This work provides a comprehensive Monte Carlo study of X-ray fluorescence computed tomography (XFCT) and K-edge imaging system, including the system design, the influence of various imaging components, the sensitivity and resolution under various conditions. We modified the widely used EGSnrc/DOSXYZnrc code to simulate XFCT images of two acrylic phantoms loaded with various concentrations of gold nanoparticles and Cisplatin for a number of XFCT geometries. In particular, reconstructed signal as a function of the width of the detector ring, its angular coverage and energy resolution were studied. We found that XFCT imaging sensitivity of the modeled systems consisting of a conventional X-ray tube and a full 2-cm-wide energy-resolving detector ring was 0.061% and 0.042% for gold nanoparticles and Cisplatin, respectively, for a dose of ~ 10 cGy. Contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of XFCT images of the simulated acrylic phantoms was higher than that of transmission K-edge images for contrast concentrations below 0.4%. 相似文献

The fabrication of chiral nanostructures gives rise to characteristic chiroptical activity, which can be used for chirality‐based biosensors. Great progress is made in the use of nanoassemblies for the construction of chiral nanoparticle dimers, pyramids, helices, and twisted structures, and their chiroptical activities correlate with diverse structural geometries and enantiomeric configurations. In DNA‐hybridization‐based chiral nanoassemblies, the assembly parameters, such as the components, gaps, multicomponents, and the aftergrowth of metal, can result in multiple bands and enhanced chiroptical effects. Based on known chiral nanostructures, the existing chiral nanoassembly‐based biosensors together with their targets and signal amplification strategies are reviewed. Chirality involves multiple signals, and multitarget biosensors are introduced with newly developed chiral architectures for the accurate and reliable monitoring of biomarkers in living cells. The interactions between chiral nanoarchitectures and biosystems are also highlighted, which are important not only in the chiral dynamic switching of nano‐objects for biomonitoring, but also in manipulating cell growth, proliferation, and adhesion. The future perspectives on chiral fabrication and its use in biosensors are also comprehensively discussed. 相似文献

This paper proposes a fast-settling frequency-presetting PLL frequency synthesizer.A mixed-signal VCO and a digital processor are developed to accurately preset the frequency of VCO and greatly reduce the settling time.An auxiliary tuning loop is introduced in order to reduce reference spur caused by leakage current.The digital processor can automatically compensate presetting frequency variation with process and temperature,and control the operation of the auxiliary tuning loop.A 1.2 GHz integer-N synthesizer with 1 MHz reference input Was implemented in a 0.18μm process.The measured results demonstrate that the typical settling time of the synthesizer is less than 3μs,and the phase noise is-108 dBc/Hz@1MHz.The reference spur is-52 dBc. 相似文献

慢动目标检测是利用合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar, SAR)实现空间对地观测应用的一个主要方面,具有广泛的应用背景和重要的学术价值。为了构建检测率高、实用性强的双通道SAR地面慢动目标检测过程,本文提出了一种基于邻域平均和协方差矩阵正交分解的检测算法。该算法在对特征值分解量进行修正的基础上,通过获取采样协方差矩阵与杂波协方差矩阵正交的分量,以此构造出有效的动目标检测量,结合采样协方差矩阵的邻域平均处理,实现慢动目标的精确检测。相比常规的DPCA(Displaced Phase Center Antenna)技术,该算法具有杂波抑制能力强、旁瓣抑制能力好、检测门限设定简单、检测率高、虚警率低等特点,仿真结果证明了该算法的有效性。 相似文献

该文提出了一种基于Freeman分解与散射熵的极化SAR图像迭代分类新方法。该方法首先通过Freeman分解提取3种散射机理成分的功率,同时通过H/ 分解提取地物的散射熵;再利用这4个表征地物特性的参数将极化SAR图像中的地物划分为9个初始类,最后使用Wishart分类器对初始类进行迭代分类得到最终的结果。该方法合理利用了地物的极化散射信息,能够取得较好的分类效果,同时运算量也比较小。实测极化SAR数据的实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

Hybrid organic–inorganic lead halide perovskite single crystal thin film (SCTF) recently has attracted enormous interest in the field of optoelectronic devices, since it efficiently resolves the trade‐off between thickness and carrier diffusion length. However, the toxicity of lead element and the instability induced by organic component still hinder its future developments. In this work, lead‐free all‐inorganic Cs3Bi2I9 SCTF with a high orientation along (00h) has been in situ grown on indium tin oxide (ITO) glass via a space‐limited solvent evaporation crystallization method. The trap density of Cs3Bi2I9 SCTF (5.7 × 1012 cm?3) is 263 folds lower than that of the polycrystalline thin film (PCTF) counterpart, together with a 5‐order‐of‐magnitude higher carrier mobility. These superior charge transfer properties enable a photoresponse on–off ratio as high as 11 000, which far surpasses that of the PCTF device by 460 folds, comparable to the lead halide perovskite. Furthermore, the Cs3Bi2I9 SCTF photodetector exhibits outstanding stability even without any encapsulation, whose initial performance is well maintained after aging 1000 h in humid air of 50% RH or continuous on–off light illumination for 20 h. This work will pave the way to produce new families of high‐performance, stable, and nontoxic perovskite SCTF for future optoelectronic applications. 相似文献
