Identification of cellulolytic bacteria associated with tunic softness syndrome in the sea squirt, Halocynthia roretzi

The edible ascidian, sea squirt Halocynthia roretzi (Drasche) is marine invertebrate that is a valuable source of foods and bioactive compounds. A severe disease of the sea squirt characterized by degeneration of tunic fibers formed of bundled cellulose microfibrils has occurred. We hypothesized that bacteria lyse the cellulose fibril structure, cellulase activity may be a causative agent of the disease. Among the bacteria isolated from diseased sea squirt, Pseudoalteromonas sp. NO3 had cellulase activity based on a Congo red overlay assay and starch-reducing activity. Sea squirts exhibited 40–100% cumulative mortality after injection with Pseudoalteromonas sp. NO3 using doses of 2×10⁶?2×10⁸ colony forming unit (CFU)/individual. Dead sea squirts possess thinner and ruptured tunics, which were similar to natural outbreaks. These results suggest that Pseudoalteromonas sp. NO3 possessing cellulase activity is one of the causes of tunic softness syndrome in sea squirt.     

响应面分析法优化非洲山毛豆种子凝集素提取工艺的研究

在单因素试验基础上采用响应面分析法优化非洲山毛豆种子凝集素的提取工艺。研究表明:TBS缓冲液为非洲山毛豆种子凝集素的最佳提取溶液;非洲山毛豆种子凝集素提取的优化工艺条件为料液比1:40(g/mL),pH8.0,Nacl浓度0.125mol/L,提取时间16h。     

用常规添加剂生产的高性能永磁铁氧体

用南京梅山酸洗铁红预烧料(MYF30H),复合添加常规添加剂CaCO3-SiO2-Cr2O3-NH4HCO3(Cr2O3不超过1wt％),探索生产高性能永磁铁氧体材料.在复合添加CaCO3-SiO2-Cr2O3-NH4HCO3的基础上,加入少量的Al2O3,样品磁性能达到B(r)≥395mT,Hcj≥318kA/m水平的同时,还可以拓宽烧结温区并降低烧结温度.     

基于HGO12864A液晶的显示控制设计

传统的显示设备需要供应电压较高,功耗较大,已无法适应便携式仪器仪表的要求,文中介绍了一种低电压、低功耗的液晶显示器HGO12864A,设计了倍压电路,只需3 V的电压便可驱动,采用MSP430直接控制,并给出了串口显示控制方案,能显示字符、图片。通过在单片机RAM区模拟显示,能动态地显示曲线,通过实验证明,得到了很好的显示效果。     

Soft-, shape changing materials toward physicochemically powered actuators

A shape changing material (SCM) morphs its shape upon external stimulus, and it offers a design of complex 3-dimensional structures remotely, which can be potentially useful for biomedical tools, drug delivery, and soft robotics. To actuate such structures through a physicochemical stimulus, stimuli-responsive materials have been studied over the past few decades. Several SCMs have been reported by combining novel stimuli-responsive materials, micropatterning techniques and a unique actuation cue. In this review, we introduce a recent development in SCMs within the aspects of their materials and structures to describe how the materials can be designed and actuated on demand. Finally, we discuss the future direction and challenges for SCMs as physicochemically-powered actuators.     

JN60型焦炉装煤除尘效果改善探讨

文章通过对包钢JN60型顶装煤焦炉影响装煤除尘效果问题的摸索,得出了影响除尘效果的主要因素,并提出了提升装煤除尘运行效果的有效措施,通过除尘设备改善及操作管理优化,消除了焦炉装煤过程中烟尘逸散,取得了良好的效果,也为同类型的焦炉提供一定的技术参考。     

杀菌剂氟环唑的合成新方法

氟环唑作为一类重要的三唑类杀菌剂,市场应用前景广阔。考察了以邻氯苄氯与α-氯代-4-氟-苯乙酮为原料,经格氏反应得到格氏产物,进一步与1,2,4-三氮唑反应得到重要中间体接三唑化合物。同时以此为原料,通过溴素与双氧水溴化,以及在碱性条件下分子内的环合反应得到目标化合物氟环唑。通过反应条件优化,实验确定的最佳反应条件为四氢呋喃为格氏反应溶剂,1,2,4-三氮唑用量为0.9 mol,接三唑反应温度为75℃,溴化反应温度为60℃,环氧反应的缚酸剂为1.5 mol氢氧化钠。产品总收率为58%,含量为96%。     

HPLC Method Research of Picoplatin-a New Platinum Anti-cancer Drug and Its Impurities

Purpose: To establish a HPLC testing method of the content of bulk picoplatin and its impurities. Method: the separation was perform on a C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 m) with potassium dihydrogen phosphate-aceton-itrile as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detecting wavelength was set at 210 nm, and the column temperature was set at 30℃. Result: in the method validation, the linear relationship modulus of picoplatin is 0.9999, the systemic precision is 0.44%, the method precision is 0.74%, the average recovery rate is 99.62%, the LOD and LOQ of picoplatin is 0.2 ng and 1.0 ng. The average resolution of picoplatin and its impurities is more than 2. Conclusion: The established method is good specificity, high sensitivity, and good repeatability which could provide scientific evidence for the quality control of picoplatin and its impurities.     

Al-Si、Al-Si-Fe合金冶金过程热力学及反应物流框图

为弥补热力学理论论述的不足,在总结实际生产经验的基础上,对Al-Si合金的冶炼过程加以分析,初步确认了冶金过程的反应方程式,并以此为基础对整个冶金过程的物流平衡做量化计算,为Al-Si,Al-Si-Fe合金冶炼提供理论依据。
