网络RTK技术在城市控制测量中的试验与研究

随着连续运行GPS参考站技术的不断发展，网络RTK的优势不断体现出来，结合昆明市连续运行GPS参考站系统内网络RTK作业的实际应用，进行了网络RTK精度实验和分析，说明网络RTK定位能代替城市一、二级导线和一、二级GPS控制网测量。     

原子核分立能级及其γ衰变分支比子库的管理—检索程序系统

原子核分立能级及其γ衰变分支比子库（ＤＬＳ）的数据取自评价核结构数据库（ＥＮＳＤＦ），并经转换、修订和补充。ＤＬＳ中尽可能地保留了ＥＮＳＤＦ的有关信息，同时发展了ＤＬＳ的管理－检索程序系统，包括单核及中子反应２种检索方式，并可按照用户的需要从整个能级纲图中选取所要求的能级及γ射线。     

Reflection characteristics of chiral microwave absorbing coatings

The formulations of reflection coefficients for metal-backed one- and multi-layered chiral microwave absorbing coatings are derived in a much straight way in this paper. It is found that the propagation of normally incident plane waves in chiral coatings can be treated as in their achiral counterparts if the intrinsic impedance and wavenumber of the achiral structure are replaced by their associated chiral impedance and average chiral wavenumber, respectively. From a practical point of view, examples of one- and two-layered chiral microwave absorbing coatings are given, and the effects of the real and imaginary parts of the chiral admittance on the antireflection characteristics are examined for the first time, the results show that with a appropriate complex chiral admittance, the reduction in reflection can be enhanced and the minimum-reflection-frequency can be controlled.

本文提出一种对动力学问题的Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ正则方程进行正则变换的方法，并给出一种沿时间方向迭代，沿空间方向半离散半解析求解动力问题Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ正则方程的方法──混合状态Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎｉａｎ动力元．     

Synthesis of hexagonal barium ferrite nanoparticle by sol-gel method

M-type Ba hexaferrites were successfully synthesized by sol-gel method. Several synthesizing factors, such as pH value, citric acid/metal ion ratio, and dispersion agent were mainly discussed. Fine and pure powders of BaFe12O19 were optimally synthesized under the conditions of the pH value is 7 and citricacid/metal ion ratio is 3. The X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrates that no impurity is observed in the synthesized powders after presintered at 450 ℃ and calcinated at 1100 ℃. SEM observations indicate that the size of the synthesized BaFe12O19 powders is small and uniform distribution. It can also be learned from SEM that the co-synthesizing sol-gel method can be in favor ofthe formation of finer particles.

智能多目标优化控制及其应用

本文首先提出了MLMO原则,即被控过程的规模越大,越复杂,要获得满意的控制效果所须达到的控制目标就越多,为了对复杂的具有变化特性的过程进行有效的建模与控制,提出了过程划分的方法,之后又提出了具有后果相关性的模糊多目标预测控制(FMPC),用以实现对具有不确定性的复杂过程实现多目标的优化控制,最后将过程划分技术、FMPC方法与专家系统技术结合起来,提出了智能多目标优化控制方法(IMOC),并将其应用于对列车运行过程的控制,仿真结果证明了所提方法的有效性和优越性。     

980nm氧化物限制的垂直腔面发射激光器

采用低压金属有机化合物气相外延(LP-MOCVD),制备了顶端发射氧化物限制、内腔接触结构980nm的垂直腔面发射激光器.应用了选择氧化和自对准工艺来实现电流限制.在28mA脉冲电流驱动下,器件的输出功率为10.1mW,斜率效率为0.462mW/mA.脉冲工作下,最高输出功率为13.1mW.室温连续工作下,输出功率为7.1mW,发射波长为974nm,光谱半宽为0.6nm.研究了氧化孔径对阈值电流和微分电阻的影响,结果表明较小的氧化孔径可以获得低的阈值电流.     

纳米粒子的开发应用研究

纳米粒子在若干重要学科上的初步开发应用研究成果，揭示了纳米粒子的奇特性能，由此预示纳米粒子将成为今后不久世界开发研究的热点之一。
