Polymeric complexes, especially metal-containing polymers, possess aggregated medical applications, especially as antibacterial and antifungal agents. This work describes a facile procedure for producing a series of novel copper and nickel complexes of poly(2-hydroxyphenyl methacrylamide) and poly(2-carboxyphenyl methacrylamide). The polymeric ligands were synthesized through a multistep procedure. Firstly, 4-formylphenyl methacrylate was constructed by acylating 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde with methacryloyl chloride. Then, polymerization of the as-prepared monomer to obtain poly(4-formylphenyl methacrylate) using benzoyl peroxide as an initiator. Thirdly, the polymeric ligands PL1 and PL2 were achieved via exchange reactions between poly(4-formylphenyl methacrylate) and o-aminophenol and anthranilic acid, respectively. Consequently, the two ligands were reacted with copper and nickel acetates to afford four target complexes (Cu-PL1, Ni-PL1, Cu-PL2, and Ni-PL2). By FT-IR, 1HNMR, UV-visible, and TGA analyses, the structures of PL1, PL2, and their complexes were investigated. Furthermore, the geometries of PL1, PL2, and their complexes were reported through a molecular modeling to investigate some interesting parameters such as the bond length, bond angle, charge on the atoms, the HOMO and LUMO using the Material Studio program. The calculation results illustrated that octahedral geometries are proposed for the synthesized metal complexes. The reported antimicrobial efficiency showed a strong potency for most synthesized compounds against the selected microbes, especially compounds Cu-PL1 and Cu-PL2 which are more effective than the standard against Candida albicans. 相似文献

Labeling of disodium dihydrogen 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonate (HEDP) with 188Re was studied. Stannous chloride was used as a reducing agent for the reduction of 188ReO4−. The dependence of the yield of 188Re-HEDP complex upon the HEDP concentration, tin(II) content, reaction time, amount of antioxidant, pH, reaction temperature,
and presence of carrier was examined. The optimum conditions ensuring high labeling yield of 188Re-HEDP complex (91.0% with carrier-free Re and 96.5% with carrier-added Re) are as follows: 15 mg of HEDP, 2 mg of Sn(II),
4 mg of ascorbic acid, pH 1.2, 100°C, 10 min. The amount of the carrier added is 200 μg of KReO4. The 188Re-HEDP complex prepared at 100°C is more stable than that prepared at 30°C, and the carrier-added 188Re-HEDP complex is more stable than the no-carrier-added complex. 相似文献

The ARIES-AT power core design builds upon a history of fusion power core designs that evolve along with physics and engineering advances. The baseline design point is optimized for maximum performance and minimum capital cost based upon the ARIES systems code results, along with physics and engineering analyses. The ARIES-AT power core is designed to be quick and easily maintainable to achieve high plant availability. A key element to achieve the high availability is the integration of the core elements with the design of the vacuum vessel. Results of an investigation of the intercalation potential of polyethylene glycol (PEG) with synthetic and pre-treated C-S-H
are reported. The partial intercalation of PEG molecules in the interlayer of C-S-H is discussed. The effective and strong
interaction of PEG molecules with the C-S-H surface was shown using XRD, 13C CP and 29Si MAS NMR, and DTGA. The position and character of the 002 low angle XRD peak of C-S-H are affected by drying procedures
and concomitant chemical treatment preceding intercalation and the reaction temperature. Recovery of the initial 002 position
after severe drying and intercalation with distilled water or PEG is incomplete but is accompanied by an increase in intensity.
It is inferred that the stability of C-S-H binders in concrete can be impacted by a variation in nanostructure dependent on

Using a pulsed-micro catalytic reactor benzene and toluene were hydrogenated to cyclohexane and methylcyclohexane, respectively, in a temperature range 50–250°C. Modified catalysts containing 0.35% Pt–Al2O3 were investigated. Modification was carried out via (a) introducing a second metal (Ir, Rh, Re and U) and (b) fluorination and chlorination with different halogen contents of 1,3 and 6 wt%. The study revealed that (1) all catalysts show good catalytic activities in the temperature range 125–150°C, except Rh catalyst which is very active even at room temperature, (2) introducing either Ir or Re enhances Pt activity, while U inhibits this activity, (3) halogenation promotes the catalyst activity and (4) alkyl-substitution enhanced aromatic ring hydrogenation. 相似文献
