传统的异常数据监测算法依靠单台计算机对异常数据进行识别,识别速度慢,且无法满足对数据处理的精确性要求。针对上述问题,文中构建了Hadoop分布式财务异常数据分析模型。该模型采用Hadoop中的MapReduce框架作为并行计算框架,同时在数据异常检测算法方面引入了邻域关系的LOF算法,有效避免了数据集元素边缘可能会出现误判的情况。数值实验结果表明,文中所提算法的准确率相比其他3种同类算法提升了5%以上,且算法的总运行时间也明显缩短。由此可见,文中所提模型可快速、准确地检测出财务异常数据,保障医疗系统的平稳运行。 相似文献

In cooperative communications, multiple relays between a source and a destination can increase the diversity gain. Because all the nodes must use orthogonal channels, multiple‐relay cooperation becomes spectrally inefficient. Therefore, a bestrelay selection scheme was recently proposed. In this paper, we analyzed the performance of this scheme for a system with the relays operating in amplify‐and‐forward mode over identical Nakagami‐m channels using an exact source–relay–destination signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR).We derived accurate closed‐form expressions for various system parameters including the probability density function of end‐to‐end SNR, the average output SNR, the bit error probability, and the channel capacity. Generally, the coprime linear array (CLA) consisting of two interleaved uniform linear subarrays can enlarge the array aperture to attain the better angle estimation performance compared with the uniform linear array (ULA). In this paper, we ulteriorly study the virtual sum coarray of the unfolded coprime (UC) bistatic multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar whose transmitter and receiver array are both unfolded CLA from the viewpoint on the geometry and array aperture. The UC MIMO radar can be exploited to obtain the better joint direction of departure (DOD) and direction of arrival (DOA) estimation performance due to the larger array aperture. Furthermore, we propose an all sum coarray multiple signals classification (ASCA-MUSIC) algorithm for the UC MIMO radar. ASCA-MUSIC can fully exploit all the degrees of freedom (DOFs) in the sum coarray and can obtain the better estimation performance. We also prove that ASCA-MUSIC can avoid the phase ambiguity problem due to the coprime property. In addition, we devise a reduced complexity scheme for ASCA-MUSIC to reduce the high computational complexity and utilize Cramer–Rao Bound (CRB) as a benchmark for the lower bound on the root-mean-square error (RMSE) of unbiased angle estimation. Finally, the numerical simulations verify the effectiveness and superiority of the UC MIMO radar, ASCA-MUSIC and the reduced complexity scheme. 相似文献

By combining Spatial modulation (SM) with cooperative communication, the diversity gain brought by cooperative relaying and high rate of SM can be obtained. In this paper, considering amplify-and-forward (AF) protocol, the performance of cooperative SM system with imperfect channel state information (CSI) over Rayleigh channel is analyzed. According to the performance analysis, the moment generating functions (MGFs) of effective signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) are derived. With the MGFs, closed-form expressions of the error probability of antenna index detection and the error probability of symbol detection for imperfect CSI are achieved. Thereby, the approximate overall average bit error ratio (BER) is obtained, and these theoretical expressions include those under perfect CSI as special cases. Besides, the asymptotically approximate BER for large SNR is also derived. Based on this, a suboptimal power allocation (PA) scheme is developed, and the corresponding PA coefficients are attained by minimizing the asymptotical BER. As a result, closed-form PA can be attained for the system with multiple receive antennas. Computer simulations show that the theoretical BERs are close to the corresponding simulated results, which illustrates the effectiveness of the derived theoretical expressions. Al-Sn co-doped ZnO thin films were deposited onto quartz substrates by sol-gel processing. The surface morphology and electrical and optical properties were investigated at different annealing temperatures. The surface morphology showed a closely packed arrangement of crystallites in all the doped films. As prepared co-doped films show a preferred orientation along an (0 0 2) plane. This preferred orientation was enhanced by increasing the annealing temperature to between 400 °C and 500 °C, but there was a shift to the (1 0 1) plane when the annealing temperature rose above 500 °C. These samples show, on average, 91.2% optical transmittance in the visible range. In this study, the optical band gap of all the doped films was broadened compared with pure ZnO, regardless of the different annealing temperature. The carrier concentration and carrier mobility of the thin films were also investigated. 相似文献
