GC‐MS. The homo‐[poly(AcBA)] and co‐polymers [poly(AcBA‐co‐MMA)] were prepared by solution polymerization using BPO as initiator. To find out the AF activity of prepared polymers, representatives of marine microfoulers, shipfouling bacteria (Bacillus macroides and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and microalgae (Amphora coffeaeformis and Navicula incerta) were screened. The contact toxicity and diatom attachment assays were conducted with prepared polymers and microfouling formation on coatings was also investigated using a tubular biofilm reactor.
