A Relational Model of Workplace Victimization: Social Roles and Patterns of Victimization in Dyadic Relationships.

This article proposes a model of the ways in which dyadic interactions between employees who occupy 1 of 4 archetypal social roles in organizations can lead to either episodic or institutionalized patterns of victimization. The model shows how the occurrence of victimization involving these 4 role types is influenced by organizational variables such as power differences, culture, and access to social capital. The model integrates behavioral and social structural antecedents of victimization to develop a relational perspective on the dynamics of harmful behavior in the workplace. 文中给出了一个基于公钥密码的有效的身份认证和密钥交换协议，该协议可以实现通信双方的相互认证，产生的会话密钥对通信双方是公正的，且会话密钥的产生不需要其他第三方的参与，协议的结构简单，执行效率高：在此协议基础上设计了一个适用于移动通信系统的小额支付协议。

Set－up of a Pure Electron Plasma Device

An electron Penning-Malmberg trap,which can confine an electron column and provide a good platform to investigate the cross-filed transportation of strongly magnetized electron plasma ,has been set up.With the device,an electron plasma with a density of 10^7 cm^-3 can be confined for a relatively long time.The structure of the trap,electron source,as well as the way how th measure electron plasma density profile and velocity distrbustion are introduced in detail.

基于BOOSt结构下不连续导电模式的PFC电路

采用现代高频功率变换技术的有源功率因数校正（Power Factor Corrector,PFC)技术是解决高频开关变换器谐波污染的有效手段。与传统的PFC电路相比，有源PFC电路的输入电流接近正弦波且与输与电压同相位，能有效抑制电流波形畸变和谐波，因此避免了对同一电网设施的干扰。在PFC电路中，Boost变换器是研究和应用得最多的一种变换器。本文着重分析了Boost电路在不连续导电模式状态下，PFC电路的临界条件，对实际电路结构的设计有很好的指导意义。

Feasibility analysis of membrane reactors – discovery of reactive arheotropes

A feasibility analysis methodology adopted from reactive distillation is applied to membrane reactors. A model is formulated to depict the reactive liquid phase composition on the retentate side of a continuous type membrane reactor. The effects of both the chemical reaction kinetics and the membrane mass transfer kinetics on the feasible products are elucidated by means of retentate phase diagrams and bifurcation analysis. The proposed method can be applied to various membrane processes, independent of the specific structure of the membrane. Two quaternary reaction systems are considered to illustrate the methodology. In the first hypothetical system, it is shown how selective membranes can influence the sequence of effective volatilities which in turn affects the feasible products of the system. In the second example of practical importance, i.e. the heterogeneously catalysed synthesis of propyl acetate coupled with permeation through a porous polycarbonate membrane, the dusty gas model is applied to describe the component fluxes through the membrane. For the latter reaction system, the existence of reactive arheotrope is demonstrated. Arheotropes represent mass transfer controlled feasible products of membrane separation process.
