YAG：Ce Phosphors for WLED via Nano-Pesudoboehmite Sol-Gel Route

The sub-micron sized YAG ： Ce phosphors were synthesized via a modified sol-gel method by peptizing nano-pesudoboehmite particulate. It is found that YAG phase from the dried gel powders appears at 1000 ℃ then the pure YAG phase exists at a relatively lower sintering temperature of 1400 ℃. The smaller sizes of phosphors in the ranges of 1 - 3 μm are obtained due to the contribution of seeding effects of nano-sized alumina particles to strengthen each step of the processes. Both the excitation and emission spectra of photoluminescence of the phosphor obtained at 1400 ℃ meet well with the spectroscopic requirements of the WLED phosphors.

A wafer-level microcap array to enable high-yield microsystem packaging

Packaging represents a significant and expensive obstacle in commercializing microsystem technology (MST) devices such as microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), microopticalelectromechanical systems (MOEMS), microsensors, microactuators, and other micromachined devices. This paper describes a novel wafer-level protection method for MSTs which facilitate improved manufacturing throughput and automation in package assembly, wafer-level testing of devices, and enhanced device performance. The method involves the use of a wafer-sized microcap array. This array consists of an assortment of small caps molded onto a material with adjustable shapes and sizes to serve as protective structures against the hostile environments associated with packaging. It may also include modifications which enhance its adhesion to the MST wafer or increase the MST device function. Depending on the application, the micromolded cap can be designed and modified to facilitate additional functions, such as optical, electrical, mechanical, and chemical functions, which are not easily achieved in the device by traditional means. The fabrication and materials selection of the microcap device is discussed in this paper. The results of wafer-level microcap packaging demonstrations are also presented.     

Time-Space Label Switching Protocol (TSL-SP)—A New Paradigm of Network Resource Assignment

In this paper we propose a new protocol called time-space label switching protocol (TSL-SP) in optical burst switching (OBS), and define the terms time-space label (TSL) and time-space routing (TSR). An important concept of response time is introduced in the time label mechanism. The TSL-SP is a new technology that can quickly and efficiently forward data with a label on the optical networks. A two-dimension label switched path (TD-LSP) can be set up, that is maintained and deleted by the TSL-SP. For clearly illuminating the operation principles of the TSL-SP, we propose a new approach of orthogonal time-space coordinates in which the vertical coordinate is the space label and the horizontal coordinate is the time label. The proposed TD-LSP can dramatically reduce the routing failure probability and greatly improve the link network efficiency compared with other signaling protocols. Moreover, we define the time-space label control plane that can achieve the higher efficiency. When the TSL-SP is applied to networks, switching performance can be improved by two orders compared to the switching performance with the conventional OBS signaling protocols. The fundamental goal of TSL-SP is to band the signaling and routing functions together closely. Also, the TSL-SP can reduce the complexity of the network, support automatic service offering, and provide traffic engineering.     

热声热机系统振荡频率的理论计算与实验验证

以热声发动机为例采用网络模型计算了热声热机系统的振荡频率，得出振荡频率为复频率，其实部代表实际频率，虚部表示压力幅值的衰减程度。对热机系统在各种不同的情况下(包括不同大小的谐振腔、板叠间距、气体静压、系统长度)进行了数值计算，理论计算值与实验结果能很好的吻合。     

固载于SBA-15分子筛中的同双核金属配合物催化剂

合成了3种同双核金属配合物[M2LCl3]Cl(L代表配体三亚乙基四胺,M代表Co,Cu,Cr),采用微波加热法合成了SBA-15分子筛,采用浸渍法将3种同双核金属配合物分别固载在表面官能化的SBA-15分子筛(SBA-15-NH2分子筛)中制得负载型催化剂。傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、紫外可见光谱和热分析表征结果表明,同双核金属配合物被固载后,其结构仍保持完整。以环己烷氧化反应为探针反应,考察了[Co2LCl3]Cl/SBA-15-NH2,[Cu2LCl3]Cl/SBA-15-NH2,[Cr2LCl3]Cl/SBA-15-NH2催化剂的活性,环己烷转化率分别为11.0%,49.5%,57.9%;对于[Cr2LCl3]Cl/SBA-15-NH2催化剂,当分别以乙睛、丙酮和冰醋酸为溶剂时,环己烷转化率分别为57.9%,52.1%,34.2%,3次重复实验的环己烷转化率分别为57.9%,47.8%,46.5%,表明该催化剂具有较好的活性和重复使用性。     

新型阳离子聚合物NCP的合成及应用

介绍了用高分子反应法在固态条件下合成高阳离子度阳离子聚合物NCP的方法,确定了其最佳反应条件,测定了聚合物阳离子度和反应效率.采用L9（34）正交试验法得出合成NCP的最佳反应条件为：聚合物与阳离子化试剂质量比为11：3;催化剂用量为1.072%,反应时间为2.5 h;反应温度为80℃.实验结果表明,在反应体系中加入催化剂和少量有机或无机溶剂可显著提高反应速率和效率;使用少量润湿剂,可最大限度地限制副反应,造成反应部位的局部浓度高,提高反应效率.阳离子聚合物NCP可作为增粘降滤失剂用于配制正电性钻井液,效果优良,且耐温性能良好,同时基于阳离子与阴离子聚合物在溶液中生成凝胶状沉淀物的特性,NCP还可用于解决注聚区块生产井产出水中含高浓度聚合物的问题.     

Reliability of nonhermetic bias-free LiNbO/sub 3/ modulators

Reliability for nonhermetic bias-free LiNbO/sub 3/ optical modulators is estimated from aging data in both dry and damp heat conditions. The two dominant failure modes for these devices are: 1) device performance degradation due to temperature-activated drift of the annealed proton-exchange waveguide; and 2) optical insertion loss increase due to humidity-induced deterioration of glued fiber joints. A total failure rate of 30 failures in time (FITs) is predicted for 20 years operation at 45/spl deg/C and moderate humidity conditions (40% RH). This estimate based on laboratory-test data is consistent with a field failure rate <5 FITs observed in fielded devices.     

低强度激光血管内照射对海洛因戒断综合征的疗效观察

对于毒瘾戒断综合症的治疗一般采用强行戒断或逐步撤药等方法 ,但患者非常痛苦 ,且复吸率较高。为了观察低强度He -Ne激光对戒断症状的抑制作用 ,本文用低强度激光血管内照射疗法对 3 0例吸毒戒断综合征患者进行了治疗 ,并与对照组比较。结果证明 :实验组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,为进一步的临床应用提供了临床依据。     

ANALYSIS AND PROCESSING OF LMF－COSTAS STEPPED FREQUENCY RADAR SIGNAL

Linear Modulated Frequency (LMF) Costas Stepped Frequency Radar (SFR) signal is introduced. Its ambiguity function is derived and analyzed in detail and its feasibility is validated in theory. The scheme of the proposed signal processing is also presented. The results of theoretic analysis and simulation show that, by using the proposed signal and increasing the bandwidth of the total stepped frequency, the ambiguity sidelobe is well suppressed and the range-velocity coupling in the stepped frequency radar is also greatly weakened.
