粉料特性对CBS微晶玻璃结构与性能的影响 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2
利用不同快速球磨时间的CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS)玻璃粉料,制备了低温烧结的CBS玻璃陶瓷.利用X线衍射仪(XRD)和电子显微镜(SEM),分析粉料特性与 CBS玻璃陶瓷结构的关系,系统研究了粉料特性对CBS玻璃陶瓷的烧结性能、介电性能(10 GHz)及热学性能的影响.结果表明,减小粉料粒径能在较低的烧成温度下实现烧结,并有效提高致密度,有利于降低介电常数和介电损耗.热膨胀系数显著增大,其原因是随着粉料粒径的减小,生成了大量的具有低介电常数、高膨胀系数的石英相.球磨2 h试样在850 ℃的烧结密度为2.615 g·cm-3,吸水率为0.16%,9.98 GHz下的介电常数和损耗分别为6.16和1.98×10-3. 相似文献

A tunable photonic crystal (PC) filter is proposed with the twisted nematic (TN) liquid crystal (LC) as a defect layer. The
polarization sensitive performance and the eigenmodes are analyzed. The results show that there are two kinds of transmission
modes, namely o and e, when the voltage is low. The different modes can be selected by rotating the filter axially. The e
mode shifts toward the shorter wavelength side as the applied voltage increases. Then the peaks of two modes merge into each
other and the polarization sensitive performance disappears. The photonic band gap is insensitive to the voltage. The tunable

目的研究内毒素脂多糖(LPS)+甲基强的松龙(MPSL)兔股骨头坏死模型的组织学、Micro-CT及免疫组化特点。方法22只新西兰兔静脉注射LPS10μg/kg,24h后肌注MPSL20mg/kg,1次/d,共3d。存活动物6周观察Micro-CT骨计量学、组织病理学等项目,并与20只未用药新西兰兔对比。结果LPS+MPSL造模后动物死亡2只,存活动物的骨坏死率为80.0%(16/20),骨陷窝空虚率为(33.6±2.4)%;Micro-CT骨计量学各项指标显著低于对照组,组织病理学显示造模组出现明显骨坏死灶。结论LPS与MPSL联合应用可有效建立骨坏死模型。 相似文献

Based on the sum and difference coarrays, multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar with minimum redundancy (MR) concept, referred to as MR MIMO, can considerably increase the spatial degrees of freedom (DOFs). However, traditional MR MIMO needs computational search to determine the position of each element. In this paper, a modified MR monostatic MIMO configuration is proposed, referred to as MMRM MIMO. In the proposed system, the MMRM MIMO radar is consisted of several levels of uniform linear array, which brings the advantage that the position of each element can be determined without computational search. Furthermore, it offers more than \(N^{2}\) DOFs for an N-elemental array. In order to utilize the extended DOFs of MMRM MIMO radar for direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation, an average Toeplitz approximation method (TAM) is employed, which achieves robust performance even under low signal-to-noise ratio, few snapshots and array error. Recognizing which part of an object is graspable or not is important for intelligent robot to perform some complicated tasks. In order to obtain good grasping performance, learning rich representations efficiently from multi-modal RGB-D images is crucial. To address this problem, in this paper, we propose an effective multi-modal deep extreme learning machine structure. In this structure, unsupervised hierarchical extreme learning machine (ELM) is conducted for feature extraction for RGB and depth modalities separately. Then, the shared layer is developed by combining both RGB and depth features. Finally, the ELM is used as supervised feature classifier for final decision. Differential thermal analysis (DTA) has been conducted on directionally solidified near-eutectic Sn-3.0 wt.%Ag-0.5 wt.%Cu (SAC), SAC \(+\) 0.2 wt.%Sb, SAC \(+\) 0.2 wt.%Mn, and SAC \(+\) 0.2 wt.%Zn. Laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy was used to study element partitioning behavior and estimate DTA sample compositions. Mn and Zn additives reduced the undercooling of SAC from 20.4\(^\circ \hbox {C}\) to \(4.9^\circ \hbox {C}\) and \(2^\circ \hbox {C}\), respectively. Measurements were performed at cooling rate of \(10^\circ \hbox {C}\) per minute. After introducing 200 ppm \(\hbox {O}_2\) into the DTA, this undercooling reduction ceased for SAC \(+\) Mn but persisted for SAC \(+\) Zn. 相似文献
