三元催化转化器中的现象分析与研究

在介绍和分析国内外研究现状的基础上，论述了三元催化转化器中的传递现象及化学反应动力学．探讨了三元催化转化器在暖机过程中有害物质的催化转化模型，并建议采用数学模型的方法对催化器在发动机所有工况下的工作过程进行模拟。     

冷却水污垢及其对冷却器换热的影响

分析了冷却器的结垢机理 ,提出了冷却器污垢层、污垢热阻随运行时间的规律 ,以及污垢热阻与换热系数、换热面积的关系式 ,并通过算例阐述了污垢热阻对冷却器的影响程度 ,进而定性地分析了污垢热阻对空分装置的影响。     

乙烯裂解炉对流段局部结构设计改进

介绍了乙烯裂解炉对流段的结构功能,各部件局部结构的改善设计。     

Comparative study of self-assembling of multilayers using reactive sputter deposition and mass selective ion beam deposition

While experimenting with the growth of metal-containing amorphous carbon (a-c:Me) thin films using two different growth processes, self-assembled multilayered structures were observed. One of the processes is a reactive magnetron sputter deposition process. The other process is a mass selective ion beam deposition process. Despite of the differences in the growth method and the growth condition, self-assembled multilayered thin films, consisting of alternating dark layer and bright layer, were obtained in both processes. Based on the consideration of energy for atomic diffusion in the thin films, the growth mechanism is discussed.     

十二烷硫基硼酸铈的合成及摩擦学行为研究

合成了油溶性化合物十二烷硫基硼酸铈(简称CeDMB)，并用作润滑油添加剂。采用四球摩擦试验机和环—块试验机评价了其抗磨减摩性能。结果表明，十二烷硫基硼酸铈使HVI500基础油的抗磨性能得到明显改善，承载能力明显提高，摩擦系数明显降低。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察证实磨斑表面含有沉积物膜，结合X—射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析，可以推断添加剂在摩擦过程中发生摩擦化学反应，生成的Ce2O3、CeO2和B2O3沉积在摩擦副表面，形成润滑膜，从而改善其抗磨减摩性能。     

不锈钢椭圆封头热压制裂纹分析

热压制是压力容器封头制造中常见的工艺之一。对不锈钢椭圆封头,其压制工艺过程特殊。通过一次质量事故分析,提出了不锈钢椭圆封头热压制过程中影响裂纹形成的因素。     

西南油气田建设用地面临的困难及其对策

从四川盆地油气勘探开发建设用地特点入手,分析了西南油气田用地现状和新形势下油气勘探开发建设用地在保证工期、控制成本、提高效率、政策支持、关系协调等方面所面临的挑战,提出了下一步为保证生产建设用地按时、有效、科学、合理、合法的取得而应采取的有效措施。     

High-cycle fatigue characterization of titanium 5Al-2.5Sn alloy

High-cycle fatigue behaviour of titanium 5Al-2.5Sn alloy at room temperature has been studied. S-N curve characterization is performed at different stress ratios ranging from 0 to 0.9 on a subsized fatigue specimen. Both two-stress and three-stress level tests are conducted at different stress ratios to study the cumulative fatigue damage. Life prediction techniques of linear damage rule, double linear damage rule and damage curve approaches are applied, and results are compared with the experimental data. The agreement between prediction and experiment is found to be excellent.
