脉冲化学沉积非晶态Ni—P合金原子分布函数研究

采用Ｘ射线衍射分析技术，研究了脉冲化学镀非晶态Ｎｉ－Ｐ合金的原子分布和函数，得出其短程有序原子集团的尺度为０．７５４ｎｍ，约为熔体激冷法获得的非晶态Ｎｉ－Ｐ合金短程有序畴的１／２。并利用脉冲化学沉积非晶态合金的微机制择这一结果进行了解释。     

Textural evolution in electrodeposits under the influence of adsorbed foreign species: Part I Textural evolution in iron electrodeposits affected by hydrogen co-deposition

Textural evolution in electrodeposits is strongly affected by foreign species in the electrolyte and also by the co-deposition of hydrogen. The effects of foreign species on textural development in electrodeposits were studied by employing a Monte Carlo model. This model is based on physical principles and incorporates parameters which are used to control electrodeposition processes. An attempt was made in the simulation to reflect the basic process of the deposit growth, and to identify the factors responsible for the texture formation and its variation with the deposition condition. It is assumed that the texture of the deposit results from the minimization of the free energy of the system. Based on this assumption, it was demonstrated that the surface-energy anisotropy played an important role in the formation of fibre texture. In particular, the model can be used to simulate textural evolution under the influence of adsorbed foreign species, because the surface-energy anisotropy is modified by the adsorbed foreign species. Part I of the paper presents results of our studies on iron electrodeposition with the emphasis on the effect of hydrogen adsorption on iron deposit texture. Relevant experimental results have also been presented to corroborate the simulation study. Part II of the paper presents simulation studies of textural evolution in copper deposits under the influence of adsorbed potassium and chloride ions. This revised version was published online in November 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.

网络的性能与可靠性已分别得到广泛的研究,然而,怎样分析具有容错机制的环网的性能仍属有待开拓的研究领域,本文提出了一种分析具有自修复机制的多环网络系统的方法,并给出了报文传输时间分布的拉氏变换式,平均等待时间及平均队列长度公式,分析结果可用于评估故障与修复过程对实时令牌环网的实时响应特性的影响,对基于LAN的分布式实时系统设计具有指导意义。     

A unified approach for the analysis of grating-assisted couplers

Two coupled-mode theories based on individual waveguide modes and compound system modes, respectively, are briefly reviewed with proper modification and new comments. The relation between these two theories is built and it is found that one theory is actually an efficient approximation of the other. Also, the reason why the results obtained with the first more accurate than those obtained with the second is found. The constraint on both approaches is shown

稀土变质剂对铸造铝合金性能的影响

采用正变试验法，探讨了稀土变质剂对铸造结合金ZL102性能提高的可行性．试验选用了不同的稀土添加量，考察了不同的变质时间及热处理制度对ZL102的强度、硬度、流动性以及重熔性等性能的综合影响规律．试验表明，稀土是铸造铝合金的优良变质剂，并且添加单一稀土的变质效果优于混合稀土．     

Multiple respiratory gas monitoring causes changes of inspired oxygen concentration in closed anesthesia system

This case report describes an accessory hepatic duct (AHD) identified by intraoperative cholangiography during excisional surgery of a choledochal cyst (CC). The accessory duct was divided and reconstructed successfully to the Roux-en-Y jejunal loop. The postoperative course was uneventful, and follow-up abdominal sonography revealed neither evidence of biliary tract obstruction nor atrophic changes of the liver. It is advocated that an AHD should be meticulously reconstructed if it is divided during excisional surgery of a CC.
