The diffraction of a narrow Gaussian beam of laser radiation on mutually perpendicular edges of crossed, superimposed sharp wedge-shaped blades (safety razors) has been studied. The diffraction pattern observed on a flat screen behind the blades comprises a very bright central spot, which exhibits the structure of a “light network” with rectangular cells, and four groups of narrow bright bands that expand from the central spot toward the periphery and form a rectangular cross. The methods of van der Pau, spectrometry, and atomic force microscopy were used to study the optical and electrophysical properties of multilayer ZnO:Ga/Ag/ZnO:Ga coatings applied by magnetron sputtering. The effect of the thickness of the coating layer was studied with respect to the surface resistance, transparency, and reflection of the multilayer structure in the visible and infrared wavelength ranges. The coating surface morphology and moisture resistance was studied. The ZnO:Ga/Ag/ZnO:Ga coatings were shown to have a high transparency (T = 90%) in the visible range, high reflection coefficient in the IR range (R = 93%), and low surface resistance (Rs = 4.88 Ohm/sq). The moisture resistance studies showed the highest moisture resistance of ZnO:Ga (25 nm) / Ag (15 nm) / ZnO:Ga (75 nm) coatings, which are not changed by testing and can be used for the effective protection of silver films against degradation. 相似文献

The velocity of a Rayleigh wave was determined by measuring its propagation time between two Iaser-illuminated small areas of a rough surface. It is sh own that, if a Rayleigh wave passes over these areas, a photodiode twice detects signals proportional to the surface displacement in the speckle overlap region. In contrast to the previous variant, signal-distorting reflections are eliminated in the instrument. A sample holder excluding adjustment of the interferometer upon a change in the object size has been manufactured. A new technique for determining the time interval between two signals is used. The instrument operates at a frequency of 5 MHz, and the distance between the areas is adjusted in the range 5–100 mm. The rms deviation of the velocity from the average value for ten measurements is 8 × 10–4. 相似文献
