Quantitative representation of complicated behavior of fluid mixtures in the critical region by any of equation-of-state theories remains as a difficults thermodynamic topics to date.In the present work,a computational efforts were made for representing various types of critical loci of binary water with hydrocarbon systems showing Type Ⅱ and Type Ⅲ phase behavior by an elementary equation of state[called multi-fluid nonrandom lattice fluid EOS(MF-NLF EOS)]based on the lattice statistical mechanical theory.The model EOS requires two molecular parameters which representing molecular size and interaction energy for a pure component and single adjustable interaction energy parameter for binary mixtures.Critical temperature and pressure data were used to obtain molecular size parameter and vapor pressure data were used to obtain interaction energy parameter.The MF-NLF EOS model adapted in the present study correlated quantitatively well the critical loci of various binary water with hydrocarbon systems. 相似文献

In this paper, a new hybrid‐excited motor is proposed. Its unique feature is that it has no field exciting coil, despite being a type of bypass yoke core (BYC) hybrid‐excited synchronous motor. Based on finite element analysis (FEA), the following facts are clarified. Since the stator coil magnetomotive force (MMF) and claw poles rotate at the same speed and in the same direction, they are motionless relative to each other. Since the claw poles are located at one of its ends near the BYC surface with a gap, it receives immovable magnetization by the stator coil MMF through the BYC; then the claw poles can supply a magnetic field flux via the BYC. This flux via the BYC increases the total torque, because its torque is added the two other torque components: the permanent magnet torque and claw poles reluctance torque. Lipase from Rhizopus japonicus degraded chitosan resulting in soluble chitosan hydrolysates with molecular weight of about 30–50 kDa as shown by size exclusion chromatography. Optimal temperature for the hydrolysis of chitosan was 40C. The chitosan degradation products were fractionated stepwise according to their molecular weights by ultrafiltration with the filtration range of over 0.1 μm, 0. l μm to 30 kDa, 30 kDa to 10 kDa, 10 to 3 kDa, and 3 to 0.2 kDa. These fractions exhibited molecular weights of 50, 41, 41, 35, and 30 kDa, respectively. The molecular weights did not coincide with the pore size of filter membranes. Chitosan hydrolysate exhibited almost the same structural composition in IR spectra as chitosan flakes, except the peak of 1550 nm?1 that appeared to be the COO residue shifted from sodium acetate buffer to amine residue of chitosan. All fractions showed high solubility at neutral pH. Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) is regarded as a promising technique for realtime sorting of scrap metals due to its capability of fast multi-elemental and in-air analysis. This work reports a method for signal processing which ensures high accuracy and high speed during similar metal sorting by LIBS. Similar metals such as aluminum alloys or stainless steel are characterized by nearly the same constituent elements with slight variations in elemental concentration depending on metal type. In the proposed method, the original data matrix is substantially reduced for fast processing by selecting new input variables(spectral lines) using the information for the constituent elements of similar metals. Specifically, principal component analysis(PCA) of full-spectra LIBS data was performed and then, based on the loading plots, the input variables of greater significance were selected in the order of higher weights for each constituent element. The results for the classification test with aluminum alloy, copper alloy,stainless steel and cast steel showed that the classification accuracy of the proposed method was nearly the same as that of full-spectra PCA, but the computation time was reduced by a factor of 20 or more. The results demonstrated that incorporating the information for constituent elements can significantly accelerate classification speed without loss of accuracy. 相似文献
