New heterogenized Pt/Sn catalysts selective for the hydroformylation of 1-pentene have been synthesized. The complex cis-[PtCl2(PPh3)2] and the SnCl2.2H2O or SnC2O4 precursors have been anchored on silica-, magnesia- and alumina-carriers. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to determine the surface composition and the nature of the anchored species. The hydroformylation activity was found to depend on the type of support and tin precursor used. Only the silica supported catalysts were active in the hydroformylation reaction. Samples prepared from SnCl2-2H2O were 200-fold more active than those prepared from SnC2O4. Selectivity ton-hexanal of the silica-supported catalyst prepared from SnCl2-2H2O was as high as 94.4% at 39.2% conversion of 1-pentene. 相似文献

Activity and selectivity of carbon supported Mo catalyst was tested in parallel hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) of pyridine and hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of thiophene in the temperature range 260–350 °C at 2 MPa of hydrogen pressure and compared with that of commercial NiMo-alumina catalyst Shell 324. The main advantages of carbon supported Mo sulfide over commercial NiMo catalyst can be summarized as follows: the markedly higher HDN and better HDS activities normalized to moles of active metals, the lower content of piperidine in the reaction products and the distinctly better selectivity towards HDN reaction. 相似文献

Summary The cationic polymerization of 2-ethyl-2-oxazoline using CH3I as initiator at different monomer/initiator ratios, temperatures, solvents and times of polymerization was carried out. The effect of these variables on the polymerization yield and viscosity of the polymers was studied. The poly(N-propionyl)iminoethylene was hydrolyzed in acid medium obtaining a linear poly(ethyleneimine) (PEI). A very pure magnesium dititanate, MgTi2 O5 , is obtained from a precipitate calcined at 480° to 500°C for 2 h in a dynamic atmosphere. The effect of probiotic cultures over Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli O157:H7 during yogurt storage was evaluated. Two different yogurt brands, one with additional probiotic cultures (Lactobacillus casei and L. acidophilus) were inoculated with known populations (106 UFC/g) of either L. monocytogenes or E. coli O157:H7 in three different times and stored for 32 days at 5 degrees C. Every four days the count of lactic bacteria, the added pathogens and pH was evaluated, according to the methodology described in the Bacteriological Analytical Manual. The pH and lactic bacteria population were constant during the testing period. Yogurt with additional probiotic cultures reduced the population of L. monocytogenes in 8 days, the population of E. coli O157:H7 in 16; yogurt with no additional probiotics took 20 days to reduce L. monocytogenes to non-detectable levels and even after 28 days of storage, E. coli O157:H7 was cultured. Six synthetic heparin-like oligosaccharides have been used to investigate the effect of the oligosaccharide sulfation pattern on the stimulation of acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF-1) induced mitogenesis signaling and the biological significance of FGF-1 trans dimerization in the FGF-1 activation process. It has been found that some molecules with a sulfation pattern that does not contain the internal trisaccharide motif, which has been proposed for high affinity for FGF-1, stimulate FGF-1 more efficiently than those with the structure of the regular region of heparin. In contrast to regular region oligosaccharides, in which the sulfate groups are distributed on both sides of their helical three-dimensional structures, the molecules containing this particular sulfation pattern display the sulfate groups only on one side of the helix. These results and the fact that these oligosaccharides do not promote FGF-1 dimerization according to sedimentation-equilibrium analysis, confirm the importance of negative-charge distribution in the activation process and strongly suggest that FGF dimerization is not a general and absolute requirement for biological activity. 相似文献

目的 克隆H5N1 亚型禽流感病毒HA基因并进行分子进化分析。方法 应用RT PCR方法 ,以 2株H5N1 亚型禽流感病毒RNA为模板 ,扩增了HA全基因cDNA。将HAcDNA基因克隆于pUCm T载体 ,并对其进行了测序。结果 所克隆的HA基因全长为 1731bp ,共编码 5 6 8个氨基酸。将该毒株与其它 10株H5亚型禽流感病毒HA基因序列核苷酸及氨基酸进行比较 ,其核苷酸同源性在 80 5 %~ 99 2 %之间 ,氨基酸序列同源性在 89 4 %~98 6 %之间。高致病性毒株HA基因裂解位点存在多个碱性氨基酸插入。结论 为禽流感基因工程疫苗的研制奠定了基础 ,同时通过分子进化分析也揭示了各毒株间的亲缘关系。 相似文献

The objective of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the ethanol extraction of Chilean hazelnut (Gevuina avellana) hulls to obtain antioxidant compounds. The effects of temperature on the kinetics of polyphenolics extraction and on the
antioxidant activities of the extracts were assessed. The radical-scavenging activities of the extracts were comparable with
that of BHA when used at the same concentration. The optimal temperature for the antioxidant activities of the extracts was
40°C. A four-stage cross-flow extraction was carried out and a four-stage countercurrent extraction was simulated, where each
stage lasted 30 min. Best results were obtained with countercurrent extraction, which produced an extract that showed 94.4%
α,α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydazyl radical inhibition, compared with 86.2% obtained in the first stage of cross-flow extraction
and 92.62% in a batch extraction that lasted 100 h. UV-vis and NIR spectra of extracts from cross-flow and from the simulated
countercurrent extraction revealed that the composition of extracts varied along the stages and was affected by the operational

polyselenophene films doped and undoped with hexafluorophosphate
and tetrafluoroborate anions was analyzed. The films were
deposited on SnO2-coated glass in a
classical three-electrode cell from the monomer and the
electrolyte in anhydrous acetonitrile.The electrochemical growth of polyselenophene thin films
was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), electron
probe microanalysis (EPMA), and scanning electron microscopy
(SEM). The morphology study revealed different three-
dimensional (3D) and bidimensional (2D) growth, depending on
