This article describes fabrication and properties of buried microheaters made inside low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) structures. Laser cutting is used for meander pattern generation in dried Pt, PtAu or PdAg conductive pads. The electrical characterisation of microheaters is based on measurement and analysis of R(T) dependence in the range from 20°C to 850°C, measurement and analysis of thermal dynamic properties, long-term high-temperature passive or active ageing and behaviour of the heater in a pulse operation mode. The presented results are very promising for application of LTCC microheaters in various microsystem devices.  相似文献

To increase the productivity of knowledge workers, it is necessary to manage their organization so that they are motivated to collaborate with each other for their synergy. However, it is difficult for managers to grasp the explicit interactions of workers in the organization all the time. Owing to advanced communications technology, and the reduced size and improved capabilities of computers, we are able to record group behaviors as logging data in the office. The aim of this study is to extract features of group behavior from long-range office-logging data. We apply principal component analysis to the data matrix whose element is the mean travel velocity calculated from an individual’s trajectory per day. The results demonstrate the feasibility of our approach, since nontrivial informative group features can be extracted.  相似文献

The powder aerosol deposition (PAD) method is becoming increasingly important as an energetically advantageous coating method compared to classic ceramic technologies. However, due to the process-related lattice deformation, ceramic coatings often exhibit reduced functional properties in the as-deposited state. A thermal posttreatment at temperatures well below the sintering temperature can significantly reduce the lattice deformation and the stress within the film to restore the functional film properties close to sintered bulk samples. In this work, the optothermal posttreatment of PAD films using three different high-power light emitting diodes (HP-LED) with different wavelengths within the visible light spectrum is investigated as an alternative to time-consuming furnace or energy-intensive laser processes on the example of thermoelectric CuFe0.98Sn0.02O2 films. We demonstrate that the space-saving LED-based posttreatment not only restores the film properties but also significantly reduces the required processing time to a few seconds.  相似文献

An amperometric fluorinated xerogel-derived nitric oxide (NO) microelectrode is described. A range of fluorine-modified xerogel polymers were synthesized via the cohydrolysis and condensation of alkylalkoxy- and fluoroalkoxysilanes. Such polymers were evaluated as NO sensor membranes to identify the optimum composition for maximizing NO permeability while providing sufficient selectivity for NO in the presence of common interfering species. By taking advantage of both the versatility of sol-gel chemistry and the "poly(tetrafluoroethylene)-like" high NO permselective properties of the xerogels, the performance of the fluorinated xerogel-derived sensors was excellent, surpassing all miniaturized NO sensors reported to date. In contrast to previous electrochemical NO sensor designs, xerogel-based NO microsensors were fabricated using a simple, reliable dip-coating procedure. An optimal permselective membrane was achieved by synthesizing xerogels of methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMOS) and 20% (heptadecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetrahydrodecyl)trimethoxysilane (17FTMS, balance MTMOS) under acid-catalyzed conditions. The resulting NO microelectrode had a conical tip of approximately 20 microm in diameter and approximately 55 microm in length and exhibited sensitivities of 7.91 pA x nM (-1) from 0.2 to 3.0 nM (R (2) = 0.9947) and 7.60 nA x microM (-1) from 0.5 to 4.0 microM ( R (2) = 0.9999), detection limit of 83 pM (S/ N = 3), response time ( t 95%) of <3 s, and selectivity (log K NO, j (amp)) of -5.74, <-6, <-6, <-6, <-6, -5.84, and -1.33 for j = nitrite, ascorbic acid, uric acid, acetaminophen, dopamine, ammonia/ammonium, and carbon monoxide. In addition, the sensor proved functional up to 20 d, maintaining >or=90% of the sensor's initial sensitivity without serious deterioration in selectivity.  相似文献

An age-replacement policy with Weibull failure times is considered. It is troublesome to compute an optimum replacement time numerically. Upper and lower bounds of an optimum time are given in simple terms of replacement costs and parameters of a Weibull distribution. A numerical example shows that the approximation can be used when the ratio of the replacement cost for a failed unit to that for a nonfailed unit is large. The approximation is best when the optimum age of replacement is small.  相似文献

This paper presents about comprehensive investigations into Advanced Recycling Reactor (ARR) based on existing and/or mature technologies (called “Early ARR”), aiming transuranics (TRU) burning and considering harmonization of TRU burning capability, technology readiness, economy and safety. The ARR is a 500 MWe (1180 MWth) oxide fueled sodium cooled fast reactor, which the low core height of 70 cm and the large structure volume fraction with 1.0 mm of cladding thickness to tube wall have been chosen among 14 candidate concepts to reduce the TRU conversion ratio (CR) and the void reactivity, taking technology readiness into account. As a result of nuclear calculation, the ARR has TRU burning capability from 19 to 21 kg/TWthh and is sustainable in recycling. And the ARR can accept several kinds of TRU; the LWR uranium oxide fuels, LWR-MOX used nuclear fuel, and TRU recycled in this fuel cycle and the ARR is also flexible in TRU management in ways that it can transform from TRU CR of 0.56 to breeding ratio (BR) of 1.03. In addition, it has been confirmed that the ARR core conforms to the set design requirements; the void reactivity, the maximum linear heat rate, and the shutdown margin of reactivity control system. It has been confirmed that the closed fuel cycle with the ARR plants of 180 GWth will not release TRU outside and generate more electricity by 65% compared with the present nuclear power system in the US, curbing the risk of nuclear proliferation. Thus the study can conclude that the Early ARR is able to close nuclear fuel cycle, using mature technologies and has features of the sustainability in recycling, and the accommodation of almost all the TRU at present and in the future, and the flexibility in TRU management with breakeven core.  相似文献
