Social commerce research: An integrated view

Social commerce has quickly emerged as a new area of inquiry for both practitioners and researchers, suggesting the potential impacts of social media and social networking technologies and services in shaping commercial channels on and off the Internet. This essay starts by providing a brief overview of social commerce research and practice in light of the wide attention it has drawn in the industry. Then, we propose a research framework with an integrated view of social commerce that consists of four key components: business, technology, people, and information. The framework helps us understand the development of social commerce research and practice to date. Subsequently, we report some preliminary findings from a bibliometric study of academic and industry publications in social commerce to reveal recent trends and research topics, as well as some verification of the research framework. Finally, we discuss five articles in this special issue and categorize them in terms of the proposed social commerce research framework.     

Application mobility in pervasive computing: A survey

Pervasive computing applications often need to maintain uninterrupted computing experiences when users move across devices. This advanced feature, recognized as application mobility, brings many challenges to the pervasive computing community. For a better understanding of the challenges and existing approaches to application mobility, this paper surveys related work with a classification and comparison framework established along four dimensions of design concerns in application migration: temporal, spatial, entity and other concerns. Through this survey this paper attempts to provide a systematic reference for developers to leverage off among different migration strategies for seamless application mobility. Moreover, it sheds some light on future work directions.     

矿用IP广播对讲系统回声消除技术研究

分析了矿用IP广播对讲系统的回声产生路径,指出其回声具有来源复杂、路径延迟时间长、路径延迟抖动大的特点;提出在广播主机采用软件算法消除回声,在广播终端采用结构设计和硬件电路设计相结合的方法消除回声的方案。实际应用表明,该回声消除方案有效地提高了矿用IP广播对讲系统的通信质量,系统全双工扩音对讲通话效果良好。     

基于STF和小波阈值去噪的无人直升机故障诊断

针对微小型无人直升机传感器工作环境恶劣,易出现性能不稳定并引发故障,且受噪声干扰较大的问题,提出了基于强跟踪滤波器(STF)和小波阈值去噪相结合的故障诊断方法.利用强跟踪滤波理论,将系统的参数扩展为状态变量,构造故障观测器,得到系统状态与参数的联合估计,同时采用小波阈值去噪方法对进入滤波器中的量测信息进行实时去噪处理,提高估计精度,实现了故障的实时诊断.通过微小型无人直升机在悬停飞行状态下的仿真实验,证明了该方法的有效性.     

An empirical molecular docking study of a di-iron binding protein with iron ions

Various molecular docking software packages are available for modeling interactions between small molecules and proteins.However,there have been few reports of modeling the interactions between metal ions and metalloproteins.In this study,the AutoDock package was employed to example docking into a di-iron binding protein,bacterioferritin.Each binding site of this protein was tested for docking with iron ions.Blind docking experiments showed that all docking conformations converged into two clusters,one for internal iron binding in sites within the metalloprotein and the other for external iron binding on the protein surface.Local docking experiments showed that there were significant differences between two internal iron binding sites.Docking at one site gave a reasonable root-mean-square deviation(RMSD) distribution with relatively low binding energy.Analysis of the binding mode quality for this site revealed that more than half of the docking conformations were categorized as having good binding geometry,while no good conformations were found for the other site.Further investigations indicated that coordinating water molecules contributed to the stability of binding geometries.This study provides an empirical approach towards the study of molecular docking in metalloproteins.

压力分散型锚索抗滑桩在文物保护工程中的应用

彬县大佛寺是丝绸古道上佛教兴盛时期的重要建筑之一,由于各方面因为,大佛寺明镜台台基存在滑坡及沉降问题,严重威胁文物建筑的整体稳定性.综合考虑多方面因素,提出采用压力分散型锚索与抗滑桩相结合的治理办法.采用有限元方法对加固前后效果的对比模拟分析,表明该方案对文物建筑抢险加固效果明显,为类似保护抢险工程提供了一定的参考价值...     

EPA与PROFIBUS-DP协议转换网关的设计

针对当前各种总线共存、无法实现互连互通的状况．通过对EPA和PRoFIBUS—DP基本特性的分析,提出TEPA与PROFIBUS—DP总线互连的协议转换网关模型,详细介绍了该协议转换网关的硬件结构和软件实现方法,构建了实验测试网络,实际测试表明所研发的EPA与PROFIBUS—DP协议转换网关运行稳定可靠。     

EPA通信卡数据掉电保护的研究与实现

针对EPA通信卡的特点,讨论了EPA通信卡掉电保护的数据类型和保存时机,介绍了EPA通信卡的硬件结构以及Flash的划分,提出掉电保存与恢复的具体方案,并实现了相应的掉电保护程序.该方案已经在数种EPA智能仪表中得以应用,应用表明该方案能有效地实现对EPA通信卡中的现场数据的保存和恢复.
