The article presents a noval computer controlled system for the manufacturing of kitchen furniture fronts on a commission basis. With the help of specially designed processing machines and conveyor devices as well as a far-reaching integration of information technology, starting from order processing until manufacturing, a CIM-concept could be reached in this case to high degree. Apart from the main goal, economical manufacturing of kitchen furniture fronts on a commission basis with a great number of different designs, additional condition e.g. The minimization of waste or the realization of a continual and uninterrupted flow of production, had to be achieved.  相似文献

We present a unified approach for geometric and physical modeling using implicit functions, for application to graphics and animation. This method extends previously proposed techniques, and allows the standard finite element method to be directly combined with geometric modeling, resulting in quick calculation of an object's mass and stiffness matrices, and its vibration modes and frequencies. Because the approach is based on an implicitfunction representation, it allows very fast collision detection and characterization. Examples of complex physical and geometric modeling are presented.  相似文献

We describe a computer vision system for observing facial motion by using an optimal estimation optical flow method coupled with geometric, physical and motion-based dynamic models describing the facial structure. Our method produces a reliable parametric representation of the face's independent muscle action groups, as well as an accurate estimate of facial motion. Previous efforts at analysis of facial expression have been based on the facial action coding system (FACS), a representation developed in order to allow human psychologists to code expression from static pictures. To avoid use of this heuristic coding scheme, we have used our computer vision system to probabilistically characterize facial motion and muscle activation in an experimental population, thus deriving a new, more accurate, representation of human facial expressions that we call FACS+. This paper presents a supervised, hierarchical remote-sensing image segmentation technique using a committee of multi-scale convolutional neural networks. With existing techniques, segmentation is achieved through fine-tuning a set of predefined feature detectors. However, such a solution is not robust since the introduction of new sensors or applications would require novel features and techniques to be developed. Conversely, the proposed method achieves segmentation through a set of learnt feature detectors. In order to learn feature detectors, the proposed method exploits a committee of convolutional neural networks that perform multi-scale analysis on each band in order to derive individual confidence maps on region boundaries. Confidence maps are then inter-fused in order to produce a fused confidence map. Furthermore, the fused map is intra-fused using a morphological scheme into a hierarchical segmentation map. The proposed method is quantitatively compared to baseline techniques on a publicly available data set. The results presented in this paper highlight the improved accuracy of the proposed method.  相似文献

在实时数据库中,事务对时态数据对象的访问在很多领域的应用日益广泛.目前实时数据库中的事务调度算法大多仅考虑数据的逻辑一致性,而忽略了满足时态的一致性.本文提出了临时数据截止期的概念,以定理的形式证明了低成本的预测算法的可行性,尽可能早地终止或推迟无法满足时态一致性要求的事务的执行,节省了计算资源以供其它事务执行.在此基础上提出了新的实时数据库中具有时态限制的事务调度算法TDDBPA(Temporary Data Deadline—Based Predictive Algorithm).通过与目前所知的有效算法比较,本算法在性能指标上(事务失败率、浪费的CPU时间)明显优于这些算法.  相似文献

在硬实时系统中,由于任务超时完成将会导致灾难性后果,因而硬实时系统具有严格的时间及可靠性限制条件.目前实时容错调度算法大部分针对硬件的容错,很少考虑软件运行的故障.提出了两种类似EDF(earliest deadline first)的软件容错的动态实时调度算法:PKSA(probing K-step algorithm)和CUBA(changing utilization-based algorithm).两种算法在任务执行过程中,通过若干试探性检测步骤,提高了任务可执行性的预测,尽可能地避免了任务早期的失败对后续任务的影响,因此提高了任务的完成率,同时也有效地减少了浪费的CPU时间片数量.通过实验测试,与目前所知的同类算法相比,具有更佳的调度性能--调度成本平衡性.  相似文献

An attempt was made for the first time to fabricate tailor-welded blanks (TWBs) through the feasibility of selective alloying in the solid state of vertical compensation friction stir welding (VCFSW) technique. The results revealed that the production of TWBs by VCFSW technique had higher homogeneity without any defects when compared to the production of TWBs by conventional FSW process at constant tool rotational speed 2000?rpm, traverse speed 20?mm?min?1 and an inclination angle 2.5°. The maximum mechanical properties of the fabricated TWBs were obtained when the width of compensation strip 1.5?mm was used. The fracture surface of TWB at the width of compensation strip 1.5?mm showed ductile fracture mode.  相似文献

In a rescue operation walking robots offer a great deal of flexibility in traversing uneven terrain in an uncontrolled environment. For such a rescue robot, each motion is a potential vital sign and the robot should be sensitive enough to detect such motion, at the same time maintaining high accuracy to avoid false alarms. However, the existing techniques for motion detection have severe limitations in dealing with strong levels of ego-motion on walking robots. This paper proposes an optical flow-based method for the detection of moving objects using a single camera mounted on a hexapod robot. The proposed algorithm estimates and compensates ego-motion to allow for object detection from a continuously moving robot, using a first-order-flow motion model. Our algorithm can deal with strong rotation and translation in 3D, with four degrees of freedom. Two alternative object detection methods using a 2D-histogram based vector clustering and motion-compensated frame differencing, respectively, are examined for the detection of slow- and fast-moving objects. The FPGA implementation with optimized resource utilization using SW/HW codesign can process video frames in real-time at 31 fps. The new algorithm offers a significant improvement in performance over the state-of-the-art, under harsh environment and performs equally well under smooth motion.  相似文献

Ivermectin, a broad spectrum antiparasitic agent has become a promising drug for treating parasitic infection and infestation. This study was carried out to investigate its activity against two common protozoal infection, giardiasis and cryptsporidiosis in a rat model. The results of this study showed that ivermectin therapy is effective against both parasites at a dose of 200 micrograms/kg.  相似文献

NC-controlled routers and processing centers have reached an elevated technological level. The most important developmental trends are as follows. There exists a trend to so-called processing centers by incorporating activities like boring, sanding, sawing, and measuring. Further, it may be stated the development of tool-changing systems, which allow the complete manufacture of complicated workpieces on one machine only. Moreover there is a use of precise, low-maintenance machine elements, supported by the eletronics, as well as by the feeding and main drive systems. Last not least a simplification and assistance in programming and machine handling may be remarked by operating-guides, graphic screens, programming places, error indication and diagnostic systems.  相似文献
