Present work introduces a novel Ca3WO6 microwave dielectric ceramic with a complex perovskite structure. The Ca3WO6 ceramic was prepared by solid state reaction method and can be well densified at above 1,260 °C for 2 h in air. All the XRD
patterns can be fully indexed as a single-phase monoclinic structure (space group P21/n). The sharp Raman vibration mode at 810 cm−1 suggests the long range order in the Ca3WO6 structure. The best microwave dielectric properties can be obtained in ceramic sample sintered at 1,275 °C for 2 h with a
permittivity ~15.3, a Qf value ~29,200 GHz and a TCF value about −30 ppm/°C. Applying the oxide additivity rule, the calculated
permittivity agrees well with the measured value. This kind of ceramic might have some potential value for microwave application
for its good microwave dielectric behavior. The (Ca1/2W1/2) complex cations holding the site of Ti4+ in perovskite structure would introduce many new systems in complex perovskite compounds in the future. 相似文献

Two kinds of nanoscale TiO2 films were prepared by magnetron sputtering and screen printing methods, respectively. Results show that both phase composition and specific surface area of the film affect the photocatalytic bactericidal efficiency. Time-series in situ atomic force microscopy (AFM) observation were further used to characterize the cellular responses of Escherichia coli (E. coli) in photocatalytic process. Some nanosized patches were found on the bacterial surface in the forepart of photocatalytic reaction. It suggested that the photocatalytic attack induced the self-protection of bacteria at first. Subsequently, some cracks on the surface and the enlargement of cell body indicated that the cell wall was damaged and lost its structure supporting function, and it eventually led to the death of bacteria. 相似文献

Cr doped ZnO (Zn1 ? xCrxO) thin films with different Cr concentrations (0.4, 1.5, and 8.9 at.%) were deposited on Si substrates using RF magnetron sputtering. Film crystal structure was characterized using X-ray diffraction, and vibrating sample magnetometer measurements were used to investigate their magnetic properties. Unstable ZnO structure is present at low Cr concentrations, while secondary phases appear at higher Cr concentrations. 8.9 at.% Zn1 ? xCrxO film exhibits room temperature ferromagnetism and high 325 K Curie temperature, even after 300 °C annealing for 1 h. The structural, electronic and elastic properties of the AlCu2M (M = Sc, Ti and Cr) compounds in the pressure range of 0–100 GPa was investigated based on density functional theory. The calculated lattice parameters of the AlCu2M compounds at zero pressure and zero temperature are in very good agreement with the existing experimental data. The bulk modulus, shear modulus and Young’s modulus increases with the increase of pressure, which indicates that higher materials hardness may be obtained when increasing pressures. The bulk modulus and Young’s modulus of AlCu2Cr is the greatest under pressure. The shear modulus of AlCu2Ti is the highest above 30 GPa, while that of the AlCu2Sc is the strongest below 30 GPa. The calculated B/G values at zero and higher pressure indicated that they are ductile materials. The electronic densities of states and bonding charge densities have been discussed in details, revealing these compounds exhibit half-metallic behavior. In addition, the pressure dependences of Debye temperatures of AlCu2M compounds have also been calculated. The results indicate that Debye temperatures increase with increasing pressure. 相似文献

以聚己内酯、四氢呋喃-环氧丙烷共聚醚、甲基二异氰酸酯、MOCA等为原料,制备了浇注型聚氨酯弹性体了聚己内酯与共聚醚的比例、NCO质量分数、增塑剂与MOCA用量比例对弹性体力学性能的影响。以最佳工艺条件制得的弹性体,其性能为:邵尔A型硬度为57 ̄58,300%模量3.8 ̄3.9MPa,拉伸强度18.5 ̄19.5MPa,扯断工率450 ̄460%,撕裂强度28 ̄30kN/m。 相似文献
