Wave propagation in two-phase flow of magnetic fluid under a nonuniform magnetic field

The effect of nonuniform magnetic field on the linear and nonlinear wave propagation phenomena in two-phase pipe flow of magnetic fluid is investigated theoretically to realize the effective energy conversion system using boiling two-phase flow of magnetic fluid. Firstly, the governing equations of two-phase flow based on the unsteady thermal nonequilibrium two-fluid model are presented and the linear void wave propagation phenomena in boiling two-phase flow are numerically analyzed by using the finite volume method. Next, the nonlinear pressure wave propagation in gas-liquid two-phase flow is numerically analyzed by using the finite different method. According to these theoretical studies on the wave propagation phenomena in two-phase flow of magnetic fluid, it seems to be a reasonable proposal that the precise control of the wave propagation in two-phase flow is possible by effective use of the magnetic force.

晶体管的计算机辅助设计

将晶体管设计中繁琐的纵向、横向参数的设计计算以及参数验算,采用Basic人机对话方式,由计算机完成。并用BAsic语言绘制出所需的七块光刻掩膜图。既大大地减轻了设计人员繁琐劳动、缩短了设计时间、提高设计质量,又便于修改。还可广泛用于同种结构的不同动率要求的各种晶体管的设计中。     

Optimal solutions for a dynamic bandwidth allocation scheme in high-speed networks

In this paper, we investigate the problem of determining the optimal bandwidth allocation for a Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation Scheme (DBAS). The objective is to minimize the total amount of bandwidth required to satisfy the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of all traffic streams. It is shown that when the performance functions satisfy a certain number of conditions, there exists a unique optimal bandwidth allocation such that, for each traffic stream, either its QoS is just satisfied or its QoS is over-satisfied and it is allocated zero bandwidth. Such an allocation is said to be efficient. It is also shown that there exists a unique efficient allocation in the entire feasible region. An iterative algorithm is developed to compute the efficient allocation employing its special properties. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate how the algorithm works. System reliability estimation using simulation combined with network reductions

This paper proposes a dynamic Monte Carlo sampling method, called the conditional minimal cut set (COMICS) algorithm, where all arcs are not simulated at each trial and all minimal cut sets need not be given in advance. The proposed algorithm repeats simulating a minimal cut set composed of the arcs which originate from the (new) source node and reducing the network on the basis of the states of simulated arcs until the s-t connectedness is confirmed. We develop the importance sampling estimator, the total hazard estimator and the hazard importance sampling estimator which are all based on the proposed algorithm, and compare the performance of these simulation estimators. It is found that these estimators can significantly reduce the variance of the raw simulation estimator and the usual importance sampling estimator.     

EGS程序图形化输入平台的开发

为了使EGS能够更加方便地被工程人员使用，使用VC^ 语言开发出一套运行于Windows下的EGSWIN程序，其中包括一个图形化的输入平台，通过使用本程序，用户可以仅仅进行简单而直观的输入几何实体的工作，就可以实现区域的定义。极大的提高了EGS的使用效率。     

特征提取在硅内部微/纳米级体缺陷检测中的应用

提出了一种利用特征提取来对硅中微/纳米级体缺陷的激光散射图样进行分析,以获得缺陷大小信息的分析方法.给出了该方法中第一特征值和第二特征值的定义,指出通过所提出的第一特征值及第二特征值即可迅速地判断出缺陷的大小量级所在.这种分析方法具有分析速度快,在体缺陷小于1μm时分辨率高,且可使系统实现自动化等优点.     

X波段及DBS接收用PHEMT单片低噪声放大器

报道了X波段及DBS接收用单片低噪声放大器的研制结果。利用CAD软件对单片电路进行优化设计，设计工作包括MBE材料、PHEMT器件和单片电路三部分。在研制过程中，开展了关键工艺的专题研究。研究结果为：单级单片放大器在10：5－11．6GHz范围内，NF≤1．82dB，G≥7.72dB；在11．7－12．2GHz范围内，NF≤1．80dB，G≥6．8dB；双级放大器在10．4－11．1GHz范围内，NF≤1．96dB，G≥15．3dB，最低噪声系数为1．63dB，最高增益为16．07dB。
