Intensification of low-grade methane enrichment in nitrogen mixture by CH4/CO2 displacement

To solve the problem of CO₂ uncompleted desorption in the process of CO₂ displacement enhancing the adsorption separation of CH₄/N₂, a small amount of product gas CH₄ was used as purge gas to improve the CO₂ desorption. CH₄/CO₂ mixture gas obtained from desorption step was recycled as the displacement gas to enhance the enrichment of low-grade methane in nitrogen mixture. In this work, the research conducted the experiments for CH₄/N₂ separation using CH₄/CO₂ displacement intensification adsorption and the laboratory-made coconut shell activated carbon as sorbent. The mathematical models were built in gPROMS and the accuracy of models was verified by comparison of simulations and CH₄/N₂/CO₂ breakthrough experiments. The performance of enrichment of low-grade methane with displacement intensification using different displacer was compared. The result showed that the process with CH₄/CO₂ displacement had higher purity product than CO₂ displacement. The CH₄/ CO₂ mixed gas replacement enhanced vacuum pressure swing adsorption cycle experiment was carried out, which can jointly enrich 14% CH₄/ N₂ and 53% CH₄/CO₂ to 98.8%, and at the same time obtain a recovery rate of 77.8%.     

2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑缓蚀剂结构的密度泛函计算

采用密度泛函量子化学计算方法,获得了在B3LYP/6-311 G(2d)(5D,7F)理论水平上2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑(简称AMT)4种互变异构体的平衡几何构型、能量和电荷分布,证实了4种互变异构体的所有原子处于同一平面,且有一种异构体最稳定.研究结果表明:AMT4种异构体中的环骨架具有芳香性,AMTc与Cu形成的缓蚀膜层是Cu(Ⅰ)与AMTc中的7N和2S原子分别形成共价键和配位键相互交错而成.计算了AMT4种异构体的谐振频率和红外光谱强度.     

乙二醇水热还原法制备纳米银

利用乙二醇在高温下的还原特性,在水热条件下制备了纳米银粒子,并通过透射电镜、X射线衍射、紫外吸收光谱对其结构进行了表征.研究结果表明:所制备的纳米银具有面心立方相的多晶结构,平均粒径在30nm左右,紫外吸收峰的位置在380 nm左右.分散剂和体系中含水量对纳米银的粒径有一定影响.     

Preparation and photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2 codoped with fluorine and ferric

Nano-F /Fe^3＋/TiO2 particles were prepared by hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate in a mixed CF3COOH-Fe（NO3）3-H2O solution. The photocatalytic decomposition of methylene blue in aqueous solution was used as a probe to evaluate their photocatalytic activities. The powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, energy dispersion X-ray spectrum （EDS） and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller （BET） surface area analysis. The results show that F- and Fe^3＋ are doped into TiO2. The F^- and Fe^3＋ doping can help to enhance the nano-TiO2 photocatalytic activity greatly. The appropriate codoping conditions for F-Fe are n（F）/n（TiO2）=2%, n（Fe）/n（TiO2）=0.05%, and the degradation rate of methylene blue at l h is improved from 73.2% to 87.5%. The codoped nano-F /Fe^3＋/TiO2 particles have higher BET specific surface area, smaller crystallite size and higher photocatalytic activity than those of undoped TiO2 particles.     

化学镀镍溶液光亮剂实验研究

远场涡流检测对高导电管的管壁上的缺陷非常敏感，具有透壁性。探讨应用远场涡流技术检测带翼片(散热片或金属隔板组件)钢管的有关问题，分析了管外翼片对远场涡流的耦合特性和缺陷信号的影响，得出了翼片响应信号与缺陷信号的关系及缺陷信号的提取方法。
