The present work involves the synthesis of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanoparticles by annealing the precursor obtained from simple reflux method. XRD, FESEM and HRTEM confirmed the formation of 2H-MoS2 with ball shaped particles, where some of them possess coalesced dumbbell morphology. The reinforcement of polysulphide modified epoxy resin (PSER) by MoS2 with varying amounts from 0.150 to 0.200 wt% provides unique combination of the improved thermal stability, tribological and mechanical properties. XRD studies indicate interaction between the sulphur containing nanoparticles and the epoxy resin. Maximum improvements in tensile strength (440%) and toughness (534%) are observed with ball shaped MoS2 nanoparticles (0.150 wt%)/PSER composite. Also the coefficient of friction and wear resistance show improvements of 60 and 78% respectively for 0.175 wt% loading in PSER compared to the neat resin matrix. Thermal stability is found to be improved maximum by 23 degrees C, when 5% weight loss is taken as a point of comparison. Similar studies on synthetic microcrystalline MoS2 filled PSER show that improvements in all these properties are very inferior. 相似文献

We present an automated and configurable technique for runtime safety analysis of multithreaded programs that is able to predict safety violations from successful executions. Based on a formal specification of safety properties provided by a user, our
technique enables us to automatically instrument a given program and create an observer so that the program emits relevant state update events to the observer and the observer checks these updates against the safety specification. The events are
stamped with dynamic vector clocks, enabling the observer to infer a causal partial order on the state updates. All event traces that are consistent with this partial order, including the actual execution trace,
are then analyzed online and in parallel. A warning is issued whenever one of these potential traces violates the specification. Our technique is scalable and can
provide better coverage than conventional testing, but its coverage need not be exhaustive. In fact, one can trade off scalability
and comprehensiveness: a window in the state space may be specified allowing the observer to infer some of the more likely runs; if the size of the window is 1, then only the actual execution trace is analyzed, as is the case in conventional testing;

We consider an Internet Service Provider’s (ISP’s) problem of providing end-to-end (e2e) services with bandwidth guarantees, using a path-vector based approach. In this approach, an ISP uses its edge-to-edge (g2g) single-domain contracts and vector of contracts purchased from neighboring ISPs as the building blocks to construct, or participate in constructing, an end-to-end “contract path”. We develop a spot-pricing framework for the e2e bandwidth guaranteed services utilizing this path contracting strategy, by formulating it as a stochastic optimization problem with the objective of maximizing expected profit subject to risk constraints. In particular, we present time-invariant path contracting strategies that offer high expected profit at low risks, and can be implemented in a fully distributed manner. Simulation analysis is employed to evaluate the contracting and pricing framework under different network and market conditions. An admission control policy based on the path contracting strategy is developed and its performance is analyzed using simulations. 相似文献
