For the diffusion-controlled adsorption, the expression of dynamic surface adsorption P(t) was ob- tained by solving the diffusion equation. Two cases, i.e. the short and long time limits, were mainly discussed in this paper. From the measured dynamic surface tension of aqueous surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) solutions at 25 ℃, the adsorption kinetics of SDS at air/solution interface was studied. It was proved that for both of the short and long time limits, the adsorption process of SDS was controlled by diffusion.  相似文献

The method using peroxidase activity of hemoglobin (Hb) for the determination of lipid peroxides was examined by using pure methyl linoleate hydroperoxides, trilinoleoylglycerol hydroperoxides and egg yolk phosphatidylcholine hydroperoxides as substrates and tetramethyl benzidine as electron donor for the peroxidase reaction of Hb. The reactivities of these substrates were quite varied. Furthermore, some electron donors were tested for peroxidase activity of Hb, but none showed a complete reduction of methyl linoleate hydroperoxides. From these results, it seems the Hb method needs to be carefully applied to biological materials that contain mixtures of different types of lipid classes.  相似文献

Yerba mate extract (Ilex paraguariensis) is a source of phenolic compounds that possesses in vitro antioxidant activities and may contribute to a reduction in the risk of cardiovascular disease. In this study we examined the acute effects of the consumption of mate infusion on ex vivo plasma and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation, plasma antioxidant capacity, and platelet aggregation. Twelve healthy fasted subjects ingested 500 mL of mate infusion and blood samples were collected before and 1 h after mate intake. Lipid peroxidation of plasma and LDL was monitored by the measurement of cholesteryl-ester hydroperoxides (CE-OOH) and cholesterol oxides. The plasma antioxidant capacity was measured as ferric-reducing antioxidant potential (FRAP). Platelet aggregation was evaluated in platelet-rich plasma stimulated with adenosine diphosphate and coagulation was tested in platelet-poor plasma. Ingestion of mate infusion diminished the ex vivo oxidizability of both plasma and LDL particles. After mate intake, the CE-OOH levels were around 50% lower in plasma oxidized with copper or 2,2′-azobis[2-amidine-propane-hydrochloride] (AAPH) and the lag time to plasma oxidation increased 2-fold (P < 0.05). Copper- and AAPH-induced LDL peroxidation were also inhibited by around 50% and 20%, respectively, after mate consumption (P < 0.05). The levels of various oxysterols were significantly reduced in oxidized-plasma and LDL (P < 0.05) and FRAP increased by 7.7% after mate intake (P < 0.01). However, mate consumption did not inhibit platelet aggregation or blood coagulation. In summary, intake of yerba mate infusion improved the antioxidant capacity and the resistance of plasma and LDL particles to ex vivo lipid peroxidation.  相似文献

The charged mosaic polymer membrane (CMM) without reinforcement and the composite charged mosaic polymer membrane (CCMM) with reinforcement were investigated in terms of salt and water transport (permeability). The composite charged mosaic polymer membrane (CCMM) with reinforcement showed a unique transport behavior such as preferential material transport Lp and ω. Water permeability coefficient, Lp and salt permeability coefficient, ω were estimated by taking account of active layer thickness of composite polymer gel. The Lp and ω values of CCMM with reinforcement were larger than those of CMM without reinforcement. On the other hand, the reflection coefficient of CCMM, σ, showed negative value, which suggested preferential material transport to solvent transport. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A different newly designed cationic exchange polymer membrane and anionic exchange polymer membrane were introduced, and also the transport properties of these polymeric membranes were investigated in this study. The transport properties of these polymer membranes in contact with ferrocene redox derivatives were estimated by using electrochemical techniques such as cyclicvoltammetry, chronopotentiometry, and chronoamperometry techniques, respectively. The used ferrocene redox substances, which have different functional groups, were (Ferrocenylmethyl) trimethylamonium iodide, FcMA, Ferrocenedimethanol, FcDM, and Ferrocene carboxylic acid, FcCA. It indicated that the performance of a membrane depended on the content of polymer gel, anionic exchange polymer site (20 wt % and 50 wt %) or cationic polymer exchange site (20 wt % and 50 wt %), and the efficiency of the functional groups of cationic and anionic exchange polymer site as well. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 制备出了以二醚为内给电子体的Ziegler-Natta(Z-N)催化剂及Z-N/茂金属(Z-M)复合催化剂。研究了催化剂类型(Z-N或Z-M)、休眠剂类型(苯乙烯(St)或对甲基苯乙烯(pMS))及用量对聚合过程、中间产品(均聚聚丙烯(PP))和最终产品(PP釜内合金)性能的影响,还利用扫描电子显微镜观测了PP釜内合金粒子的形貌。结果表明:St是比pMS更适宜的休眠剂;在保证使Z-M复合催化剂中茂金属组分充分休眠的前提下,应尽可能降低休眠剂的加入量;在St休眠剂存在下使用Z-M复合催化剂可制得23,-30℃抗冲击强度分别为47,5.6 kJ/m2的高刚高韧PP合金。  相似文献

多园区综合能源系统具有能源互济互联、协调合作运行、利益主体多元的重要特征,这对各园区间能量交互与协同管理提出了自主自治、隐私安全等要求。为此就多园区综合能源系统能量交易模式及物理实现架构,提出一种分区自治式能量合作社区及优化调度模式。首先针对能量交易模式,引入能源供需比和讨价还价博弈模型,构建合作社区内部交易及其定价机制,模拟能源供需形势及利益分配对社区内部交易的影响,有效激励园区参与合作;其次针对物理实现架构,构建各园区内综合能源系统模型及园区间输送管网模型,建立多园区系统的联合优化调度模型,应用交替方向乘子法分布式求解架构提出了上、下分层的解算方法,实现合作社区能源交互交易,保证园区交易自主、运行自治、信息隐私;最后算例验证了该合作社区与调度模式能够充分挖掘园区互济效益,实现共享收益公平分配,促进园区可持续合作共赢,提升能源利用效率。
