High-performance multiphoton-pumped lasers based on cesium lead halide perovskite nanostructures are promising for nonlinear optics and practical frequency upconversion devices in integrated photonics.However,the performance of such lasers is highly dependent on the quality of the material and cavity,which makes their fabrication challenging.Herein,we demonstrate that cesium lead halide perovskite triangular nanorods fabricated via vapor methods can serve as gain media and effective cavities for multiphoton-pumped lasers.We observed blue-shifts of the lasing modes in the excitation fluence-dependent lasing spectra at increased excitation powers,which fits well with the dynamics of Burstein-Moss shifts caused by the band filling effect.Moreover,efficient multiphoton lasing in CsPbBr3 nanorods can be realized in a wide excitation wavelength range (700-1,400 nm).The dynamics of multiphoton lasing were investigated by time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy,which indicated that an electron-hole plasma is responsible for the multiphoton-pumped lasing.This work could lead to new opportunities and applications for cesium lead halide perovskite nanostructures in frequency upconversion lasing devices and optical interconnect systems.  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel analysis method of stochastic crack trajectory based on a dimension reduction approach. The developed method allows efficiently estimating the statistical moments, probability density function and cumulative distribution function of the crack trajectory for cracked elastic structures considering the randomness of the loads, material properties and crack geometries. First, the traditional dimension reduction method is extended to calculate the first four moments of the crack trajectory, in which the responses are eigenvectors rather than scalars. Then the probability density function and cumulative distribution function of the crack trajectory can be obtained using the maximum entropy principle constrained by the calculated moments. Finally, the simulation of the crack propagation paths is realized by using the scaled boundary finite element method. The proposed method is well validated by four numerical examples performed on varied cracked structures. It is demonstrated that this method outperforms the Monte Carlo simulation in terms of computational efficiency, and in the meanwhile, it has an acceptable computational accuracy.  相似文献

In the response analysis of uncertain structural models with limited information, parameterized p-boxes are used to quantify the uncertain variables. In this study, a new technique is developed to compute the probability bounds of the structural response. Monotonicity analysis is performed on probability transformations of the random variables, revealing the relations between the interval distribution parameters and probability bounds of the structural response. Based on the monotonicity analysis, an algorithm for parameterized p-boxes is developed for computing the structural response. Three numerical examples are investigated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

A 2D mass-redistributed finite element method (MR-FEM) for pure acoustic problems was recently proposed to reduce the dispersion error. In this paper, the 3D MR-FEM is further developed to solve more complicated structural–acoustic interaction problems. The smoothed Galerkin weak form is adopted to formulate the discretized equations for the structure, and MR-FEM is applied in acoustic domain. The global equations of structural–acoustic interaction problems are then established by coupling the MR-FEM for the acoustic domain and the edge-based smoothed finite element method for the structure. The perfect balance between the mass matrix and stiffness matrix is able to improve the accuracy of the acoustic domain significantly. The gradient smoothing technique used in the structural domain can provide a proper softening effect to the “overly-stiff” FEM model. A number of numerical examples have demonstrated the effectiveness of the mass-redistributed method with smoothed strain.  相似文献

Two-dimensional (2-D) data maps are generated in certain advanced manufacturing processes. Such maps contain rich information about process variation and product quality status. As a proven effective quality control technique, statistical process control (SPC) has been widely used in different processes for shift detection and assignable cause identification. However, charting algorithms for 2-D data maps are still vacant. This paper proposes a variable selection-based SPC method for monitoring 2-D wafer surface. The fused LASSO algorithm is firstly employed to identify potentially shifted sites on the surface; a charting statistic is then developed to detect statistically significant shifts. As the variable selection algorithm can nicely preserve shift patterns in spatial clusters, the newly proposed chart is proved to be both effective in detecting shifts and capable of providing diagnostic information for process improvement. Extensive Monte Carlo simulations and a real example have been used to demonstrate the effectiveness and usage of the proposed method.  相似文献
