A series of novel ketene dithioacetals has been synthesized by condensation of active methylene compounds with carbon disulfide in the presence of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates. This regioselective reaction provides products in good yield by a Michael addition reaction followed by 5-endo-trig intramolecular cyclization. Structures of synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectra. The crystal structure of compound (C 17H 22O 6S 2) has been determined.  相似文献

The composition and occurrence of aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) were investigated in 60 samples of cow's raw milk samples from Razavi Khorasan Province of Iran. Only percentages of milk samples protein, lactose and total solids in samples collected during summer were slightly lower than the Iranian reference values. Compared with summer samples, higher percentages of milk samples components were observed in the winter. The overall mean AFM1 level was 61 ± 8 ng/L, with 24 samples (40%) showing concentrations above the maximum permitted level established in Iran (50 ng/L). Control measures are urgently needed to avoid aflatoxin in milk samples produced in Razavi Khorasan Province.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: This review introduces quantum dots (QDs) and explores their properties, synthesis, applications, delivery systems in biology, and their toxicity. QDs are one of the first nanotechnologies to be integrated with the biological sciences and are widely anticipated to eventually find application in a number of commercial consumer and clinical products. They exhibit unique luminescence characteristics and electronic properties such as wide and continuous absorption spectra, narrow emission spectra, and high light stability. The application of QDs, as a new technology for biosystems, has been typically studied on mammalian cells. Due to the small structures of QDs, some physical properties such as optical and electron transport characteristics are quite different from those of the bulk materials.  相似文献

Present study evaluated the catalytic steam gasification of furniture waste to enhance the biohydrogen production. To do this, 10 wt% nickel loaded catalysts on the variety of supports (Al2O3, CeO2, CeO2-La2O3, and CeO2–ZrO2) were prepared by the novel solvent deficient method. The hydrogen selectivity (vol%) order of the catalysts was achieved as Ni/CeO2–ZrO2>Ni/CeO2>Ni/Al2O3?Ni/CeO2-La2O3. The best catalytic activity of Ni/CeO2–ZrO2 catalyst (~82 vol % H2 at 800 °C) was ascribed to the smaller size of nickel crystals, finely dispersed Ni on the catalyst surface, and Ce1-xZrxO2-δ solid solution. The role of Ce1-xZrxO2-δ solid solution in Ni/CeO2–ZrO2 catalyst was observed as bi-functional; acceleration of water-gas-shift and oxidation of carbon reaction. The high resistance of Ni/CeO2–ZrO2 towards the coke formation showed its potential to establish a cost-effective commercial-scale biomass steam gasification process. This study is expected to provide a promising solution for the disposal of furniture wastes for production of clean energy (biohydrogen).  相似文献

The use of fine fiber has become an important design tool for filter media. Nanofibers-based filter media have some advantages such as lower energy consumption, longer filter life, high filtration capacity, easier maintenance, low weight rather than other filter media. The nanofibers-based filter media made up of fibers of diameter ranging from 100 to 1,000 nm can be conveniently produce by electrospinning technique. Common filter media have been prepared with a layer of fine fiber on typically forming the upstream or intake side of the media structure. The fine fiber increases the efficiency of filtration by trapping small particles, which increases the overall particulate filtration efficiency of the structure. Improved fine fiber structures have been developed in this study in which a controlled amount of fine fiber is placed on both sides of the media to result in an improvement in filter efficiency and a substantial improvement in lifetime. In the first part of this study, the production of electrospun nanofibers is investigated. In the second part, a different case studyis presented to show how they can be laminated for application as filter media. Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to obtain a quantitative relationship between selected electrospinning parameters and average fiber diameter and its distribution.  相似文献

A polysaccharide mucilage derived from the seeds of fenugreek, Trigonella foenum-graceum L (family Fabaceae) was investigated for use in matrix formulations containing propranolol hydrochloride. Methocel® hypomellose K4M was used as a standard controlled release polymer for comparison purposes. In this study the effect of lactose on the release behaviour of propranolol hydrochloride from matrices formulated to contain the fenugreek mucilage also was investigated. An increase in concentration of the mucilage in matrices resulted in a reduction in the release rate of propranolol hydrochloride comparable to that observed with hypomellose matrices. The rate of release of propranolol hydrochloride from fenugreek mucilage matrices was mainly controlled by the drug:mucilage ratio. However, the mechanism of release from matrices containing drug:mucilage ratios of 1:1, 1:1.25, 1:1.5, and 1:2 remained the same. The kinetics of release, utilising the release exponent n, showed that the values of n were between 0.46–0.57 indicating that the release from fenugreek mucilage matrices was predominantly by diffusion. The presence of lactose in matrices containing mucilage increased the release rate of propranolol hydrochloride. This is due to a reduction in tortuoisity and increased pore size of channels caused by lactose through which propranolol diffuses and therefore diffusion of water into the tablet is facilitated.  相似文献

We evaluated the adsorptive/photodegradation properties of hydroxyapatite. Hydroxyapatite was synthesized by two different precipitation methods and examined for the removal of two kinds of textile dye. The physicochemical properties of the products were characterized using Fourier transform infrared, X-ray diffraction, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of different parameters, including hydroxyapatite synthesis method and removal process type, pH, reaction time, temperature and amount of hydroxyapatite, were investigated and optimized by Taguchi design. The kinetics of adsorption and isotherm studies showed that the pseudo-second-order model and the Freundlich isotherm were the best choices to describe the adsorptive behavior of hydroxyapatite. Photocatalytic degradation of dye followed Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism, illustrated a pseudo-first-order kinetic model with the adsorption equilibrium constant and kinetic rate constant of surface reaction equal to 0.011 (l mg-1) and 1.3 (mg l -1 min-1), respectively.  相似文献

At high temperature, ethylene dichloride decomposes into vinyl chloride monomer and HCl by a complex reaction mechanism. Due to chemical reaction type and heat transfer mechanism, design and simulation of cracking reactors are complicated. This process is very important from either chemical reaction or transport phenomena’s point of view. In this study, 2D simulation of cracking reactor is performed with FLUENT software. Simulation results were compared with the experimental data. Then, we investigate the simulation results and effect of various parameters on the process. Results show that with process progress and temperature increase during reactor length, conversion and coke formation amount are increased. At the end of the process, conversion is 52.69 that has good agreement with industrial data. Addition of promoter to the process fluid and fluid behavior in different coil outlet temperatures was studied; finally, the effects of these factors are described in detail.  相似文献

Cell penetrating peptides (CPPs) were developed as vehicles for efficient delivery of various molecules. An ideal CPP‐peptide should not display any toxicity against cancer cells as well as healthy cells and efficiently enter into the cell. Because of the cationic nature and the intrinsic vector capabilities, these peptides can cause cytotoxicity. One of the possible reasons for toxicity of CPPs is direct translocation and consequently, pore formation on the plasma membrane. In this study it was demonstrated that interaction of poly‐glutamate with CPP considerably reduced their cytotoxicity in A549 cell.
