燃气空调的优势及对燃气和电力调峰的意义

自动化安全监测系统在太平湖水库消险加固工程中的应用

太平源水库位于嫩江一级支流黄蒿沟上，控制面积683km^2，设计标准为100年一遇，2000年一遇校核，工程等别为大Ⅱ型，设计总加容1．53m^3。1999年12月被鉴定为三类病险率，原有观测设施基本报废，不有满足水库消险加固后的正常运行需要。为确保大坝安全，采用新的监测设备和技术。安装一套大坝安全自动化监测系统，对大坝安全状况进行自动监测与分析汇总。     

低相噪,低杂波数字锁相环路滤波器的设计

较详细地分析数字锁相频率合成器的相位噪声，着重用控制论方法对低相噪、低杂波锁相环的环路滤波器进行设计，并用某Ｓ波段频率合成器的实验结果进行了验证。     

Formation mechanism of bainitic ferrite and carbide

Superledges on the broad faces of bainitic ferrite plates have been observed with transmission electron microscope (TEM). The observed superledges, ranging from less than 1 to 24 nm in height, are imaged in three dimension by way of tilt operation under TEM. Also, an array of smaller superledges are observed to pile up in front of a secondary phase. Pileup of superledges in front of a barrier is indicative of the mobility of an individual superledge. The precipitation of carbide associated with bainitic ferrite is also studied. It is observed that a carbide of a wedgelike shape may exist in front of a superledge with its tip(i.e., thinner end) penetrating the austenite and its root (the other end) originating at α:γ boundary. This condition indicates that the observed carbides may nucleate at the austenite side of α:γ phase boundary and grow toward austenite matrix. This article is based on a presentation made at the Pacific Rim Conference on the “Roles of Shear and Diffusion in the Formation of Plate-Shaped Transformation Products,” held December 18-22, 1992, in Kona, Hawaii, under the auspices of ASM INTERNATIONAL’S Phase Transformations Committee.     

New efficient designs for XOR and XNOR functions on the transistorlevel

Two new methods are proposed to implement the exclusive-OR and exclusive-NOR functions on the transistor level. The first method uses non-complementary signal inputs and the least number of transistors. The other one improves the performance of the prior method but two more transistors are utilized. Both of them have been fully simulated by HSPICE on a SUN SPARC 2 workstation

本文给出了带有给定切线多边形的保形有理三次Ｂ样条曲线，其部分权因子可通过选取切点的位置来确定，由此方法还导出了保形有理三次Ｂ样条插值曲线，最后，给出了两个例子。     

关于瞬态应力强度因子和裂纹扩展加速度之间的关系探讨

将动态焦散线法与高速摄影技术相结合,本文记录了高分子材料悬臂梁内裂纹扩展加速、减速过程。一方面,利用动态焦散线可确定扩展裂尖的瞬态应力强度因子;另一方面,利用最小二乘法将裂纹扩展的水平、垂直位移分量拟合成时间(t)的四次多项式,描述了裂纹扩展方向、裂纹扩展加速度以及裂纹扩展加速度与动态应力强度因子的关系。结果表明:裂纹扩展加速度与动态应力强度因子之间存在一定的依赖关系;利用最小二乘法将裂纹扩展的水平、垂直分量拟合成时间(t)的四次多项式,可以对裂纹的扩展方向、加速度进行定量分析。

高性能螺线管微电感的制作

利用MEMS技术制作了高性能的空芯螺线管型射频微机械电感.这种微电感采用铜线圈以减小线圈寄生电阻,整个微电感的面积是880μm×350μm,与平面螺旋型微电感相比,有效地节省了芯片面积.测试结果表明,微电感在较宽的工作频率范围内具有高Q值,微电感最大Q值为38(@6GHz),对应的电感量为1.82nH.
